Appartement familial avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains

Il s’agit de notre nouvel appartement climatisé situé à seulement 3 km de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik, dans le petit quartier de la Boska et à 5 minutes en voiture. Il y a une ligne de bus régulière numéro 17 qui va au centre toutes les heures. La gare routière est à 50 mètres de l'appartement. Le restaurant servant une cuisine locale appelé Konoba Dubrava se trouve à 200 mètres. Depuis les activités de plein air accessibles à pied, vous pourrez trouver Zip Line, Buggy Safari, le téléphérique de Dubrovnik et Game of Thrones "Kings Road".
L'appartement est adapté pour 4 adultes confortablement plus 2 enfants. Il se compose de deux chambres privées chacune avec lit queen size, salon avec canapé-lit double, écran Smart Led Tv 49 "avec chaînes satellite, réseau wi-fi privé et climatisé, table à manger et chaises cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, grand balcon privé avec chaises de table et parasol.
Deux salles de bains avec douche et une avec machine à laver et parking sécurisé devant la maison.
Nous le recommandons pour la famille et les couples.

Nous faisons le transfert de et vers l'aéroport pour nos clients et le prix est de 30 euros.

Mario the owner picked us up at the airport and drove us back on departure. He is super friendly and very helpful. Our suitcases were heavy and Mario easily helped with them. The property is actually nicer than pictured and yes very clean and has all required amenities including air conditioning, a washer, and a barbecue. The neighbours are friendly and kind and would say hi, smile, and wave to us. Although this property is not as close to town as some we felt so relaxed at night and it was so lovely to have a clean pool to use to help cool down. Additionally there is an excellent Croatian restaurant within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here. It was an authentic experience to stay among Croatians who are truly warm and friendly people.

The apartment was really clean. Nora and Mario were so helpful, as one of our friends fell on the sidewalk outside and broke her kneecap. Mario took her husband down to the old town to get her prescription, as tourists are not allowed to drive into old town. Nora brought us up some ligament, grapes and pomegranates. This apartment is way up the mountain out of town, 1/2 way to Srd Mountain. The apartment that we rented was in the attic so very small living room, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a decent size, the back bedroom was pretty dark. There were 35 steps up to it, so if you have trouble with stairs you need to know this. You can walk the rest of the way up to Mt. Srd for spectacular views. There is also a bus #17 that will take you downtown.

To reach the Old Town and the nearest beach you only need a 5 minute drive by car or 3 km.
For those who enjoy walking there is a scenic shortcut to the city center via stone steps that offer amazing views.
It takes around 20 to 30 minutes to reach the heart of the town.
Bosanka is well connected with the city by public bus line number 17 as well as regular Taxi and Uber services
A bus timetable will be provided upon your arrival and the Uber price is usually around 7 euro to the city center.
The famous restaurant called Konoba Dubrava is only 150 meters away offering excellent local cuisine at reasonable prices.

As this is a very calm and quiet area I would not recommend my Villa to young groups looking for city crowds and nightlife. Our property is best suited for those seeking a peaceful and relaxing environment.
