Notre condo est une rĂ©sidence de plage avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'Ă  6 personnes car toutes les chambres et le salon sont assez grands. Vous constaterez que les vues sur les plus belles plages du monde depuis le balcon sont magnifiques. Nous aimons apporter nos jumelles lorsque nous venons pour pouvoir savourer notre cafĂ© du matin tout en regardant les dauphins jouer dans le golfe. Parfois, il semble y avoir assez prĂšs pour toucher. Notre condo est dĂ©corĂ© pour un maximum de confort. Nous voulions crĂ©er une atmosphĂšre de maison Ă  la plage. Nous voulions aussi en faire un chez-soi. Pour nous et nos invitĂ©s. Nous espĂ©rons que vous aurez l’occasion de profiter des caractĂ©ristiques uniques de ce magnifique environnement de plage:

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! The views are incredible. The balcony is a bit small but that's not where we knew we would spend the majority of our time. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked great, and the a/c was nice and cold! I must admit the toilet in the master bathroom needs to be replaced asap as it is losing strength. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is perfect and quiet and the beach wasn't crowded. The beach access was easy for me and while chairs and an umbrella aren't part of the condo, the resort had a 3 day rental package that worked great for us. The unit itself was clean and well stocked, too. The price per night for our stay couldn't be beat and there was plenty of room for us and our young teenagers.

Beautiful

This was our second time staying in this unit. We have stayed at Beach Manor for the past 8 years. We love the complex. This unit was clean and updated since the last time we stayed. It was an easy experience with Vrbo and the owner. Would definitely recommend. We look forward to coming back next year.

Perfect location with some needed improvements

The unit is in the ideal location. Absolutely beautiful with a view of the beach and the heavy tree line. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the needed supplies for cooking and entertaining. Great washer/dryer and dish washing machine. However, it is not perfect. I was disturbed to find mold all along the secondary bathroom ceiling. Not a spot or two here and there, but a large amount of it. Additionally, the couch in the picture is not the couch in the unit. The actual couch in the unit is broken down with boards hanging out from the bottom. It is unusable. That only leaves two swivel chairs for use. Similarly, the bedding in the picture is not the actual bedding used in the unit. There are no comforters or duvets for use. These two things were major problems for me when paying $2500 for a stay. I messaged the host to express concern to which he replied “thanks for letting me know”. I didn’t expect a refund or anything, but at least an “oh I’m sorry” would have been nice.

Awesome stay and experience

We had a great time. We were pleasantly surprised to see the condo decor was updated. Overall the stay was awesome so it minimized the uncomfortable master bed. The mattress was older and you sunk into the mattress. We had a difficult time locating the condo's on the GPS, we had to call for assistance. Office staff were reachable, everyone was really helpful and It all worked out. We would definetly do this again!

Beach rules

They didn't have our info at the little guard shack so we had to wait on that. The facility is gorgeous and the condo itself was also great. The balcony pics on the ad are a little misleading, but the condo was great. The beach though, that's another story. No umbrellas in front of their umbrellas, you can't fish on their property, you can't sit in certain spots on the beach because they're reserved for condo owners. I've never stayed anywhere that had so many rules on the beach.

Great Location and Spacious

The rental unit was in great condition, and the management company was incredibly helpful. However, Tops'l had transitioned their rental software and could not find our reservation and security hassled us daily upon entering and exiting the property. We were never provided parking deck codes, and finally had a resolve 5 days into our 7 day stay when the management company called Tops'l management. They are also doing a massive renovation of the exterior of the property. There is scaffolding up all around the building, different pools and walkways are closed without notice, and portions of the parking deck are closed (which presents its own challenges during peak beach season). Halfway through our stay our unit became 'under construction': the balcony became inaccessible, and the balcony furniture needed to be placed in the living room. Our view to the ocean also became obstructed as all windows (including balcony), were sealed with blue visqueen. This was NOT ideal. While I understand renovations need to take place, I would have preferred to have been notified of this ahead of my booking, therefore being able to make the decision to stay being fully aware of the circumstances of the property.

We loved our trip here. Great biews and location. The building was being painted which stunk because we woke up to contruction workers ar our window for 3 days, but I know that isn't really controlable.

The location is great. The condo had some issues. Drains didn’t drain (. But they fixed them). Internet was out for a few days ( but they fixed it) Working on fire alarms and ac units all while we were there

The front door lock must've been kicked in at one time and the repaired molding had nails sticking out and the door lock was hanging loose. There's no towel racks in the master bath. The blinds from the living room to the porch had no functioning cord for raising or lowering.

Nice location but condo needs some attention

We loved the location because you are literally just steps away from the beach. The unit we stayed in was 605. The condo needs some maintenance. Both tubs were clogged and the shower curtains have mold. The curtain to the balcony was broken so we weren't able to fully appreciate the full view of the beach. The host takes a long time to reply to requests and questions so we didn't even bother waiting for maintenance to fix these issues. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely come back, but not to this unit.

condo hell

this unit was not ready for rental, there's linens scattered in the closets, threshold was not attached to the floor so it was a hazard, tub looked dirty and furniture needs to be replaced. there was a chunk missing from the chair and dining table top was uneven. tried to get a discounted rate but request was not even answered. sorry but this is not money well spent

Great resort, condo needs updating

Tops’l Resort is a fantastic development in Miramar Beach: several pools, great pool bar/restaurant, and easy beach access. The condo itself is nice with fantastic views, but needs some updates. Part of patio doorknob kept falling off, floorboard was loose, shower backed up, TV quit working. They were very fast to fix the shower and replaced the TV, which was good.
