La maison est située à Lakeport à la fin d'un point entouré d'eau avec l'un des paramètres les plus souhaitables de Clearlake

Il y a plein de confidentialité, accompagné d'acheter des vues panoramiques incroyables!

Parce que la maison est située sur une route privée juste à côté du boulevard Lake Shore, il est extrêmement sécuritaire pour les enfants et un endroit idéal pour divertir votre hôte avec une merveilleuse sensation d'isolement.

Il y a 3 ponts et une pelouse herbeuse énorme avec beaucoup de sièges confortables pour se détendre et admirer les vues.

L'extérieur offre une grande variété d'activités récréatives à choisir, y compris le ping-pong, les vélos, les mauvaises mitaines, le crochet et d'autres jeux.

Le quai est là pour votre bateau. Il existe une variété de radeaux et de gilets de sauvetage ainsi qu'un kayak de 2 hommes.

La pêche est excellente de l'arrière-cour ou du quai. Asseyez-vous et détendez-vous et profitez des vues tout en vous relaxant dans le hamac.

Le hot tub peut accueillir 8 personnes et surplombe tout le lac offrant une grande intimité accompagnée d'une douche extérieure pour rincer entre les nageurs ou tout simplement pour se rafraîchir.

L'intérieur offre 3000 m² de surface de vie à température contrôlée avec des vues incroyables depuis chaque pièce.

La cuisine est parfaite pour la cuisine, et tous les appareils sont en acier inoxydable, accompagnés d'un comptoir en granit avec une belle île centrale pour préparer un repas gastronomique.

Il y a 4 téléviseurs, 2 lecteurs de DVD et une grande variété de films à choisir. Les stéréos sont situés à l'étage dans le salon ainsi que des escaliers dans la salle de jeux. Jouez votre CD préféré ou écoutez de la radio sérieuse.
Profitez de l'Internet sans fil de n'importe où dans la maison, et faites tous vos appels locaux aussi.
Il y a beaucoup de jeux à l'intérieur, y compris une table de billard Brunswick de 8 pieds.

C'est l'un des paramètres les plus spectaculaires pour la nature avec une grande variété si les oiseaux, les canards, les oies, les cygnes, les grues, les cigognes et même les cerfs qui entourent la propriété tout au long de l'année.
Sans oublier que vous êtes assis sur l'un des endroits de pêche les plus populaires sur le lac du trou!

Nous sommes situés au centre de la partie la plus large du lac juste au nord de la ville.

Dans les 10 minutes, il y a un certain nombre de vignobles à visiter, faire du shopping avec des boutiques et des antiquités. Des restaurants merveilleux, 4 casinos avec l'un étant directement sur le lac excédentaire en bateau. L'épicerie est à quelques minutes, ainsi qu'une salle de cinéma et des restaurants fast-food.

Amazing home! Great fishing spot
Our family stayed in this home for 4 days 3 nights. Amenities, location, and spacing was perfect. Best location for the fishermen and fisher boys in our family as they were able to get two trophy size catfish right off that dock. This is a wonderful spot to relax and make new memories!

The house is beautiful
The house is clean, spacious, and the view is very impressive! The lake with birds, ducks and swans, everything is so gorgeous and peaceful. My family and some close friends stayed there for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The house has a pool table, a pingpang table and many other games/entertainments. We had great time there!

Perfect house by the lake
It's the best when you plan a family vacation and end up at a place that is set up perfectly for a family vacation. Great home, PERFECT spot on the lake. Incredible wildlife from otters to baby birds. The home is so comfortable and had everything we needed to rest, cook, relax, play games, spend time outside, watch movies, and enjoy water sports. Loved having the dock, we rented boats a few days and could pull up to the house, load up, then offload everyone at the end of the day. Host was super responsive and communicative. Absolutely the best spot on Clear Lake. Really fun for the 4th too, we could see the fireworks at all the different spots on the lake. Highly recommended!

Look no further
The house is as great as it looks online and there are so many activities available to keep everyone entertained, from a pool table to a ping pong table, foosball, cornhole, hot tub, cable TV and kayak. The dock is great.and the location, on the end of a little peninsula, is great for wildlife watching. Fisherman quietly glide by each day in search of bass, and there are resident egrets and nesting swans you can watch from the deck. A great Clearlake vacation location for our 3-generation family get-together.

Family Getaway
This is our second time staying here and we love it! Great house on the lake. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding with gorgeous views of the lake. Amenities included 2 man kayak, pool table, football table and hot tub. Michael is very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. Plenty of room for our extended family.

