Cette maison est parfaite pour une petite famille ou des nicheurs vides. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher. La premiÚre chambre a un lit queen size. La deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux. 1 salle de bain avec une baignoire / douche combinée est située juste à l'extérieur des chambres.

Espace de vie à aire ouverte avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan à travers les grandes baies vitrées. Internet et le cùble sont inclus avec votre séjour. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos repas à la maison. * Veuillez noter qu'il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle. * Cette maison est également livrée avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur. Draps, serviettes de bain et serviettes de plage fournis.

Profitez du bruit des vagues sur votre terrasse face à l'océan avec une promenade privée jusqu'à la plage. Il y a beaucoup de siÚges sur le pont et un grill de style parc pour préparer vos prises fraßches.

Cette maison offre un accĂšs facile - il n'y a pas d'escaliers Ă  monter!

A little bigger porch/deck with shade would make this a perfect place for us. I understand no one wants to put expensive furniture in a beach rental, but it was not very comfortable. The mattress was very comfortable/. we will certainly look to rent this unit again.

Feels like home

This was our second trip back. We felt like we were coming home. We had another very relaxing trip and thoroughly enjoyed being literally on the beach. It was wonderful to take our dogs for walks and enjoy the sunshine. Jessica and Wes are very responsive if you have a question or issue. The keurig was not working, which is fine as we also brought regular coffee with us, but when I let Jessica know, she showed up a little later with another single serve pod coffee maker. She did not need to do that but I truly appreciated it. I felt like she valued us and our stay was important. Truly a wonderful vacation spot and Jessica and Wes are very responsive. We are hoping to be able to return again.

Wonderful Stay

The property was everything promised, clean, very comfortable and steps from the beach! Best day ever - found sand dollars on the beach, rescued a starfish and watched a pod of dolphins playing. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation Spot

My husband and I loved our vacation. The accommodations were lovely. The very short walk to the beach was our favorite thing! The bed was so comfy and the home was clean. The only opportunity for improvement was that some of the dishes were not cleaned properly. (Plates with butter on them, and some silverware with hardened particles on them.) I checked and re-washed the items we used. Did LOVE that there was a black skillet in the cabinet for use! All in all we were very satisfied! I also appreciated the ease to contact Jessica if needed. We adore this property we've been renting it for 25 to 30 years starting with the original owners. We adore the location, the neighbors, the fishing, and the uncrowded, relaxing beach. We feel very "at home her and we LOVE it! Our children, family, and friends grew up coming to this beach house! We have many fond memories here! (We just wish they would open the other bedrooms back up so we can bring more family and friends woth us again!) There's no where else we'd rather be!

Location, Location, Location

If you enjoy being on the beach, this 1 bedroom unit is a great fit. Windows in the living room and kitchen look out on the water. Good view of the sunrise. St. George Island, in October, is not crowded. Only a handful of people out on the beach daily, even on Saturday. Great communication from the owners before, during and after our stay.

Anniversary Getaway

This was our first vacation on St George Island, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The rental was perfect for the two of us. and so convenient to get to the beach from the back deck. We plan to return at least once a year.

What a darling place on the beach. Perfect for my husband, our dog, and me. Everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. Loved the deck facing the beach, and walking out the door to the ocean. Would've loved to have a screen door or windows that opened rather than use ac, but understand that people are not always considerate about having ac running with doors and windows open. Loved the dog friendly beach and lovely area for walking. Very peaceful and relaxing.

A week in Paradise

We loved our stay on St. George! The fact that the ocean was a step away from our patio was simply amazing. We treasured every moment...from the sunrise to the incredible sunsets. There were restaurants near by, but we chose to buy the fresh seafood and dine in! And the one bedroom was just perfect for us. The two picture windows looked out on the inviting sand and the beautiful ocean. Loved the comfortable King bed! We hope to return in the near future...

Quiet Getaway

My husband and I had a great stay at this property on St George Island. We loved being able to walk out the door and straight to the beach! We enjoyed a very relaxing, laid back vacation. It was just what we needed. The only negative thing we have to say is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we made do. Overall we loved staying here and would stay again. We will also make sure to stop for groceries before we get there as the island only has small express stores that are pretty expensive and don’t have much of a variety. Our favorite place to eat was BJs Pizza, we recommend trying them if you visit. We look forward to planning our next trip!

A nice little place to stay

Let me begin by saying that I've rented from many different locations on SGI over the years. The rental costs on the island have skyrocketed in recent years, which led me here to go with the single bedroom duplex style rental instead of a house. First let me say that everything is as described and the place is very clean and is a beautiful setting on the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and it is a very nice set up. But having stayed at other locations and stayed on the plantation before, I wouldn't rent here in the future due to just small inconveniences I haven't experienced before. I would just choose better options for me. Not knocking this place at all because it's a wonderful place to stay but having been at other places in the past, my experiences and expectations were a little different. First of all this place has a lot of positives, very good communications from the owners and very quick responses. They do a great job. The apartment is very clean and organized with great water pressure, which can be a challenge at some SGI locations. It's a beautiful location right on the beach and the deck chairs are wonderful in the mornings and evenings sitting out there listening to the beach and looking over the gulf. It has all of the basic amenities in the kitchen with utensils, dinnerware and cookware as well as a good fridge, washer and dryer. The aforementioned inconveniences are as followed: while the location is stunning, it also has a public beach access on both sides of the house. This leads people to gravitate to and congregate right in front of the house on a mostly empty beach. You can look both ways down the beach and count maybe 20 people, but 10 of them will be directly in front of the house. Minor I know, just something I wasn't used to when staying on the island. The other thing was that this was the first place I've stayed at that didn't have any spare reusable commodities in the house. 1 roll of tp, 1 trash bag in each can, no spare linens or blankets. You have to go day 1 to get all of these things, including aluminum foil, ziplocs, etc. Every other place I stayed at had spare everything, of course I still purchased these things but it didn't have to be immediately. Then we would leave the extra for the next family coming in. I came in to nothing extra so I took the extra back with me in this case. Had to buy a couple of blankets bc it's nice to chill on the couch with a blanket on occasion. Hope this helps.
