Cette cabine au bord de la crique comprend un lit queen-size au rez-de-chaussĂ©e dans une chambre privĂ©e, une mezzanine et un canapĂ© qui peut ĂȘtre transformĂ© en lit. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils en acier inoxydable avec une cafetiĂšre et un four micro-ondes. Certains ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis et nous encourageons les clients Ă  apporter les leurs. La salle de bain comprend une douche. Ces cabines peuvent accueillir confortablement environ 4 personnes. L'accĂšs au lodge et d'autres commoditĂ©s seront disponibles sur demande. Notre complexe est fermĂ© en dehors de ces locations de chalets d'octobre Ă  avril.

Hunting camp

We rented the cabin for an elk hunt we scored in unit 86. The cabin was the perfect size to base out of and had all the comforts of home with the beauty of the Sangre's and Hayden Creek. Loved our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

Magical stay

This was the most incredible rental we have ever stayed at. Perfectly comfortable and welcoming. Listening to the stream at the beautiful cabin was nothing short of magic. Thank you so much, we loved everything!!

Great for Valentines

My spouse and I loved the cabin. I greatly appreciated the level of care the cabin was prepared with; it had everything ready and was very clean. It was perfect for the two of us. It was fun to roam around the grounds and see how close it was to the national forest. It was a perfect drive to Mt. Princeton too. It was definitely a 5/5 stay.

Un-plug get away

The stay was beautiful. I would absolutely recommend it if you’re trying to get away from everything. We were looking for somewhere to go to rest and un-wind from normal life and this was perfect. No Internet, no tv, no news just family and fresh air with beautiful Mountain View’s. I would recommend bringing a good book or a couple card games for the evenings when it’s too cold to go out. During the day the creek has a gorgeous long path that goes through the whole property. There were bear tracks and deer tracks along the path. I would absolutely recommend staying here to get away with a spouse or your family.

Very cute cabin. Only thing that would have made it better would be thermal blackout curtains (not all the blinds were long enough) and extra TP (ran out).

Fun but misleading

The cabin was great and we had a good stay. However, there were literally no staff that we could get ahold of the entire time. The lodge was completely closed, even where they said it would be open 24 hours with internet access. Every time we searched for someone to ask for help, there was none.

Lovely & Peaceful Mountain Retreat

The cabin stay at Cutty's Resort was wonderful. My partner and I stayed for a few days with our dogs this November. The location is great, with the cabin overlooking a creek and situated close to hiking trails. The cabin itself is cozy and was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Richard & staff were very communicative ahead of our stay and I felt well-informed of everything I needed to know for getting there, checking in/out, etc. We would definitely stay again.

Perfectly peaceful!

What a great place! Cabins are right on the creek and the sound is soothing. Very clean and warm with the little heater. I visited during off season and didn't see another soul, but can only imagine how awesome it must be when full. The place is huge! Highly recommend off season if you are looking for peace.

Is a nice place but I would recommend getting new mattress for the sofa and the upper deck mattress they are worn out. Other than that is very nice place

Decent at best

My family and I travel a great deal. During my kids spring break this year 2021 we decided to stay at this property. The location was great. It was in between larger cities but in range of necessities if needed. I did ask for more details about access to the amenities which are normally only offered during peak season but were offered in the correspondence during the booking process. In short I didn't hear crap about access to the game room, arcade or anything else even when I asked about it. The cabin had broken pots and pans, I had to fix the toilet so we could use it. The snow shovel was broken when we arrived. I'm hardly a picky guy when in comes to VRBO but this one was just meh compared to the other properties we have stayed at. G

Spring break 2021

We had a wonderful time. Although we had a blizzard while we were there and were afraid we would be stuck on the mountain. So we left 1 day early and as we were leaving James came to plow the roads to get us out. We were the only guest on the whole property. Also the creek behind our cabin was so wounderful.

Cozy cabin getaway

Intimate cozy cabin for a romantic getaway! No tv or internet to spoil nature and it’s beauty. Cabin is unbelievably well insulated and could be heated by one of the 2 tiny space heaters supplied on the coldest night!

Absolutely Awesome!!!

Wow!! The cabin was beautifully simple!! And when it snowed it was like a Hallmark card. Very peaceful and quiet stay. Not far from town. We will definitely stay again. And we highly recommend if you’re taking a winter vacation..coming from Texas. It was gorgeous!! The hosts were awesome. Thank you VRBO and the hosts for graciously renting their cabins.

Cutty’s Resort

Really nice resort with lots of activities including basketball and cornhole. The creek running by the cabin was awesome and the nearby town of Salida was beautiful and had great food.

Don’t do it! Much nicer kept up places in the area! A tent would have been better!

When we first arrived at our check in time of 4 pm for our 5 day stay, we had a hard time getting to the cabin due to roads not marked clearly on the property. We kept running into dead ends and having to turn around in very small areas under construction. The map we were provided via email was not accurate! Tried to seek help at the main lodge(office?) to find no one there, could not call them due to no cell service. Also we were given a WiFi code to suggest they had WiFi to find out that was not true! Find our way to the cabin 45 min. later the area was very pretty next to a creek very peaceful and quiet,not for long construction starts at 7am to 4pm.The cabin was freezing warmer outside! I was told that the cabin was well insulated and had a good space heater. The heater made horrible noises and did not put out much heat as it seemed to be on it’s last days! I do not feel that this cabin was insulated in any way! Also had a large square hole in the floor of the closet in the bedroom you could see the ground outside nothing covering it up! We tried to cover it with cardboard to help keep the cold out and critters but when the wind blew this attempt was moot so had to put our suitcase on top of it to hold down. Ridiculous! The cabin was very dusty and dirty! The wood floor looked as if it had not seen water in years! Were not able to take shoes off inside! The kicker was there are laminated signs all over the cabin stating you had to wipe all surfaces, clean floors, toilet, shower up on leaving or you would be charged a cleaning fee! They only provided a broom, 1trash bag, and 1 small dish rag, almost empty bottle of dish soap to assist in this cleaning! I don’t know about you but when I go on vacation I do not pack cleaning supplies nor do I plan on cleaning a place I have rented when I arrive and when I leave! The beds were straight out of the Adams Family movie! The mattress in the bedroom and pull out luv seat had springs popping out of them! The floor would have been more comfortable had it been clean! The mattress in the loft is not a mattress it is a old gym pad from the 70’s filled with sand I think, laid on a carpet floor that had not seen a vacuum in a long time! We almost left 3 days early due to the sleeping accommodations, instead we bought mattress toppers and a working space heater from Walmart in Salida (a extra expense of 200.00)to survive the rest of our vacation! Ridiculous! I would not recommend staying here!