Amazing property!
The house was exactly as described in the listing. The stunning views, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a great pool table and hot tub made our family vacation great! There was so much to do, even when it rained. Michael was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had. Hope to visit again!

Perfect family getaway
The house was clean and cozy with lots of activity. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and it’s was quiet in the neighborhood. The views were gorgeous and about 8 min from the grocery store. 10/10 would recommend!

Family and friends yearly getaway
This property was beautiful and right on the lake. Our vacation goal is always to have a nice, quiet time with room to relax and individual time if needed. This home provided all of that and more. The kitchen and amenities were perfect for the size of our group. We enjoyed the spectacular views, sunsets and sunrises and all of the wildlife, birds, otters and deer. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also perfect for the size of our group. This home provided us enjoyment with the pool table and great outdoor space for relaxing and reading. Overall an amazing vacation for all. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Amazing! Best spot on the lake...
We do a family vacation once a year during the summer and we always pick a new spot. I think this house was unanimously one of the favorites we have done. The house is ideally situated in such a way that we have a 180+ degree open view of the lake. We spent early mornings and sunsets watching the swans, pelicans, geese, swallows and many more fly all around. It was majestic. We took a car ridge around the entire lake and from what I saw I would go so far as to say that this house is the best on the entire lake. Highly recommend.

Awesome lake house
Very nice place to stay. My family from Hawaii and I enjoyed this trip immensely. Many good memories. The only sucky part is that the lake is low and there's a lot of grass in it that got clogged in our jet skis. Other than that, it was a blast!

Great family getaway
We had a group of 10 of us ranging in age from 5 to 75. There was plenty of space for everyone. We especially loved the huge fully-stocked kitchen and large dining table where we enjoyed meals, games and the amazing view. We all spent so much time bird watching and stargazing and enjoying the serene beauty. The lake was very low and very mucky, but we assume thats due to a drought year :( I'm sure when you can access the lake directly from the house, it would be even better. We would love to return!

Wonderful views, great property
This was our first time staying at Clearlake and this property was very nice. Located at the end of a private road with unrestricted views of the lake. Great place to just unplug and relax. We had a few minor issues pop up and Michael was extremely quick to respond and tend to everything. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Family Trip
This house was great and we had a wonderful time. The location is ideal with beautiful views of Clear Lake and great location for fishing. We had a family of 12 including one child and our beloved dog. Plenty of room for all of us with easy access to outdoor activities, fishing from the dock, kayaking, hammock and hot tub. Michael was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Great place overall. Lots of fun activities, and the lake was great for fishing. Family enjoyed the fishing experience eventhough none really know how to fish. It was the right amount of space for us. First time seeing family since COVID started. Would stay again.

Relaxing Family Gathering
First trip the whole family has taken since the pandemic hit. This home had great views, great amenities and something to do for the whole family. We enjoyed a bit of rest and relaxation in the spa & hammock, as well as some pool tournaments and ping pong tournaments. We loved going out on the kayak and enjoying the water and had an overall great time! The host was very responsive to all our questions and we definitely hope to be back some day.

I grew up in Virginia and moved to California in 1995. Lived in San Diego for the first few years and then made my way up to the Bay area. It's beautiful here and I couldn't be happier! The best memories of my childhood were are annual vacations in Nags Head North Carolina where we would rent a home to share with relatives and friends. I guess thats why I try to make sure all of the guests that stay at are home have the same experience and memories as I did growing up.

I had been looking for a Vacation rental for over 2 years before I came across this property in 2005. I had never been to Clearlake before purchasing the home, but I knew as soon as I saw the location and potential it had that this was exactly what I had been looking for! I made an offer that day and it has been a vacation rental ever since. I knew Lakeport was a wonderful town with friendly people and a great sense of community! It was also a short drive from the Bay Area and Sacramento. We added an additional 1500 square ft to make it ideal for extended families and groups of friends. We take great pride in the home and are always maintaining and adding new things to make it as comfortable as possible for all of are guests!

The most unique quality of this home is the location where it sits, with unobstructed 300 degree Views and a feeling of seclusion. It's one of only a few peninsulas on the entire lake. It also gives you a sense privacy being that all of the surrounding homes are behind you. It feels like you are the only house on the lake. It also has a huge yard for outside activities and a beautiful preserved wetland area for nature. On the map Rocky Point is marked as being one of the best locations for catching bass!
