Cozy Lakefront Cottage

Cottage au bord du lac sur le lac Watts Bar. Beaux couchers de soleil depuis le quai à deux étages. Nous sommes à 20 minutes au sud de Kingston et à 10 minutes au nord de Blue Spring Marina. Le quai a un pont supérieur et il y a un grand foyer dans la cour arrière. Un grand porche grillagé est à côté d'une zone de cuisson extérieure avec un fumeur et un gril à gaz. La cuisine a des appareils haut de gamme pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. Deux chambres ont des bains en suite

Great week!!

Wonderful host, well supplied beautiful home. Sunsets on the dock were great. Love fishing and having my boat at the dock was a big plus.

Incredible property

What a great property! We thought it would be a launch pad but we enjoyed it so much we stayed out and enjoyed the property. The hosts were great. Would definitely return.

The Perfect VRBO

Well, from the pre stocked fire pit to the homemade Pound cake to the perfect lake getaway, this was just great , such wonderful hosts, clean and well stocked home its just perfect. So nice to see the pride they take in their rental! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Paradise

Wonderful house! Clean, well furnished, and on the water. The owners were fantastic! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens. Screened porch was perfect for relaxing and coffee. The dock is incredible - plenty of shade and sun. Very private cove made for the perfect relaxing vacation!

Heaven on earth

We absolutely fell in love with this place. We spent most of our time on the screened Porch. We really enjoyed the dock too where you can watch the beautiful sunset. We plan on coming back as soon as possible. The owners are very friendly and helpful . Can’t wait to get back

Great Break from Reality!

All is exactly as advertised, it’s a wonderful place! Owners are very accommodating and the complimentary pound cake was delicious and appreciated! I looked forward to coming off the lake and using the grilling deck every night. I can’t think of anything else this house could have offered, we really enjoyed a relaxing week. Highly recommend this property!

Everything we needed!

Everything was on point for what was advertised. The owners took the time to check in and make sure we knew where everything was and how to use them. Outdoor space would be wonderful if you get good weather. Nice road to take walks and just relax. Very nice that shampoo , soap, and hair dryer were provided in each bathroom.

Great Tennessee Lakefront

In simplest terms....perfect! This property is clean, cozy, very well appointed and has everything you could ever want for a stay on the lake. Fantastic screened-in porch and grilling area. The dock is beautiful and the owners are outstanding. Don't hesitate if you're considering this property. You won't be disappointed.

Charming and Cozy Lake House

This home is amazing, beautiful, so well furnished and welcoming! Steve and Victoria are wonderful hosts, and thought of all the details to make their home the perfect place! We LOVED everything! Beds are so comfortable, towels are thick and soft, well equipped kitchen, the list goes on...The views are beautiful, we hated to leave! Wonderful, peaceful, house perfect for the family getaway.

What a perfect place to escape the everyday grind! Our family met up at the house to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful time. Everything from the house, appliances, grills, porch, fire pit, and boat dock were perfect. We rented a boat from Blue Springs Marina and the boat dock was perfect to pull in for a quick lunch or break. The porch was also perfect for us to gather in the evenings and play games. The owner, Steve, went out of his way to ensure we had the perfect stay. He was only a phone call away and very responsive. The pound cake he brought over was delicious also! We can't wait to return in the future. Thank you!

Amazing!

This property was beautiful! It was clean and very comfortable. The owner left homemade magnolia chocolate chip cookies, and they were delicious! You can tell that the owners put a lot of care into this rental. There were so many extra little things that were at the house that made our trip easy and convenient. The owner came to check that everything was good right away. The beds were comfortable. The home has plenty of space in all areas. The dock is amazing. My two young boys had a blast swimming, and it was very convenient for my dad to dock his boat right at the home. The fishing on the lake was wonderful. There are so many good things I can say about this rental! I hope that my family will have the opportunity to enjoy this home again in the future!

Hidden Gem!

We absolutely loved the property. The house is very well furnished, the kitchen and appliances are very nice and fully equipped, and the screened in back porch is so peaceful that a few people in our group ended up taking naps on the couch! As amazing as the house is the outside is even better. The fire pit area is one of the nicest I’ve seen, and the double dock is amazing! Our group had such a great time fishing and swimming during the day and then roasting marshmallows by the fire in the evening. The grill area is really nice as well. Bring something to grill and take advantage of it, trust me you will be disappointed if you don’t. Steve was so accommodating and was very quick to answer our messages. Him and his wife live down the road so if there are any problems they are addressed quickly, and his sweet wife made a (delicious) cake for our group! We are already trying to plan dates for a return trip next spring. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we can’t wait for our next family trip!

Nice home with good layout.

Nice property. Pictures are out of date with outside of home. Landscape is overgrown so if you have a large vehicle or boat you unlikely will be able to use the driveway. Hosts were very nice but didn't seem to mind the tree 3/4 of the way over the driveway impeading use of it. Also, not their fault, but the street is not accommodating for a large tow vehicle to turn around. If you're not boating, it is a wonderful house. Also dock to channel is 6-10ft deep if you wanted to know.

Relaxing retreat

Some co-workers and I stayed here while working 6 days a week and 12 hours a day. This property was the perfect place to be on a day off. The appliances take a minute to learn if you're not used to the upgraded lifestyle but instructions left by the owners made things much easier.

Even better than expected

The VRBO photos are pretty but do not do the property justice. Much more beautiful upon arrival! Beautiful, peaceful, accommodating. Owners are close and so helpful. All the extras and lots of small details make this absolutely wonderful. We will return for sure.

Peaceful, recharging getaway

Our family had a fabulous time at this beautiful lake home! Hours were spent each day in the huge screened in porch - reading, eating meals, and playing games. The dock was perfect with a safe cove to float in without a care, canoe and explore the osprey nest nearby, and bring a rented boat for the day. The awning on the dock was a great addition to provide shade and extend our time by the water. The home itself and the landscaping on the property is just beautiful and you quickly feel at home. It was hard to leave. Many thanks to Steve and Victoria for creating and sharing such a welcoming space and for the excellent communication and availability. We would highly recommend this property!
