It was very clean and perfect size for our family of 8 Great for our dogs too. The private boardwalk to the beach was so ideal to come and go so easily. We had a couple calls requiring maintenance and they were very friendly ,prompt, efficient and helpful. Thank you

Fantastic home and is located within walking distance of anything you could need while at the beach. There were only a few minor issues in the home: the television in the living room has an issue with the screen, one of the fridges did not work, and the blinds nee to be replaced. This did not affect our stay overall and would happily book again.

Our House Review

Prickett is amazing and the house and service are fantastic. This house is a great beach vacation house, and we love coming here every year because of the tremendous location. My gripes with this house are essentially all cosmetic. The main tv was broken - about 1/5th of the screen on the right side was completely black. The mattresses are so incredibly soft that you basically sink into them. The sink handle in one of the upstairs bathrooms was broken. The chandelier above the table looks like it is hanging at an angle.

Just right for our family

We loved the home - it accommodated all of our adult children, their spouses, and five grandchildren—just enough space without having to use the hide-a-bed. Amazing House!!!

Location was perfect! Beach access was best I’ve ever had for a beach house! And room setup with King Beds and everyone their own bath was great!! Would absolutely stay again!!!

This is a great house! Loved all the room sizes and availability to bathrooms. The living room/kitchen is very narrow, but also large. The boardwalk to the beach was great, it really helped with kids and older adults. The parking was spacious, location is convenient to places to eat and shopping. The only negative I would have to say is Orange Beach in itself. We always bring our dog on vacation with us, and we were not able to bring him onto the beach due to the strict rules this area enforces. Great house, but Orange Beach just is not for us. The hosts were great and gave us all the information well ahead of time. The house was super clean and ready for our arrival. I highly recommend for those who appreciate Orange Beach!

Perfect house for family getaway

The house was perfect for our family getaway. Each room having its own bathroom is a plus. The location of the house is great. Maybe having another sofa in the den would be nice but other than that, everything worked out perfect for us.

Great locations and house layout

House location and access to the beach was fantastic. House layout was perfect for a large group of people. We loved the double refrigerators and under counter ice machine. View of beach and access directly from our deck to beach was great.

This house directly on the beach has everything you would want for a large group. Plenty of room, king beds for everyone (except bunk bed room) and nice size bathrooms. Couldn't recommend it more and will be back.
