Détendez-vous et profitez de regarder les bateaux passer! Profitez d'un hébergement unique sur un yacht Hatteras de 43 pieds confortablement équipé. Situé dans une communauté fermée, dans la section d'Eastport à Annapolis, à distance de marche du centre-ville historique et de l'Académie navale.

2 cabines privées, 2 salles de bain complètes, 4 personnes. La cabine avant a des lits superposés. La cabine arrière a un lit queen. Couch dans le salon principal pourrait également être dormi. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec plaque de cuisson à 2 feux, micro-ondes / four, réfrigérateur, machine à glaçons, four grille-pain et machine à eau chaude pour le thé / café. Marina club house propose un salon avec télévision et douches / salles de bain supplémentaires, ainsi que l'accès à la piscine.

Draps et serviettes fournis.

5 minutes à pied de plusieurs des meilleurs restaurants et pubs d'Annapolis. 15 minutes en voiture du stade de la marine, à 15 minutes en voiture de l'autoroute 50.

Staying on the Kathleen Marie is a unique Annapolis/East Port experience. The location can't be beat, the boat is always clean and comfortable. Lena is an exceedingly attentive host who always responds promptly to any correspondence.

The kitchen is not really equipped for serious cooking, but it handles warming up leftovers very well. It’s a boat, so everything is a little cramped, but it’s a nicely-maintained boat in a beautiful setting in a nice marina. Parking is easy, the bathroom facilities at the marina office are clean and convenient, and there are a washer and dryer available (bring some laundry detergent). It’s a great base for visiting Annapolis.

Anniversary Get Away

A wonderful stay on the kathleen Marie…enjoyed hanging on the boat sunrises and sunsets were amazing ! The boat was clean and host was very nice even let us check in early! The town has some of the best restaurants and everyone at the marina was friendly ! Can’t wait to do it again!

We stayed here for two nights with four adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The boat was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed and more. It was very clean and offered a surprisingly spacious and comfortable living area overall.The master bedroom was generous and very comfortable. The second bedroom with the bunk beds was quite compact for two adults, though having a full bathroom for each bedroom was a wonderful feature and made the stay much more convenient.The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor seating area with its stunning direct waterfront view. Sitting outside with our morning coffee or an evening nightcap while watching the boats come and go was absolutely glorious and incredibly relaxing.The marina itself was very well maintained and offered modern, private bathrooms, which was an added bonus. We also appreciated the coffee kiosk nearby. Restaurants and a mini market were all within easy walking distance, making everything very convenient.We would come back in a heartbeat and would happily stay here again.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy our wedding anniversary doing something different. Spending two nights upon the Kathleen Marie was a fun and awesome experience! Our host, Lena, made our stay welcoming and was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions and needs. She truly went above and beyond. Boat getaway

We had such a relaxing time on the boat. Conveniently located within walking distance to eateries and historic downtown. We really enjoyed our stay. The boat was very clean and comfortable for the two of us. Really enjoyed the location within the marina no one was behind us so we could enjoy our coffee and drinks watching the sailboats and others go by.

Annapolis Boat Show!

We stayed in the boat while in town for the Annapolis boat show. It is a perfect location with a water taxi that will pick you up on the dock just behind the boat! The best seafood you will ever find is in walking distance. Annapolis is a beautiful, charming town to visit. Highly recommend, and just as described!
