From the moment you pass through the gated entrance and ride the elevator to the top floor, this villa delivers an elevated coastal experience, with the Atlantic Ocean visible the instant you step inside.

The open-concept living space is designed to highlight the stunning surroundings, featuring cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a bright, comfortable living area with a flat-screen TV and Queen sleeper sofa. The updated kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, making it easy to enjoy everything from casual breakfasts to home-cooked meals. Step out onto the private balcony to savor morning coffee at sunrise or unwind in the evening while listening to the ocean waves roll in.

The primary suite offers the same breathtaking ocean views, allowing you to wake up to the sunrise directly from the King bed. This spacious retreat includes a flat-screen TV and a beautifully updated en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is tastefully decorated with a Queen bed and flat-screen TV and is conveniently located near the second full bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for all guests. We had a great trip. This condo was clean, well stocked, with fantastic, peaceful oceanfront views. We spent a lot of time on the balcony or at the beach. Very relaxing and convenient location.

The location wan fantastic, however there were glaring issues of neglect that should have been addressed before renting. Refrigerator went out and the flooring outside the master bath area was extremely bad. Both issues are quite off putting especially when it could have been so much better. I told the maintenance guys that if a similar experience happened in a hotel we would insist on a new suite and not settle for anything in this condition.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the fantastic location of 503 Shorewood, though we’re truly sorry your stay was impacted by the issues you mentioned. When you reported the refrigerator not working, we had a replacement delivered and installed within approximately 20 minutes of your call to minimize any disruption to your stay. Afterward, we also offered to immediately take measurements and purchase a brand-new refrigerator for the villa that same day. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you regarding that offer. Regarding the soft spot in the flooring outside the master bathroom, repairs had already been scheduled to take place immediately following your departure. When you brought it up again a few days later, we offered to move the repair up and complete the flooring work during your stay. At that time, you let us know you preferred for the work to be done after check-out. We always strive to respond quickly and provide solutions when concerns arise, and we regret that despite our efforts, your experience did not meet expectations. We truly value guest feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our properties and our service.

Amazing views!!

Some of the best views on that end of the island. Loved being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Everything in the unit was new and clean. 2 missing knobs on lights and a loose toilet are all that keep this from being perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location! Has everything you need for a stay including the bikes and beach chairs! Only complaint are the beds. Seems time to replace them. One suggestion is to have a step up for short people to use the dryer🙂 Complex is very clean and well cared for.

The perfect getaway!!

Absolutely perfect! Penthouse views, waking up to the sunrise and enjoying coffee on the private deck, watching the dolphins pass by. Easy walk down to the beach. The property was quiet and well maintained. The condo itself was super comfortable..from the couches to the beds. I was able to cook comfortably in the kitchen and it had all I needed. Quick walk to Coligny plaza for shopping and of course, ice cream! We enjoyed the bikes and exploring the island. I will definitely be booking this place again!!! One of the best condos we’ve stayed in!!

Property was very clean, but there was a urine smell in the master bath when I arrived. I can tell cleaners tried to get rid of it prior to my arrival. My friends had never been to HHI and thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the beach services and the restaurants. The condo was well supplied and had many cooking pots and utensils.

Went through and wiped everything with lysol wipes and not a spec of anything was found anywhere. The unit was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with quality cookware and dinnerware. The beds were comfortable. Being on the top floor the vaulted ceiling in the living room made it feel very spacious. The walk to the beach was very easy. The management company was very responsive and helpful. We loved having bicycles to use as there are many trails around the area. Piggly Wiggly is within walking distance. We only ate out once at the British Open Pub and had fantastic fish and chips. Hated to leave this place. Would definitely come back.

Great location, could be a little cleaner

Overall had a great stay. Rental company extremely responsive. Had a smoke detector with a low battery, rental company was there within 30 mins to replace. AC was struggling to keep up, reported issue in the morning and it was fixed by dinner We wish the unit had been a little cleaner. We understand units are being flipped quickly between renters, but more attention to detail would make all the difference. All air vent covers could use cleaning/replacing. Couches could use a good steam clean. Beach chairs were in great shape. Card/board games available for use. Bikes were a nice perk for quick trips to the store. We would stay again.
