Peace and Play est une villa spacieuse, lumineuse, moderne et propre! Nous faisons partie d'une plus grande communauté de villas situées sur les belles rives d'Exuma!

Profitez de superbes couchers de soleil depuis la plage, baignez-vous dans l'océan ou dans la piscine d'eau salée, faites du kayak dans les mangroves ou détendez-vous sous les palmiers. Votre villa de vacances est à quelques pas de la piscine, de la plage et du bar d’honneur où vous pourrez garder et savourer votre cocktail préféré!

La maison a été repeinte en 2019 avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable (réfrigérateur, cuisinière à gaz, four micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle - un appareil silencieux).

Les principaux espaces de vie sont spacieux et ouverts, avec de très hauts plafonds dans le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine.

What a beautiful island!!! House was large and accommodated 3 couples perfectly. Owner provided 2 beach chairs, beach towels, grill, cooler on wheels. The house had ample cooking supplies! House is centrally located which made exploring easy. Owner very quick and responsive. Pool was nice. The only reason i gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was no beach and no-see-ems ate us up. But we didn't spend much time at the house. We were gone exploring almost all day every day!

The property was beautiful. The owner was very helpful. The house had every thing we needed. Plenty of towels, beach toys, and snorkels. I am not happy with VRBO! They are disputing the amount of money I owe because we changed the date we were leaving.

Great Family Home Away From Home

Peace and Play was great for our stay in Exuma! Kelly the host was very attentive and helpful with any need we had. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items for meals and there is a crock pot that comes in handy as well. Our kids enjoyed watching movies on Netflix and other apps available on the smart TV. Excellent location to airport, food, and stores. Neighborhood was always quiet and peaceful. We definitely enjoyed are stay!!

Property was as described on the website. It could do with re decoration in certain areas but given the price it is 5 stars from us. Communal pool area is probably better than described on the website and we very good. Quiet. Only problem we had was that the pool was unable to be used on two days we think because the management company was not maintains the quality of the water.

Wonderful vacation

First of all, Kelly and David are the best hosts we’ve had through VRBO, and we have traveled quite a bit. They were incredibly flexible, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. House was clean and exactly as described. It was spacious and perfect for our family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Exuma! Highly recommended!

Christmas in Exuma

Property was as described. Clean and roomy. Only real downer was the road to access the place….two miles of hell! You will not want to go back and forth! Sunsets were great with 180 degree water views. (Be prepared for no-see-ums). House had all things needed to cook in the kitchen. If u are cooking be sure to buy all condiments, only thing in the house was salt and pepper. Does have beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The only issue we had was the AC which didn't work for the first and second night but the owner sent the technician to resolve the problem.

Pure Paradise

We really got lucky to find this VRBO! Perfect location, perfect accommodations, and absolutely amazing stay. Communication from owner was superb! Lots of helpful information provided. Clean and lovely home. We had everything we could’ve wanted and more! We hope to be back soon.

Great place!

We had a few hiccups at first but they were taken care of. It had everything we needed. Cute cats roam the property which I’m a cat lover. Tamara the property manager was wonderful. Exuma has been one of our favorites for years. We have been to many different properties on the island. This has been one of our favorites!

Peace & Play lived up to its name!

Our family(64 years old down to 11 months) stayed at P&P January 2023. Kelly (owner) went above and beyond with her graciousness in answering my million of questions, and even getting a few extra items stocked for us. With a large family we crock pot a lot of meals(we did eat out a few times, but that can get expensive with 3 kids and 6 adults). There was a brand new crock pot in the cupboard which we used a LOT. Also there was a pack and play which really helped with an 11 month old for sleeping at night. While this house is located on the other side of island, it had a great pool and even a beach area for kids to use. It was a short drive to get to Queens Highway and go either direction to selected beach of the day. We checked tide charts and went to CocoPlum on low tide time and enjoyed shell picking and walking out as far as you wanted as tide was low! Kelly gave us great tips on eating places and grocery shopping, and went over and above to make our vacation exceptional. There’s a gas grill at the house and we purchased lobster from Government Dock which was the meal highlight of the trip! The house is big and with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms it worked great for our family. P&P provided a very relaxing vacation for our family. We’d go back to this house in a heartbeat! Thanks Kelly for all you did to make our trip a family trip to remember!

Loved Exuma!!!!

First, our trip to Exuma was AMAZING! Absolutely loved it! Will be going back. Now, our stay at Peace & Play was nice. We had a few hiccups, but Abby was AWESOME! The A/C went out and she had someone out first thing the next morning. She tried that evening but it was too late. Whenever we needed anything, she was a phone call away! The house looked EXACTLY like the pictures. I especially liked that 2 of the bedrooms were suites with its own bathroom. The house has beach towels, cleaning supplies, and pretty much anything you needed in the house. Which was good because everything on the island is EXPENSIVE! Seven dollars for a dozen of eggs! We didn’t do much cooking. The WiFi was out on the island. But they had mobile wifi that was a tremendous help. Unfortunately, where the house is located the wifi is still spotty, so streaming anything was difficult because of buffering. There are cats and dogs roaming the area. But they are different from the states. I didnt hear 1 dog bark the whole time i was there. They don't bother you. We really enjoyed our visit. Can't wait to go back!!!

Great Place

We had a nice week here. The WiFi was spotty due to an outside issue from a lightning strike to the tower that provides internet to the area, but other than that everything was wonderful.

Amazing Family Vacation

Thank you for hosting us at Peace and Play! Our family vacation was amazing and the Exuma Islands are absolutely beautiful. The home fit our family perfectly. The neighbors are very nice and will help you with any questions that you may have. Penny (their dog) is also very playful and reminded us of being at home. Make sure to check out Exuma Water Sports for the pig tour and visit Hoopers Bay Beach just up the road! If we ever find our way back to Exuma...we will stay here again!

Nice, bright house

We stayed for a week and were very comfortable . The house is nice and bright with many windows overlooking palm trees. It was quiet and peaceful. Our kids really enjoyed the pool.

Peach and Play is intended to be your oasis in paradise. We want you to enjoy the peaceful community, the saltwater pool, beach and honor bars. From here you can also play on the island and explore the many beaches, restaurants, and activities.

Peace and Play is a bright and spacious Villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property was completely painted in 2019 and we brought in all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and fully equipped the kitchen with new small appliances too (coffee maker, toaster, blender).
