Spring Break vacation

We enjoyed the stay very much. The driveway was a little scary for us because of the steepness. If you used to this it should not be a problem. But overall it was a wonderful place to stay for the week!

5-day stay for family reunion

Setting beautiful. Lots of trash on outside to include dirty diapers; screen door missing at dining room door; no stoppers for kitchen sink; can opener inoperative; some skillets no longer usable; driveway entrance very steep; in general property needs some tender loving care.

Great location

Property is in a great location. Gorgeous views! House was nice but could use some upgrades. Living room and family room furniture was uncomfortable. Pots, pans, and cutlery had hard water stains. Should be replaced. Appliances were dirty and dated. I dont thunk id stay here again.

No Wifi, No Central A/C

Driveway is very tight and steep. There was no WiFi and no central air conditioning. Pictures are not representative of the property. House host was very response and nice. There is no keyless access to the house, probably because there is no WIFI.

Las Nubes Father’s 80th Birthday celebration

The four bedroom house was perfect for our family especially since it was walking distance from my father’s house. There are some stains on the carpet and it wasn’t super clean with spider webs & bugs in corners & missing screens etc, but we are used to camping. They also only left one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom & only two packets to run the dishwasher so we used paper plates or rewashed by hand. There are nice plates, bowels & cups. Most of the kitchen tools you need are there. They do need a new can opener as it didn’t work, but good coffee maker, pots, pans, etc. There are beautiful views from the deck. The driveway is a bit of a challenge as it’s steep and only two or three smaller cars can park there. We parked the truck at my father’s house. Overall, we’d stay there again due to the location & bedrooms & the property management company was excellent.

Great family Vacation Home with a few surprises

Our stay here was very enjoyable. The home was spacious and clean. There were a few disappointing aspects. We could only use half of the barbeque grill as the gratings on one side were falling apart. The glasses and silverware were hard water stained. There was no hair dryer and the jets in the master bathroom bath did not work. The driveway was very difficult to maneuver in as it was steep and just wide enough to turn a medium size car around with several back and forth moves at the bottom of the drive. Our larger SUV could not turn around and had to back out of the steep drive.

Great views

The house was very spacious. The views were beautiful. The driveway would definitely require 4 wheel drive if there was any snow. We saw a herd of elk meandering off the back deck one morning. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely perfect for multiple families/kids.

This property is absolutely perfect for multiple families/kids. It is very comfortable and spacious. The views are beautiful. We saw elk and deer every evening driving out of the subdivision. Everything was just perfect. Last year we came and stayed at Las Nubes with family friends and their children. This year we came with out parents and our teenage son and his friend. The space and room layout, along with the large game room downstairs, makes for a perfect vacation house. Our check in/check out experience was contact free. We did everything via the boxes outside of the office. It was very well marked and very easy to understand. Extremely convenient.

Good location, quiet neighborhood

Rented this house with my cousins. Plenty of space for us to relax. Downstairs bedroom was very cold, which isn’t surprising for being in the basement but there were gaps in the door that led to the outside from the bedroom which created a draft. Wifi is sporty and not very strong - which wasn’t a big deal since we weren’t at the house much - but when we returned and wanted to relax in front of the TV, wifi was so poor we couldn’t stream anything. Other than that - very clean and had all we needed. The Galaga video game was a hit!

Our house was perfect for us.

Our house was perfect for us. Very comfortable and roomy. The neighborhood was gorgeous with beautiful views and wildlife. This was our 2nd year in a row staying with Cozy Cabins. Both experiences have been great Everyone has always been so nice and helpful

Pretty view

We had our whole family of 10 and had plenty of room. There was only 2 closets which were upstairs and none downstairs with no place to hang clothes. We enjoyed the the game room and the beautiful mountain view.
