Located just off a quiet cul-de-sac, this fenced-in property with a large grassy yard is ideal for families with kids (and up to two dogs!) to safely play and ride their bikes. And although the boardwalk to the beach is just steps away, you may find yourself spending countless hours by the private heated pool that sparkles under full-day sun. Pick your favorite playlist and let the Bluetooth® outdoor speakers set the poolside vibe as you settle into a comfy chaise lounge or seek refreshment in the shaded tiki bar. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
