Perfect vacation

We had a wonderful stay here for fall break. The home is beautiful, clean, and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are very comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group of 7. The pool area was great after a day at the beach. There is a beach wagon provided.

Great place and location

This review is long overdue. We stayed here in July 2024 and let me tell you this place is nice. It has everything you need and more. The host was very easy to communicate with. If any issues she handled right away. Close walk to beach. The pool was nice and she had plenty of floats or whatever you needed. If you have a large family she has plenty of places for them to sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Brianna’s house provided everything that my family of 12 could need for our vacation! She was very responsive if I had questions. We rented a golf cart which was super helpful to get around ! I loved the great Carousel grocery store located super close to the house. This was so convenient and allowed us to stay away from the awful traffic on 98!!! Everyone on our family was pleased with the house! It felt like a home !

Great stay!

The open floor plan of this house def grabbed our attention as we first walked in. The house was spacious and welcoming. It was a great home away from home. The pool and TV in the backyard provided great entertainment . We looked forward to the short walk to the beach everyday and coming home to such a sweet home after the beach to rest and relax felt even better. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and made sure we were well taken care of from the time of booking to the end of our stay. We will be back Brianna! Thanks for your hospitality and a beautiful place to stay!

Family Vacation

The neighbors tree kept shedding trash in the pool. However, we had a great time in the pool. We had 12 in our group. We drove 4 cars. There was some concern at the last minute when we were told the parking was for 3 cars. We all were thankfully able to get in the driveway.

Great place to stay

The house is adorable and very well laid out. We had 3 families with kids ranging from 8 to 19 (11 total guests) and it served our needs very well, with some of the kids sleeping on air mattresses. It is a few short blocks from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach, but could also drive up and drop people and supplies off. Private pool was very nice and well maintained. The beaches were fantastic and not overly crowded any of the days we were there. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Brianna responded to any questions we had very quickly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée et communication.
It was one thing after the next with this home. Between the AC not working upon arrival (85 degrees in the home), showers not draining properly/plumbing issues, and broken garbage disposal, this trip was truly a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and just book elsewhere! I feel as though I need a vacation from this vacation.

A gem. No disappointments.

This is a great find, spacious modern interior with private pool and short walk to the beach. The property feels like it has not been used (new construction) but nothing was missing or unfinished. The pool is great for kids to have fun - the pool is not deep, adults will be standing even in the deep end. The neighborhood is real residential, not a development like rosemary beach, and no hotel towers. Short walk to the beach was fun, and the beach not crowded. We perused the canopy which made the beach experience a lot more fun. Overall a great rental.

The property is amazing. It is very clean, fresh. The location is perfect; very close to shopping mall and dining but in a peaceful location. The beach is only a short walk away and the pool in the back is huge benefit. Could not be anymore pleased with the stay. Thank you Brianna.

Enjoyable Stay!

The house was super clean and this is coming from someone who is very picky! Plenty of room for our family 10. The pool was a great bonus. The beach -turquoise water- was very close clean and not crowded at all. There were 4 actual bedrooms and queen air mattresses were provided that could be set up comfortably in the living room. The host was easy to work with. This was our first time visiting and I definitely would stay at this house again!

Excellent Vacation Home

We have rented several houses on PCB over the years. This is probably one of my favorites. Great communication from owner. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds/bedding and furniture. There are chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys in the garage, so that was great to not have to purchase all those beach items like we usually do. A very short walk to the beach, and the pool is the perfect size for younger kids to feel safe. We will stay here again.

Second time in this property and it definitely delivered. The space is modern and still feels almost brand new. TVs in every room and on the back porch. Private pool was great, we could just wait out the thunderstorms. Couple minutes walk to the beach. No complaints. We plan to come back yet again.

Great house for a family beach trip

We had a great time at this property. This is nice, new home located a short walk from public beach access 80. The public beach in this area was nice and clean and not over crowded. The house itself was very spacious and had nice heated pool and grill. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the host gave us detailed information about the property and was very responsive about any questions we had. We would definitely recommend the property to friends and family.

Hi, I’m Brianna! I’m a licensed real estate agent in both Missouri and Florida with a passion for travel, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for others.

Some of my favorite moments in life have been spent traveling with family and friends—whether relaxing on the beach, exploring a new destination, or simply enjoying quality time together away from the demands of everyday life. Those experiences inspired me to create welcoming spaces where others can make memories of their own.

The Florida Panhandle holds a special place in my heart. From the sugar-white sand and emerald waters to the breathtaking sunsets, it’s one of the most beautiful places in the world. I also love the charm, adventure, and natural beauty of the Ozarks.

I look forward to hosting you.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Why We Chose This Neighborhood:

We chose this location for our luxury beach retreat because it strikes the perfect balance between relaxation, convenience, and natural beauty. Nestled just a few blocks from Beach Access Point 80 in the quieter, more laid-back west side of Panama City Beach, our home offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful, less crowded beach experience, while still being close to all the fun and excitement the area has to offer.

Quieter Beaches: Unlike the more crowded areas of Panama City Beach, the beaches here are serene and much less busy, giving you more space to relax and enjoy the pristine sand and turquoise waters without the hustle and bustle.

Prime Location: We're just a short walk to the beach and a quick 10-minute drive from Publix for all your grocery needs. For dining and entertainment, you're only minutes away from the fabulous restaurants, bars, and shops along 30A, as well as the bustling restaurants and shopping hubs in Panama City Beach—all within a 15-20 minute drive.

Outdoor Activities: If you're into pickleball, you're in luck! The area offers fantastic courts just 20 minutes away, perfect for a friendly match after a day at the beach.

Simply put, we couldn’t ask for a better location—whether you want a peaceful day on a quieter stretch of beach, a quick trip to amazing local eateries, or easy access to fun activities, our retreat is ideally located to give you the best of both worlds.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This home was designed for fun — inside and out.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll see this isn’t a typical beach house. Inside, the game room is a standout, featuring classic arcade games, a pool table, poker table, and a 65” TV — perfect for game nights, tournaments, or just hanging out.
Step outside and the fun continues. The backyard is packed with entertainment, including cornhole, a putting green, basketball goal, BBQ grill, outdoor TV, and coolers — all surrounding a private pool. The home is full of Instagram-worthy spots, making it ideal for memories, photos, and group trips.
Best of all, the beach is just a short walk away, so you get the perfect mix of beach time and nonstop entertainment back at the house.
