Family Zucalo offers you a relaxing stay in a modern apartment.The apartment is air conditioned and have two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and WC, living room, kitchen and have a terrace of 18 sqm with a beautiful sea view.

If desired we organize the transfer from the airport for you, please contact us.

Villa Celenca is located in Rijeka dubrovacka (marina of Dubrovnik), 6 km away from the old town, 5 km from the bus station, 25 km from the airport and 10 m from a bus stop. The connection with the city center and the beaches in Lapad is provided by a regular bus line. The buses leave every 20 minutes.

Boat dock: For guests who own a motorboat we have a dock near Villa Celenca.

Villa Celenca is located near the marina, which is a nice place for walks and a very interesting place for sailboat, motorboat and yacht.

Medjugorje, Mostar, Montenegro Makarska and Split: are great destination for day trips with family or friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was in a perfect location - bus to city centre stops straight outside. Nice local restaurants and cafes near by. The apartment is set in the most beautiful grounds and fantastic to have use of the pool too.Great hosts who are super helpful. Apartment was spotless and well appointed. We also had a very spacious balcony. If I could add two small suggestions to make the experience even better it would be to have a hair dryer and an iron.This is a great property and would highly recommend.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely property with beautiful gardens. Very pleasant helpful hosts. Well positioned for getting into the city and back with a bus stop across the road, that trips will pick you up from. Would strongly recommended this lovely hosts.

Warm and Friendly Welcome

Having previously booked package holidays abroad I was a little anxious that everything would be as we expected when we arrived in Dubrovnik. However, when we arrived at the airport the taxi we had requested was waiting for us and took us to our villa. Milo, Anna and Mihael (and Charlie the dog) were there to greet us and immedialtely offered us a schnapps and a very warm welcome! Throughout the visit they were very kind, helpful and friendly, making sure everything was just right for us. The villa was excellent, very clean and well kept, with beautiful gardens full of flowers and trees, the fruits of which were offered to us frequently- we made delicious, fresh lemonade a number of times during our stay and had figs and grapefruit for breakfast some mornings. The bus service to Dubvrovnik was excellent and our family took advantage of the 7 day Dubrovnik card which gave us 20 bus journeys on any of the local buses and entry onto the city walls and a number of the museums and galleries in the city. Dubrovnik was very beautiful- lots of steps though running up off the main street , Stradun so be prepared for the climb! However there was always a great atmosphere and plenty to see and do. The summer festival was on while we were there was always something going on in the streets and also a number of concerts. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and the area of Croatia. Many thanks to the family for a great holiday- we all had a wonderful time.

Localisation parfaite

Emplacement parfait, logement bien mais manque d équipements pour cuisiner. Par contre le nombre de règles imposées par les propriétaires, horaires de piscine, pas de jeux dans la piscine, ne pas toucher à la climatisation..... nuisent aux bien être.

Séjour agréable à proximité de Dubrovnik

Propriétaires charmants et de bons conseils, malgré la barrière du français. Logement avec terrasse face piscine agréable pour une famille, propre et bien équipé. Un lieu de séjour calme et agréable, ne pas y prévoir de festivités. Arrêt de bus devant la villa mais conseillons une voiture pour mieux découvrir la Croatie. Merci encore à la famille Zucalo pour cet agréable séjour.

Une belle maison peu accueillante

La maison de la famille Zucalo est très jolie et fait une très belle impression en arrivant, avec sa piscine et son jardin très bien entretenu. Cet hébergement est bien situé, au pied d'un arrêt de bus menant directement au centre de Dubrovnik en une demi-heure. De notre terrasse, nous avions vue sur les bateaux et un bras du port, vue très agréable. Cependant l'intérieur des appartements est décoré d'une façon assez vieillotte, avec un équipement minimaliste et usé. Les serviettes fournies sont au format micro. Nos chaises se déboîtaient. Nous nous sommes sentis d'autant moins à l'aise que le règlement est à rallonge et restreint très largement la possibilité de se détendre. Notre fille a fini par conclure que la piscine n'était pas une piscine, mais un bassin de nage... A déconseiller aux familles et aux personnes qui viennent pour se détendre sur place.

Séjour très agréable dans une ambiance familiale

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un appartement spacieux avec une superbe terrasse. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables. La facilité d'accès à Dubrovnik, en bus ou en voiture est appréciable. L'accueil sympathique et familial a encore ajouté au plaisir de visiter cette superbe région. Bon point de départ pour visiter Dubrovnik, la côte et les bouches de Kotor.

Déception , mauvais rapport qualité /prix.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié de devoir payer la liaison Wifi, l'utilisation du lave-linge et d'avoir à acheter le papier-toilette !!! Nous n'avons eu droit qu'à une serviette ridiculement petite par personne. Il nous a été impossible de déjeuner sur la terrasse , le parasol étant insuffisant . Les horaires d'utilisation de la piscine nous ont semblé restrictifs (pas au-delà de 19h).

séjour agréable

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine dans la villa Céléna. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié l'accueil des propriétaires ainsi que leurs conseils avisés, la propreté de l'appartement, la piscine au milieu d'un jardin très bien entretenu et le bus à proximité (au pied de la maison) qui permet d'aller facilement à Dubrovnik où il est particulièrement compliqué de se garer. Merci encore à nos charmants hôtes pour leur accueil.

