Maison confortable en Nouvelle-Angleterre avec chambre à revendre! Il est à distance de marche de Boothbay Common avec ses expositions d'art, ses marchés de producteurs et ses événements en constante évolution, ainsi que de nombreux équipements de la région. Avec 3 chambres et 2. 5 nouvelles salles de bains, cette maison offre des caractéristiques anciennes avec des touches modernes. Il y a une cuisine moderne avec coin repas et vous pouvez profiter de la terrasse arrière privée ou vous installer confortablement à côté du foyer au bois! La Boothbay Harbor Town Line est pratiquement de l'autre côté de la rue, mais vous êtes à un peu plus de 3 km de l'agitation du centre-ville. Vivez dans le Maine sans vous sentir comme un touriste! La maison est à un carrefour, allez dans un sens au port, allez dans un autre sens et vous pouvez explorer les péninsules, les îles et les phares. Nous sommes à quelques minutes du jardin botanique de Costal Maine. Magnifique en été mais fantastique pendant "Gardens Aglow" du 14 novembre au 31 décembre! Ai-je oublié de mentionner nos boutiques pittoresques, nos restaurants et nos cabanes à homard? La promenade en bateau de Cabbage Island et la cuisson du homard sont à ne pas manquer, mais assurez-vous de réserver bien à l'avance car ils réservent tôt! Ne négligez pas Bet's Fish Fry juste à côté du rond-point, l'aiglefin à son meilleur!

Really lovely home. If you're sensitive to road noise (we are) just sleep in the bedroom facing the back yard, it was just as comfy as the master. The kitchen is perfect, the back yard is gorgeous to watch sunsets from.

This was a great home! Easy check-in, great location that was 5 minutes from the harbor driving, 6 minutes to the beautiful botanical gardens. The home was cozy and fit our needs. Our only little suggestion is to trim the bush by the mailbox because it was hard to see oncoming traffic when backing out of the driveway.

Wonderful house

Great house in a perfect location!

We so enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we could need, and was centrally located close to everything. The master bathroom was absolutely gorgeous, and the house was spotless and updated too. It was great to have washer and dryer available at the house, and the beds were super comfy! Our host Alan was so easy to work with! Would definitely stay here again!

I've lived in Maine for 18 years throughout my life, including permanently for the last 10 years in both Kennebunk and Dresden. My wife and I love houses with character, small towns, and quaint villages. The home in Boothbay checks all of those boxes and more!

We are frequent VRBO/Airbnb users and love to furnish and stock the Boothbay house with all of the comforts and modern amenities we enjoy when we travel. Specifically, we appreciate fine linens, a well-stocked kitchen, and a sparkling clean place, so we like to provide that to our guests.

I've had a life-long passion for antiques and have bought and furnished many houses during my life, so I take great pride in the furnishings for the Boothbay house so the guests are both comfortable as well have have a place with character and classic New England charm.

We are well traveled and spend the winter months each year in southern Portugal, in Lagos. We are always happy to get back to Maine.

Boothbay Harbor is a peninsula with incredible ocean views, wonderful restaurants, lighthouses (because Maine), boat tours, as many lobsters as you can eat, and a chance to go island hopping. There is also a world-class botanical garden. There are art galleries, local shops, antique stores, and as many nautical-themed stores as you could imagine for you to stroll in and out of.

The house is located 5 minutes from Boothbay Harbor in the town of Boothbay. The benefit is that you get to stay close to all the action but without the noise and tourists and with private parking. The house is very spacious with 2,500 square feet, and a half an acre to enjoy. There's a large backyard and deck.

The Boothbay house is unique for several reasons, one of which is that it's quite spacious (2,500 sq ft) and quiet and peaceful. The furnishings are a mix of antiques and modern, all of which are comfortable. I take great pride in furnishing houses, and spend a lot of time decorating to create a warm and inviting space.

This space also has a large backyard and a deck with Adirondack chairs and a bbq to enjoy.

The space is also well equipped for kids. We provide a travel crib and various toys and games for kids.
