Beach House rayann @ Rocks de Three Sisters, situé à cinq minutes en voiture de l'aéroport international Exumas et à 15 minutes en voiture de George Town, la ville principale de l'île Great Exuma, est une maison de ville de 2 étages qui a deux x 2 chambres, 2 et A demi appartements de salle de bains. Une unité est appelée «Ray» et l'autre unité est nommé 'Ann'. Tant Ray et Ann maisons de niveau supérieur 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Chaque chambre dispose d'un balcon. La chambre principale dispose d'une vue panoramique sur la mer. est en bas de la cuisine, une salle d'eau et une salle à manger et le salon. Une double porte française ouvre sur une véranda privée avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il ya des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre et la climatisation centrale.

Le Sandals Resort (anciennement Four Seasons) Greg Norman Golf Course et Marina sont accessibles en 8 minutes en voiture. Un dépanneur est à distance de marche. Grands magasins d'épicerie, un centre de santé, des banques avec distributeurs automatiques de billets se trouvent à George Town.
Une excursion en bateau à l'Exuma Cays nord serait plus excitant de voir les cochons de natation, les iguanes, et le célèbre James Bond Thunderball Grotto Cave.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Rayann’s Beach House. It is centrally located on the island which gives you great access, whichever direction you’re heading. The house is exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed walking on the gorgeous beach every day. The views from the house are incredible. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at RayAnns beach house! Mildred was wonderful and was very welcoming and even gave us fresh baked bread on arrival. She responded quickly to all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is very clean and comfortable and is centrally located so getting to various stores and attractions on the island is a short drive. Renting a boat from Minns to explore the harbor is a must do.

We had a wonderful time at Rayann’s! Mildred was a great host. Communication was wonderful. The house was spotless when we arrived and very comfortable. Mildred even went above and beyond when our flight was delayed and the markets were closed she picked up milk eggs and bread for us. Also provided a homemade bread which was delish! We just returned from our stay at Rayann’s. The direct waterfront home, centrally located on a beautiful beach (nice for beach walks), was a perfect choice for us. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels and a fully appointed kitchen, if one chooses to cook. The beach chairs and cooler were so nice to have for our daily beach trips. The host was excellent to communicate with and helped secure a rental car for us that was waiting when we arrived. Rayann’s will be at the top of our list for a future stay.

Believe the reviews! I did extensive research to find “just the right place” for my adult children and I. There were many options, but none received as high ratings as RayAnn’s, so I went with them, half wondering if they were “really THAT good.” I’m here to report they are!Communication was responsive, proactive and thorough–providing us with all we needed to know and flexible with our requests. When we learned that Mildred is a retired teacher we understood why! The gorgeous beach and water were all ours for all six days we stayed, except for the sweet and gentle beach dogs who’d come and sit by us. There are no occupied buildings within easy ear or eye shot. We wouldn’t have known there was a family in the other unit if we didn’t see them coming and going. The porch (with attached deck) was a favorite a.m. spot. The central location on Queens Highway roughly halfway between the tip of the island and Little Exuma makes access to anywhere easy within less than half hour. RayAnn’s immaculate place felt like home–only cleaner. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs were perfect. Beds so comfy! With a large full kitchen with full sized appliances, meals were easy to make/have on hand. Washer & dryer was handy. Though Mildred reminded us sometimes utilities falter, we never had problems with water, electricity, wifi, etc. We needed a place to connect with each other and recover from the increasing intensity of living in the U.S. RayAnn’s peaceful place was perfect!

Best Place To Stay In Exuma 4 Adults

We cannot say enough about our stay at RayAnn’s during the first week of September 2025. We had the beach to ourselves all week. We toured the island and all of the popular beach spots but never stayed more than 15 minutes because the beach at RayAnn’s was so much better.Mildred is a delightful host and you can tell that she enjoys hosting folks at their property. Everyone on the island that asked us where we were staying had nothing but great things to say about her and her family.This was our first trip to the Bahamas and RayAnn’s (and Mildred) has spoiled us. We agreed that we would now make a trip to Exuma a regular occurrence. We made note of other places to stay on the island as we toured around, but we all agreed that no other accommodations could compare with RayAnn’s!

The RayAnn was such a memorable stay. Not only were the views gorgeous but the home itself had everything we needed and very clean and comfortable. Access to the beach was easy and just what we needed for it vacation. We saw a sea turtle swim by and right after three dolphins. Magical! Isadora and Mildred are very lovely and so hospitable. Also communicative which made things so easy for us. The birthday cake was a plus. We will most definitely be back!!

Perfect and Convenient

Mildred and Isadora's place is perfect and so close to everything. Within 30 minutes of landing at GGT we had our feet in the beautiful waters at Three Sisters beach. Mildred and Isadora are the kindest people you will meet and were wonderful hosts. Just go back today and we miss it already.

Excellent stay again

This was our second time staying at Rayann's-Ray rental and it was just as nice as the first time. The beach is few feet from the back deck, and the sand and water are fabulous. The waves were a little rough during our stay, butvwe were still able to enjoy the water. The beach is a nice white soft sand with no rocks. We aksed the owner if she could get a case of beer and put it in the refrigerator for usbro have some cold beer for our first night and she delivered. We're already planning our return trip. Thank you for an excellent stay once again.

Fantastic stay

The house is fantastic. It is right on the beach and the views of the beach are great right behind the house. It has everything you need including beach towels and chairs to take to other beaches when exploring the island. Mildred does a great job with communication and getting the house ready for you. I highly recommend this house for your stay.

Comfortable with stunning views

My hubby and I enjoyed a lovely visit at Rays. We enjoyed coffee on the balconies each morning and cold Kalik on the decks in the evenings overlooking the beautiful blue waters just steps away. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing

Rays place is everything and I mean everything you could want in a beach vacation. The house is perfect...location, size, ammenities lovely. The beach - you will never forget. Private, quiet, clean the perfect surf and swimming and the blue water is amazing. lue...can never get enoght of the view.

The property was exactly what we were looking for, clean, comfortable and located on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach and water we have ever seen. The host was great, attentive to any issues and very helpful with information. The kitchen was well supplied with all of the cooking utensils needed to prepare great meals.