Séjour Enchanteur

Nous avons passé 2 semaines à Dubrovnik dans un cadre enchanteur. Les propriétaires, Milo et Ania, nous ont réservé un accueil particulièrement chaleureux. Ils ont constamment veillé à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible, au travers de petites attentions quotidiennes (dégustations de fruits, vins et liqueurs bio produits par Milo et Ania) et de précieux conseils (sites à visiter, adresses de restaurants...). L'environnement extérieur ainsi que l'appartement composé de deux chambres sont strictement conformes aux photos. Nous avons pu apprécier la propreté des lieux et profiter d'une piscine remarquablement entretenue, située au coeur du jardin. Le balcon, équipé d'un salon de jardin, permet de profiter d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne. Un arrêt d'autobus, situé au pied de la propriété, permet de se rendre trés facilement à Dubrovnik (notamment dans la vieille ville). Si vous disposez d'un véhicule, vous pourrez visiter en une seule journée, les bouches de Kotor, Mostar, Korcula et bien d'autres lieux splendides. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse et adressons un grand "Merci" à Milo et Ania pour la qualité de leur accueil, leur diponibilité et leur gentillesse. Nous conserverons de notre voyage en Croatie un excellent souvenir. Valérie, Mélissa, Gilles und Oma.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Milo und Andja sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie haben uns eine Menge Tipps gegeben und hatten immer Zeit für ein Gespräch. Das Haus und vor allem der tolle Garten sind wie eine Oase. Gerne haben wir uns nach Ausflügen hier ausgeruht oder im Pool abgekühlt. Wir waren nicht nur von Dubrovnik begeistert, sondern auch von den vielen anderen Möglichkeiten z.B. Bosnien (Mostar) oder Montenegro zu erkunden oder auf die nahe gelegenen Inseln zu fahren.

Dubrovnik holiday

This is a very well maintained property and is very convenient for exploring the surrounding area which is very beautiful. The gardens are wonderfully maintained and it is a beautiful location. The owners however can be difficult and have many rules which pose a challenge especially if you have children . On the first day my 10 year old was shouted at for swimming in the pool and we were told that water cost money and we must not make any splashes. The pool was closed without notice until 12 o clock one day but I could live with that. There was an issue about using the washing machine but once I contacted the property manager this got sorted. The owners are very hard working people and we respect the fact that this is their home but they are renting out 5 apartments so I would expect them to be more welcoming to their guests. One day while we were out somebody came in to our apartment and took cushions off the chairs on the balcony and left them in the living room. Perhaps it was going to rain but considering it was 35 degrees they would dry pretty quickly. On the last day the owner checked the apartment before we left and asked me to wait while she checked that all the towels were there. I was quite disappointed with this behaviour as I am not a thief ! Overall we enjoyed our holiday but I would say this property is most suited to adults and not families . It is perfect if you want a base to explore the area but if you plan on spending any time around the pool or the property then be prepared for many rules.

Wir hatten einen schönen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in Dubrovnik und Umgebung. Die Haltestelle der komfortablen Busverbindung in die Stadt befindet sich nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Atmosphäre rund um das Ferienhaus lädt zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein. Die Vermieter des Hauses sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon mit einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Die Hausregeln sollten bezüglich der Abreisezeit dem Buchungsportal angeglichen werden.

Excellent rental and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Would definitely recommend this rental for commute into Dubrovnik. Excellent local bus every 20mins into city, at a very reasonable price and right outside the door. Location stunning although not a lot to do in the area at night. There are a few restaurants and bars at reasonable enough prices. The facilities of the rental were excellent and our view from our balcony was stunning. Beds great and showers good too. Great time was had by all.

Unser Urlaub bei Anja und Mihael Zucalo in Mokosica

Wir haben ein sehr schönes, super sauberes Feriendomizil mit sehr sehr netten Vermietern vorgefunden. Da unsere Vermieter Anja und Milo sehr gutes Deutsch sprechen, war es für uns sehr einfach, nach Sehenswürdigkeiten und Urlaubstipps nachzufragen, welche sie uns sehr gern gaben. Wir haben dort 8 Tage verbracht, uns super wohlgefühlt und können allen zukünftigen Kroatienurlaubern einen Urlaub dort nur empfehlen. Nochmals einen herzlichen Dank an Anja und Milo

A beautiful private location and so clean

A great location out of the way of the old town and overlooking the river but only a 25 min bus trip to town with a bus stop outside. Try restaurant bonaka bogo on the waterfront (in walking distance) for a treat :-) I could not fault the cleanliness and size of the apartment. We had a relaxing, comfortable stay and my daughter enjoyed the lovely pool everyday! Thanks for our warm welcome and wonderful memories of Croatia Anya, Milo, Charlie and Tiggy

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sehr herzliche GASTGEBERN. DIE VILLA Hat Eine herrliche Garten mit Pool ! Alles sehr Sauber, in ruhige umgebung. Garage sehr gut, im Schatten und abgeschlossen . Sehr gute Restaurant in der nähe. ALLE Fragen wurden uns geklärt und WIR Haben VIELE UND GUTE Tipps bekommen. Super ANBINDUNG an der Stadt mit der Bus .
