*Aspen Grove Bungalow* (located behind the Aspen Grove Cottage) Newly renovated, furnished, and stocked, our open concept 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow is perfect for a small family or group looking for stunning views, solitude, and access to nearby adventures.

Settle in and marvel at the Sangre De Cristo mountains right outside the kitchen/living area. Sip your coffee on the back porch. Listen to the creek flow by and the breeze blow through the aspen trees. Our bungalow is cozy yet spacious with a fresh touch.

Nestled in the heart of our four-generation family ranch, we are located in the southern range of the Rocky Mountains beloved by locals and travelers for its abundance of adventure, International Dark Sky, and purple mountain majesty.

We’ve taken care of all the details so you can cozy up, take in those mountain views, and discover everything the valley has to offer: Mountaineering, hiking, summiting a 14er, fishing, rafting, and hunting... to name a few...

Enjoy all the charm and heritage of the ranch from abundant wildlife to Spruce, Aspen, and Pondarosa pines to miles and miles of pastures rolling up to the base of the Sangres.
Want to take the day to lounge or wind down at the end of it? We offer complimentary Wifi and a flat screen TV that you can stream your shows on from your phone at each location.
We’re near Westcliffe, the Rainbow Trail, and the Arkansas River with easy access to the Royal Gorge, Canon City, and Salida.

Need more room?: Consider also reserving the Aspen Grove Cottage located in front of the Aspen Grove Bungalow. Both units are on the lovely Aspen Grove grounds and share a large parking area. Cottage and Bungalow guests enjoy porch views from opposite sides of the property and have both reported enjoying the solitude and privacy they are seeking.

Great property for family of 4

We enjoyed a weekend at the bungalow in June. Inside had everything we needed, complete with comfy beds and a clean bathroom and kitchen. We loved the views and peacefulness of the property.

A Weekend in the Colorado Mountains

Our stay was wonderful! The little bungalow was so lovely - tastefully decorated, so comfortable, and the surroundings were spectacular! We were in the aspens with a little babbling brook and the most spectacular views! It was just the very best weekend!

Our own piece of heaven for 4 days. Out in the country, stream running through the backyard, early morning walks up the county road... we loved our stay here while visiting our cousins in Westcliffe.

Beautiful mountain views

Lovely place in a beautiful area. Hiking nearby (Rainbow Trail - with Mountain Bluebirds), Royal Gorge 45 minutes away (highest zipline in the states - if you like that sort of thing), a tiny creek in back (panned, but alas no gold) and brilliant stars at night. It was just right.

Lovely Weekend

Bungalow was easy to find, plenty of parking once you got in the front gate, and even had enough space to turn around a trailer. Perfect size for the two of us inside. Clean and well maintained. Far enough away from town to be quiet but close enough to find things to do and for groceries. Woke up both mornings with deer in the yard and the creek burbling in the back. Coffee in the chairs looking up at the mountains was beautiful. Overall, would happily enjoy another few days at this little place or would consider trying the house next door if we had a few more people.

We loved the uutstanding views, quiet, and elk viewing. Due to overcast we did not see the stars but we knew they were there - and the clouds created dramatic skylines against the backdrop of the Sangre de Cristos.

Aspen Grove Bungalow

Our stay was fantastic! The place looked even better in person than it did in the pictures and the 360 degree mountain views were amazing! The house was super neat and clean and well stocked with cooking utensils and basic kitchen needs. We stayed there before our elopement and it was perfect for getting ready and for relaxing in the down time. There was a slight issue with a leak due to built up snow/ice on the roof, but they quickly fixed and were so incredibly nice about it! I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a fun relaxing getaway! It's a beautiful and short drive into Westcliffe, plenty of national forest around for hiking and fishing, and not far from Canon City for rafting or fly fishing on the Arkansas River, exploring the royal gorge, or rock climbing! Definitely my favorite stay that we've found on this app!

Great views and wildlife

We felt at home at Aspen Grove. The wildlife was a big plus! Perfect home for our needs. Tons of fun, outdoor things to do in the surrounding area.

Hillside Solitude

We loved the bungalow, it was well stocked and provided a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Westcliffe on rodeo weekend. We used it as a base camp for various activities in the Sangre de Christo mountains. Highly recommended....

Beautiful Accommodations

This bungalow was the perfect size for our family of 4. The location was remote enough to feel that we were truly separated from the typical tourist experience. The mountain views were breathtaking!

Perfect stargazing getaway

Stayed here for a stargazing trip with my husband. The two nights we booked initially were slated to be super cloudy, thankfully Jen was super helpful and let us shift nights around. Glad we did because the stars were AMAZING. The bungalow is super cute, well taken care of, and very clean. We can't wait to stay again in the summer.
