SituĂ© sur Caney Creek, le chalet de High Tide-Kim se trouve Ă  quelques minutes de la coupe Mitchell, de la baie Matagorda et du golfe du Mexique. Profitez de la pĂȘche et du crabe sur votre quai privĂ©, de jour comme de nuit. Cette cabane confortable est situĂ©e Ă  5 minutes de la plage pour la pĂȘche au surf et le peignage de plage. Profitez de la dĂ©tente avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur l'eau et un barbecue en plein air. La cabine est idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  400 mĂštres entre le restaurant The Crab Trap et le camp / lancement de bateau de Charlie's Bait.

Notre toute nouvelle maison comprend 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains et un espace accueillant ouvert. Le maßtre comprend un lit King avec une douche de pluie dans la salle de bain. Les chambres comprennent une reine, et l'autre invité comprend 2 reines superposées (4 reines).

Great Stay

My family and I had a great time staying at High Tide. We enjoyed spending time relaxing on the porch, drinking beer and watching the wildlife. The rest of the time we spent on the fishing pier and had great fun catching lots of good sized fish. We would definitely come back again and would recommend this nice beach house for a relaxing stay.

Perfect Weekend Get-Away!

My husband and I had a wonderful few days at your beautiful home. We chanced the rainy forecast and were so glad we did. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The wifi worked well, allowing me to work from the house while my husband fished. The patio was perfect to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets, and I loved watching the purple martins and other waterfowl from the deck. We hope to return!

Enjoyed every minute of it! Great area for families. Neighbors were very nice. Most clean VRBO house I’ve ever stayed at. Clean towels and linens on beds. Minutes from the beach that’s not over crowded. Would definitely recommend!

Body and mind relaxation!

The house is gorgeous with a dock big enough for 3 people to fish comfortably! We truly enjoyed our stay and we couldn’t have asked for a better host than Lane! She was prompt with any questions we had and made us feel welcome in her home! If I could change anything about our stay, it would have been the weather :) It definitely affected the fishing!

Loved the space

The property was very clean and spacious. The dock was nice and had some shade. We were not able to locate any crab traps but brought our own and caught 6 or 7 crabs on fresh dead bait. The only complaint I had was the master shower had no where to stand to bathe without feeling like you were drowning. It had the rain shower head on the ceiling and a shower head on the wall. Other than that, we would rent the place over and over for our future vacations!

Nice, clean place

House was clean and a good fit for our family of 7. A kitchen table and chairs would be nice but not enough room. The island and barstools are adequate. We had a great time.

beautiful, SO CLEAN home. Beware there’s not a real grocery in Sargent

Perfect Location - Immaculate House

We loved this property! The house was immaculate & the beds were very comfortable. However, the queen bunk bed room is extremely small with no space, place or closet to store luggage or any personal belongings and has no ceiling fan. It worked fine for us because we only had one couple staying in the room. Our only issue was that the internet went out and there was no basic cable. Someone did come in to resolve the issue with no success. So, I would suggest bringing a DVD player and DVDs if TV is a must. The coffee pot was for regular ground coffee, so I brought my own pod coffee maker. The location was perfect ... very close to the intercostal waterway, not too far up Caney Creek, had a $5 boat launch a few lots down on the east side at Charlie's Bait Camp and a free boat launch a few lots down on the west side at The Crabshack Restaurant (which had excellent food, but call and make reservations). We were able to dock all 3 of our boats at the pier - a 22' center console bay boat, a 22' tritoon and a smaller fishing boat. The lights at the fishing pier were not green fishing lights. The internet was working the first night and I do understand that things happen. So, I'm giving the overall rating of a 4 only because of the tiny queen bunk bed room and the fact that there was no place to store any luggage or personal belongings. Overall, we loved the property and plan to stay again very soon!

Perfect Fishing Getaway

The house was absolutely perfect! It was completely new and everything worked. We especially LOVED the rain shower heads! The beds were very very comfortable and the kitchen was big with plenty of space to cook. The porch was perfect to sit outside on and the bike was clean. LOVE that the bunk beds are all queen. There is truly nothing I would change. The tv was easy to access nextflix and many other channels. The dock was safe and the yard was beautiful. I love that the kitchen was stocked with everything you need, appliance and utensil wise! Lots of closet space! We will always stay here for our “creek” fishing trips!!

In Sargent, TX again

Looking for a quiet place to distance this spring, we stayed in Sargent, TX for the first time. This fall, we wanted to return with some family members for another week of quiet on the creek. We stayed at this property because it had an extra bedroom. We had a great time and will return.

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful!! There were 8 adults stay here and we had plenty of room. We cook 2 large meal and had plenty of room. The owner is very pleasant to deal with. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This property is used for relaxing and FUN. Our family's passion for the Texas Gulf Coast, fishing, and love for outdoors led us to Sargent, Texas.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

After catching a limit and a long boat ride, one of our favorite amenities is the rain shower! We enjoy sunsets from the upper deck, feeling the breeze from the sea, and dipping our toes in the water with a beer in our hand.
The private dock has a fish cleaning station, fishing lights for night fishing, and crab trap for use.
