Everything was great! The place was cute and the perfect size for our family. Easy access to the beach and in a peaceful location on the river. And we saw dolphins swimming right under the dock on the property!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to sit at the end of the street in the morning and watch the dolphins play and feed in the river was a real treat. The place was very clean and was everything we needed for a great time! We’d definitely rent from Jack and Leslie again!

Fantastic spot!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cocoa Beach! Communication with the owners was great, they were very responsive and friendly to work with. I would recommend to anybody!

Great place

Such a nice place! Everything you need is there. The apartment had a chilled beach vibe and was super clean. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. There was everything we needed for the stay - beach towels included. We can definitely recommend to stay here!

Loved the location. Sunset by the river was my favorite part of the day. Across the street, sunrise at the beach.It was my two kids and I, so the space was appropriate. This unit was bright and clean. Everything we needed. Dresser space for your stuff -I stayed two weeks, so nice not to live out of the luggage. Kitchen supplies, starter supplies in kitchen and bathroom, extra towels, iron and ironing board, full length mirror available, coin laundry close to unit, clear instructions. Tasteful decor and colors made the space feel calm and comfortable. Would stay again and recommend.

Charming and quiet cottage in perfect location for families

We rented since we had a cruise out of Port Canaveral. This little gem ticked all the boxes: quiet but accessible; steps from the beach in a quiet area; clean and practical; there is a small pier and deck on the river you can use. Bonus is we got to see a Space X launch from here one morning. Zero issues, we recommend.

Adorable & perfect location

This home was adorable! It was well maintained and in a great location if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle or have some privacy. The home owners near by are helpful and kind! The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors if they wake before you or stay up later but it does not decrease the positives of the home, location, and kind neighbors. Beautiful scenery. Easy walk to the beach and dock. Great food and fun close by! The hosts are kind and respond quickly! I would definitely stay here again with my friends or family!
