This home was built in 1910 and is just off of State Road 145. This spacious house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy the fire pit custom built by our son from the local creek rock. We are located just 4 miles from the French Lick Casino and resort and also 4 miles from Painter Creek, Osborne, and Walls boat ramps. Enjoy the local winery's in the area during your stay. Rent a boat for some family fun at the local boat ramp in Wickliffe just a few more miles down the road.

Close to Lake

The home was close to the lake and had plenty of room to park our boat. A lot to see and do in French Lick. Would definitely stay again.

French Lick Getaway

Perfect place to stay. Homey, comfy and central to Patoka Lake, French Lick and many other places we enjoyed visiting. Beds were very restful and the air conditioning cooled the place nicely.

Family Get Away

Thanks for sharing your property. Everything was great, clean and just as stated on VRBO. Even though the weather didn't coorporate, we had a beautiful time with family. Would rent again.

We originally thought it was a little pricy but it really isn't for what you get.

Very nice place and great owners. It it totally worth it for a nice long weekend away. Also would be good for little kids as it's well off the road and a nice little creek.

Great Location!

Such a cute little farmhouse. Very convenient to French Lick and Lake Patoka. Everything is well stocked for an easy stay. The firepit area is great and we enjoyed some smores in the evening. WiFi is fantastic! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great space

Everything was exactly as advertised! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything needed for cooking and grilling, air conditioner worked well (it was a really hot and humid weekend). Location was close to the French Lick hotel and West Baden.

Nice Quiet Weekend with Family

The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for two families. House is close to many boat docks and French Lick. It's located on a main road but very quiet. Nice Fire Pit area. Hope to visit again.

French Lick Golfing trip

A group of us came together from Tennessee and Michigan to enjoy a weekend of golf at French Lick. The property is the perfect location as well as private. The home was exactly and described and the property is beautiful with a wonderful fire pit to tell stories and catch up with friends. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful older house with huge yard and parking.

Two friends and I attended an event at French Lick Resort. It was the perfect place for 3 guys to sleep eat and get ready for the next day. We enjoyed a fire the last night. A memorable time.

Sister Vacation

My sisters and I stayed at this property for 5 days for this year's sister vacation. The little house was just perfect for us. It was very private because of the way it set back off of the road. It was surrounded by trees, so very pretty setting also. The house had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the beds were quite comfortable. One of the showers is handicap accessible. We cooked several meals, and all worked out great there too. The kitchen had a dishwasher so not many dishes to do!!! It also had a washer and dryer, and we did some laundry while there. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice property

I had some friends come in from out of town and wanted to get a place big enough for all of us and close to the lake. This house was really cute with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice kitchen and plenty of room in the living room for everyone to be comfy. I would recommend and would for sure stay here again. The host also had good communication with any questions we had! Nice yard and fire put tok.

Nice house a little outside of town

Nice three bedroom house a few miles south of French Lick. Spacious bedrooms. Nice firepit area. Good WiFi (which you’ll probably need.. ATT cell service was 1 bar). If I had to nitpick, some of the door hinges could use some WD40.

Lovely property

Great experience. Good location for Patoka Lake, exploring French Lick, and Hoosier National Forest. Only suggestion is mattress protectors for all the beds. Otherwise - everything was great. Loved the porch swing!

A very relaxing and peaceful place to stay

The property was very clean and it presented as advertised. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. The yard and front porch were nice areas to hang out. We enjoyed the firepit while we drank our wine slushy from Patoka Lake Winery! Cell phone service was hit or miss but that was okay with us. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. We would definitely stay again when back in the area.

End Your Evening With A Bonfire

Stefany was a very helpful host and had everything we needed to be comfortable with our four-day stay. The property is very well maintained and the beds quite comfortable. It was close to all of our planned excursions and I would definitely stay again. Wilstem Animal Park was our favorite, Marengo Caves a close second and though we only got a few nibbles, Patoka Lake was a lovely surprise. We enjoyed a well stocked kitchen, a large gas grill and a fire pit with a very ample log supply. The food stores and necessities are all convenient. We recommend it highly.

Beautiful Home! Great Location!

Stefany and Chad have a beautiful home in a fantastic location! Very easy to get to and very close to hiking trails, French Lick, and great restaurants!! The property even has a small trail behind the house complete with waterfalls! Stefany and Chad were fantastic hosts, they had firewood ready to go and ripe tomatoes that Stefany graciously told us to help ourselves to. The house is on the main highway, so if you have small kids, will need to keep an eye on them in the yard, however the house is so well built that you cannot hear any road noise in the house. We hope to come back and stay again!!
