Deja Blue is a gorgeous, new, waterfront home less than 5 minutes to Sargent Beach! The home has an amazing layout - 2 king suites, full size kitchen, dining area, living room and a half bath upstairs, along with a bedroom and full bathroom on the ground level. Outdoors, there is a covered patio upstairs, as well as covered space under the house to hang out on. Their is also a fishing pier, complete with fish cleaning station.

The light and bright feel of this house is so refreshing and beautiful, we know you and your group will absolutely love it here!!

Great place to stay

We had a great, relaxing time, & some much needed, would definitely recommend to friends & family, and stay again, The house was clean & looked just like photos. Felt right at home. Kandas was a great host & responded quickly.

Better than described

We actually own several houses in Sergeant, one compound about a block South of this location where my son and daughter live on different properties. We were having a big family get together so we just decided to get an additional house, it was a 9 day stay, thoroughly enjoyed it very clean. Not the usual bugs and mildew that you would have in a lot of the houses in this area. The location was very convenient for us because we used the dock with one of our boats. That Canal is deep enough to get in and out to the Intercoaster canal even in low tide. The lower level is wide open and is excellent for entertaining. Beautiful home with excellent lighting and HVAC systems. Next time we need overflow housing this will be it. I want to repeat it was very clean.

This place is fantastic; worth every penny

Upon arrival I was struck by how nice the house is. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The furniture is comfortable; they have a neat dining room table that is efficient yet sits several people comfortably. The kitchen is very well appointed. My group had such a great time here. It definitely exceeded expectations. Now, upstairs are two master bedrooms which we thought was a great idea. It had a large living/dining/kitchen area that looked out over the canal. 2.5 bathrooms upstairs completed the main living area. The porch is deep and furnished with very comfortable chairs; watching the sun rise every morning was almost a religious experience. Downstairs they created a 3rd bedroom with a bathroom. It has sleeping for 3 comfortably and also has a nice tv. When my 11yo got tired of listening to us old farts he would escape down there for a little peace and quiet. It, too, was very well decorated. They remainder of the downstairs was paved and we used it as a hangout spot. The driveway was paved and kept us from walking around in the dirt to get stuff out of the truck. Finally, the dock. The dock is great. There is a nice fish cleaning station that is plumbed and wired for electricity. We spent every evening down there until late fishing. I can truly say that this place was just perfect. I would rent again without a second thought. As far as the homeowners, I found them to be VERY easy to contact. Any questions I had were answered immediately. They checked in on us (virtually) to make sure everything was cool. It is nice having a homeowner that is that engaged. One word of advice, if you plan on using their EXCELLENT grill, bring a propane bottle. We brought one for our space heater (it was cold at night) so it wasn’t a problem. The instructions probably clearly stated “bring your own propane bottle” and I missed it. We have stayed at expensive beachfront houses all over the Texas coast and this house was at least as nicely appointed as all of those. Given the quality of the house, the perfect location on a canal with a nice dock, and the wonderful homeowners I can’t recommend this place enough. Y’all rent it and have a great time.
