This condo was beautiful and exactly what my friend and I were looking for. It was very close to the beach and the host was extremely responsive anytime I reached out during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to Cocoa Beach.

I guess I missed the part where it was on the second floor but with that aside we would stay there again.Older apartments building but in very nice condition.close to everything in town but also next to the beach.very nice beach and a very quiet area.

What a great place.... responsive and accommodating hosts,,,, immaculately clean.... perfect location... I can't say enough nice things about Rishard Arms and I have already recommended it to two people.

Very nice stay while waiting for our cruise. Very homey and comfortable. Loved the area. Very relaxed and laid back. Easy to navigate to various destinations. First stay in cocoa beach and would love to come back in the future .Host was great when contacted for information was always quick to reply.Thanks for sharing your condo with our family.

Perfect location for a beach day. Private but close to the pier. Nice king beds. Parking was only for one vehicle though so we had to find an alternate paid parking spot for our other car.

The condo was easy to find and a perfect location to the beach, which is just steps out the front door. Walking on the beach at sunrise is always magical. The condo was decorated really cute and had everything and more that we could have possibly needed. It was great having beach chairs and towels on location. The beds were very comfy and I really loved how soft the sheets were as I've stayed at other rentals where they use the cheapest bedding they can find and the sheets felt stiff and scratchy. Nice bedding definitely takes it up a notch!! Teresa was very responsive with any needs that we had, and was kind enough to ship an item to me that was left behind. I recommend going to Jetty Beach to check out the cruise ships coming in and out. All in all, it was a great stay! I highly recommend staying here.

This place was perfect! Beds and bedrooms are huge. Kitchen and bathroom are beautiful. Previous guests have left all kinds of gifts in the bathroom and kitchen- salt and pepper, paper towels, shampoo... And one closet is full of beach towels and beach chairs! I loved being right on the water in such a beautiful condo.

This is a nice beach apartment - the proximity to the beach cannot be beat! The host was quick to communicate. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a cute condo. It is in walking distance to several stores and very close to the beach. We would stay here again.
