Cette maison est une maison récente de nouvelle construction qui a toutes les commodités et le confort d'une maison moderne. Face au Central Park afin que vous puissiez vous détendre et profiter des concerts d'été dans le Central Park directement depuis le porche du premier étage ou depuis le porche du deuxième étage. Plan d'étage ouvert avec une suite parentale au premier étage et une deuxième suite parentale au 2e étage. La troisième chambre est suffisamment grande pour accueillir 4 adultes ou enfants. Espace ouvert supplémentaire au 2ème étage avec un canapé-lit. Profitez du pont arrière blindé donnant sur la pelouse arrière. L'arrière-cour est assez grande pour un rassemblement. Comprend un gril à gaz et une douche extérieure.

The property was amazing and the location was excellent. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was clean and in working order. We didn’t even experience any glitches during our stay. The hosts were awesome and very responsive to any questions we asked. I 100% recommend their place to anyone visiting Cape Charles.

Anchors by the Park was a perfect stay for our family of five, plus grandparents! The location was amazing, right next to the park & playground and an easy walk or ride to the beach or into town. Having the golf cart on-property was so convenient and we used it all the time. The rooms were great for us and the kids loved the loft & arcade game setup. The two porches were wonderful for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. We would definitely stay again!

LOVED this house!! We were lucky enough to be here during the summer concert series and we could sit on the porch and see the concert! The kids loved the games in the house and having the playground so close the house was just perfect. The house was so comfy and clean and had everything we could need. Mother's Day weekend

My daughter and granddaughter stayed here for a long Mother's Day weekend. The house is wonderful, including the location across from the beautiful park and walkable to the main business area. Everything was clearly spelled out in advance emails, so we didn't need to communicate with the owners. The golf cart was also top notch and a pleasure to use. Would definitely stay her again!

A Must Stay!

We visited Cape Charles from Cape May, NJ for a family event and couldn’t be happier with Anchors By The Park! The home is absolutely beautiful and the amenities were everything we needed. Accessing the home was effortless and the owners were wonderful to work with. We even had an opportunity to meet and chat with the nice neighbors next door. The view overlooking the park was amazing and the location to the playground just steps away from the house was so convenient … even the adults had fun on the playground! Be sure to rent one of the golf carts and ride through town, you won’t be disappointed! We wish we could’ve stayed longer but we will definitely be back!

Early Spring

We stayed for a weekend in early spring. The house is located 4 blocks for all the shopping in Cape Charles. More importantly for our kids, the house was adjacent to the park where they could run over and play. The house is clean and new. We also rented the golf carts for the weekend which the kids enjoyed.

Great house with open floor plan, great location on the Central Park in town (playground, bike path, Saturday concert). Easy communication with the owners who were very responsive. Nice golf cart including back up camera and windshield wiper:) my kids loved the video game upstairs.

Amazing stay on Park Row!

Our large family had a wonderful stay! We were a group of 4 adults and 4 kids (20 mo to 11) and we all fit very comfortably! The house has a great layout, we were all able to spread out and relax. The owners have maintained the Cape Charles feel, but in a more modern layout. The kids adored the bunk room and had a ball playing the arcade game. The kitchen was very well equipped and having a pantry space was a great bonus! Having an extra bathroom downstairs and a laundry room were really beneficial! The downstairs master suite was really nice and had a large walk in closet that worked perfectly for our 20 mo old in a pack n play. The porches were so nice for hanging out, especially when we didn’t have the best weather. The location is top tier - right by the park and so close to the beach. We added on the golf cart - highly recommend! It was much nicer than the standard ones we’ve used in the past. it was so convenient to have the garage to park the cart and store the beach gear. The owners were exceptional to work with - always available and very communicative and helpful. A few minor recommendations would be ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms (or portable fans) and a digital keypad for easier entry through the back door. We LOVED this house and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Everything you need in one spot

This was our first time staying at this beautiful home and we’ve already reserved again for next year! I love the layout—the two primary bedroom suites made it comfortable for all of us, including my elderly parents, who used the first floor bedroom. My kids loved the bunk beds and the arcade game. It’s well equipped with all the basics you need, including the optional golf cart rental. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and helpful. Can’t wait to return next year!

Originally from Philadelphia, (John) and my wife (Rachelle) is from New Orleans, however we make Virginia Beach our home now and have been in the area since 2003. We have been making trips to Cape Charles during this time and really enjoy the small-town charm of the place. In 2015, we decided to embark on building a vacation home that we and others can utilize as a getaway from what is usually a busy schedule.

Our new custom home is made perfect for relaxing, with everything close by. It's an easy walk to the beach or to the main street in town. My favorite is sitting on the front porch in the summer and enjoying the concerts on Saturday nights in the park, great seats without leaving the house. If you have kids, the playground is right past the neighbor's house.

Enjoy the concerts in the Park right from the front porch. If you are traveling with children, you can send them right outside to the swings in the playground to keep them occupied, if needed. You do not have to go far to take a peaceful stroll along the pathway in the park, located across the street in front of the house.
