Août 2019 apporte cette fantastique unité Turnberry de 3 chambres à Palmetto Dunes

Nouveauté pour la fin de l'été 2019 - Villa 3BR / 3BA récemment mise à jour située à Palmetto Dunes.

Le salon a une cuisine entièrement approvisionnée, des plans de travail en granit et de nouveaux appareils. Dans la salle à manger avec beaucoup d’espace pour dîner après une dure journée à la plage puis dans le salon confortable.
Décor côtier partout et de nouveaux meubles comprennent de nouveaux revêtements de sol et un canapé-lit, ouvrez le curseur sur la terrasse donnant sur la zone paysagée et la piscine. Endroit idéal pour votre café du matin ou votre cocktail du soir!
Le salon a une salle de bain et demi, de grands rangements et une télévision à écran plat pour une soirée cinéma et se détendre.

3 grandes chambres avec salles de bains privées, la chambre à l'étage dispose d'un lit king size, accès à la salle de bain avec douche et plans de travail en granit. A l'étage, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés, salle de bain privée avec combo baignoire. La 3ème chambre a un lit king et salle de bain privée avec douche.

La piscine communautaire et les barbecues sont à deux pas de la propriété, à moins de 5 minutes en vélo de la plage et de la piste cyclable juste devant votre porte. Il s’agit des vacances parfaites en famille, des sorties de groupe de golf ou des escapades de week-end.

Vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin juste devant votre porte l'endroit idéal pour garer la voiture et l'oublier pour votre séjour.

Hilton Head propose 50 km de pistes cyclables publiques et de sentiers de découverte de la nature. Un parc local avec baseball, football, tennis, basket-ball et autres activités est à 1,6 km. Des activités de plein air de toutes sortes sont disponibles pour tous les niveaux de condition physique. Hilton Head possède de magnifiques réserves naturelles, des plages, des sports nautiques et même des aventures en tyrolienne. 4 wik rental Jan/Feb 2026Nice area - central to Hilton Head Island. Great area for walking/biking (1 mile to beach). Pool is just off the back deck. Worked great for us and our guests.The furniture arrangement is not aligned with the television - so we rearranged and put it back prior to leaving.Adequate space throughout .The upstairs needs an upgrade to match the rest of the property., at least a thorough carpet cleaning.Would rent again

Nice, clean and convenient

We stayed for a couple of day, the place was super clean, the stores were close but yet you felt like you were away on a secluded place. There is a pool super close, and there is bien and walking trails. Really recomend to stay here.

Great Location

This villa is located right next to a large pool and is just a few minutes drive or a beautiful bike ride to the beach. We appreciated the three full bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Having beach towels provided was a plus.

Memorial Trip

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. We were in town for a family memorial service and the location of the villa put us in the center of where we needed to be. The kitchen could use more cooking utensils but we made do with what we had available. Quiet location. Would stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable

Rooms are large and comfortably furnished. The premises are spotless inside and out. I especially appreciated the hose near the entrance so that I could rinse off my bike and my guests and myself could clean our sandy feet!

Perfect for family with teens

My husband and I took five teenagers and we loved all the space and having three separate bathrooms. Kids biked all over Palmetto Dunes.

Great condo!

We had a great experience at this property. Property management was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very clean and great for our group size- 3 adults and 5 teenage girls traveling for our Girl Scout trip. The only reason a 4/5 is because when we went to use the grill, the igniter did not work. Also, the outlets in the bathrooms did not work. The property manager offered a maintenance technician to come out the next day, but our stay was less than a week so we just used the outlets in the bedrooms and grilled the food stovetop as we couldn’t wait to use the food the following day. Overall, great property and we had an excellent stay!

Great family vacation trip!

Super easy to locate, ample parking and could not beat how easy it was to get to the pool (literally right behind our unit)! This location was great for our family (parents, grandparents and a 1 year old) to spend our first vacation since the pandemic began. My only gripe was that the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds could not close the blinds fully as the top bunk partially blocks the window. Not ideal for our sleeping toddler but we made it work! We'd definitely be willing to stay here again.

Turnberry 245

This was a delightful property. It was perfect for our family vacation. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed. The fully equipped kitchen was easy to use. Right by the pool. And an easy bike ride to the Dunes beach access! The only thing a little disappointing was the deck. It needs a good power wash. But we will definitely stay here again!

Nice property

Overall liked the unit. The kitchen had been redone and was very nice. Baths were nice too. Furniture left a lot to be desired as there was no coffee table and two chairs with no table in between. Little to no outlets accessible in one bedroom upstairs. Mattresses very comfortable. The light was out in one of the baths upstairs. Long hairs on floor and on side of tub. These were cleaning issues that should be addressed. Not the owners fault. I don't know how you properly clean the bath with the major light not working. Other hairs in kitchen on counter and sink. We called and they did come out the next day to fix the light and clean more. Unit did not smell clean when we entered. We liked the unit and would consider renting again if issues are addressed.

Palmetto Dunes Condo

The condo was a good set-up for our group. The bedrooms are comforable and the bathrooms are nice. There were plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen was equipped enough for the small amount of cooking we did - although it does need a new kettle (the interior finish of the current kettle is peeling). We also noticed a weak spot at the top of the first set of stairs - the floorboard sags when stepped on with any weight. The disappointing part of our visit was that construction in the unit next door was ongoing during the weekdays, 8:30 am to 6 pm. We couldn't sit outside on the deck and the pathway to the pool was the workspace where the workmen used their power tools. We could not hear each other in the living room with the sliding door open. The day after we arrived I called the rental company (Coastal Vacations) to ask why we had not been informed that construction would be ongoing during our stay and whether we would be compensated. The reply I received was that the construction was scheduled by the HOA and so they would ask how close they were to finishing and whether the workmen could be moved to another job for the duration of our stay. The next two days were the weekend and we were able to enjoy the use of the deck. However, on Monday morning, the workmen returned, but finished some time during the day. We were there for 6 days and were able to use the deck and sit outside for only 3 of them. No compensation was offered.

Poor communication management along with our the application

The keycode was never provided in the App. Several of us reviewed the app. We had trouble even figuring out who to call. It took us about 30 minutes to get it figured out. They finally answered on the 2nd call and she was not very friendly telling us if she could hang up she could help us sooner. Then the code that she set up didn’t end of working so we had to reach out to her again to get it reset. The HVAC system quit working. They did fix the AC on the same which we were thankful for.

Failing to have the app or portal link available before check-in and reading all of your property specific instructions may cause a delay in the check-in process. For clarity the system auto generates a door code for every single reservation that is sent in your check-in information for every reservation.
