Un incroyable 3ème étage, 2 chambres, 2 unités de bain à Ocean One sur Forest Beach

Venez commencer une tradition de vacances dans cet incroyable 3ème étage, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains à Ocean One. À quelques pas de la plage et de toute l'action de Coligny, vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter. 



En entrant dans cette villa haut de gamme joliment décorée sur la gauche, vous verrez la cuisine moderne entièrement équipée qui comprend également une laveuse et une sécheuse.  Au bar, vous pourrez partager des histoires de pêche pendant que vous préparez un festin pour la famille.  La table de la salle à manger peut accueillir six personnes. 



Le salon attenant comprend un canapé rembourré, une causeuse et une chaise, un centre de divertissement avec télévision / lecteur DVD et une grande baie vitrée avec une porte coulissante donnant sur le balcon. Cette grande table est pourvue d'une table petit déjeuner La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat, une porte coulissante donnant sur un balcon privé, un grand placard et une salle de bains privative. La chambre d'amis comprend un lit double et un lit superposé avec des lits jumeaux et une télévision à écran plat. 



La piscine Ocean One est ouverte de mars à octobre.  Deux laissez-passer pour voiture sont autorisés du Memorial Day au Labor Day.



Forest Beach s'étend le long de l'océan Atlantique entre les chantiers navals et les plantations de Sea Pines. Les pistes cyclables et les ruelles de quartier sur les plages nord et sud de Forest Beach finissent par attirer celui de Coligny Plaza, plaque tournante de la région de Forest Beach. Tout en rivalisant avec la beauté naturelle et l'attrait de la plage, la place offre une variété de boutiques, de restaurants et de divertissements amusants pour toute la famille.  Toutes les distances de plage sont mesurées à partir du centre du complexe.

The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of towels and just about everything a kitchen could need. We had a great time, and Derek at the property management company was SO helpful at check in. Loved our stay!

Great location

This was a great location, walking distance to coligny plaza, has a nice pool, easy access to the pool and grills were available to use when not wanting to go out to eat. The place was clean, had a lot of beach supplies provided which was a nice bonus.

Great location!

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed for our family. It was the perfect location! We could walk right out to the beach or walk or ride bikes to Coligny Plaza/Park—which has multiple restaurants, cafés, and shops. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we will definitely be back!

Good location. Not as clean as we prefer. Could use either new carpet or different flooring. Porch was dirty. Super responsive staff. Had a question coming into town at night and was able to text and get a prompt response.

Hi Tammie! Thank you for taking the time to post a review about your experience. I do apologize that were we not able to fix the leak coming from the villa above yours. Sadly, we do not manage that particular property and had reached out to the HOA and their property manager in order to gain access to the villa and the water shut off. Since we do not manage the property we were at the mercy of their property management team to act and access the issue. I hope you were able to enjoy your vacation on our beautiful island and hope you come to stay with us again!

Great location, Fun stay

A great family location with lots of fun families with similar goals. The condo had Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and toys. We were also offered bike rentals through VayK which were awesome. I wish we'd known we didn't need to pack so many beach chairs! The kitchen was rather bare bones - it's been awhile since we've been to a vrbo or airbnb without even salt and pepper in the cabinets or a roll of tin foil. There was soap for one load of wash and two loads of dishes. But we mainly used the drier anyway and were grateful for the peaceful rooms - the kids room beds and the master mattress were all comfortable. Hope you all have a great stay. We would come back again.

Great Trip!

The property was just as advertised. The complex was right on the beach, although this unit faced the parking lot. The accommodations were perfect. The unit came with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards! This unit is close to Coligny Plaza which has great food options, ice cream and a variety of live music nightly. The pool area was perfect. Plenty of chairs for this time of year ( March), heated pool and an extended patio with fire pits to enjoy at night while listening to the live music at the restaurant next door. Prior to arrival we tried to reach out to the property managers to see if we could extend our stay, coming in a day early, but did not hear back from them on the weekend ( that is the only reason for the 4 star ratings) When we arrived, the code did not work but the property management answered right away and had the issue resolved in minutes during the week. Sea Pines was just a few miles down the road which made for a great day of riding bikes on the beach, through the forest preserve and to check out the light house. ( You will need to pay for a pass to get into Sea Pines for the day)

Nice condo in great location

We rented this condo for a week long family vacation and definitely enjoyed our stay. It was clean, well-equipped and in a great location — the Tiki Bar next door was a very nice thing to have during the week ;) My teens appreciated being so close to the shops in Coligny and have already asked about booking again for next year. Highly recommend!

Great Location

If you're a beach person, this location--right in the middle of Colligny beach scene--is perfect. There is a very nice pool and easy access to shops as well.
