Notre condo de 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain est situĂ© directement sur la magnifique plage de Cocoa. Vous apprĂ©cierez la vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis chaque fenĂȘtre avec le beau soleil de Floride qui se rĂ©pand dans chaque chambre. Le condo a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© avec tous les nouveaux meubles et accessoires ainsi que de nouvelles fenĂȘtres en 2016 et un nouveau plancher en 2017. Il est Ă©quipĂ© de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour votre sĂ©jour. Il y a mĂȘme une place de parking juste pour vous. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons accueillir qu'un seul vĂ©hicule. Profitez de la terrasse du condo le long de la plage, de l'accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e, d'une douche extĂ©rieure Ă  votre disposition aprĂšs un aprĂšs-midi Ă  la plage et d'une buanderie commune sur place. Notre condo est dans un petit complexe de seulement 22 unitĂ©s dans un quartier calme juste au nord de Cocoa Beach Pier. Venez profiter de tout ce que Cocoa Beach a Ă  offrir!

Comfortable and cute space. Best stocked vacation home rental I have ever stayed in. Squeaky clean. Games were a hit with my kids. Beach just behind complex. Clear communication with owner and easy check-in. We will definitely be back!

The stay was absolutely perfect. It was like have a rich relative with a house at the beach. Everything was provided, including towels, spices and condiments, beach toys for the kids, beach umbrella, beach chairs and even a cooler!If you trying to decide between this property and another, stop wasting time and choose this one!

We had a wonderful stay at this Cocoa Beach condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The two-bedroom space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The owners truly thought of the little things that make travel easier, including a stocked spice cabinet, coffee pods, phone chargers, beach towels, chairs, and more. It was especially appreciated since we flew in and packed light.Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless, and the local guide provided by the hosts was incredibly helpful for restaurants and things to do in the area. It made our time in Cocoa Beach easy, relaxing, and enjoyable from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was an excellent choice for a beach trip with my adult daughter. The beach was just steps away and the rental was comfortable as home. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Too perfect.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Beide Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß. Im Wohnzimmer mit offener KĂŒche war alles da, was man zum Leben braucht. Es gibt auch StĂŒhle fĂŒr den Strand. Cocoa Beach Pier ist fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, am Strand viele Vögel und auch ein paar Delphine gesichtet. Vom Strand aus haben wir morgens auch einen Raketenstart verfolgen können. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Cocoa Beach Gem

Right on the beach with all the beach trimmings, beach chairs, umbrella and other gear so you can enjoy the beach...condo is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, super clean and in a very quiet area. Plenty of room for four although it was great for me and my wife....we'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

We have been lucky to have stayed here the past 2 years. We had such a great experience last year that we were excited to see this unit available for our visit this year. Kim and Scott have provided everything needed for the beach and the kitchen is well stocked as well. The unit is clean the bed is way comfortable. We love the location! We have stayed in some other units in years past but none compare to theirs. We have family on Merritt Island only 15 minutes away. The second bedroom is perfect for the two grand kids.I accidently left some jewelry. I called Kim, she had the cleaning person look which they found and mailed back to me. Very grateful for the great communication!We look forward to staying here next year. We will book early so we have a great chance of staying here again.Thank you!Susan F.

Great location and very nice owner

It's a great location, right at beach front; 25 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Owner replies messages in time and very easy to communicate. We enjoyed staying at this property! Highly recommend it.

Great Beach Location

This Colorado couple had a great time cramming as much beach time as possible while still being able to enjoy the surrounding area. We were extremely greatful for the beach supplies that made it so convenient and relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and the condo was just the right size. It had everything we needed for a wonderful time that we'll never forget.

Ideal VRBO in Cocoa Beach

Almost exactly what was shown and described online. Right near beach path to ocean. I thought it was the unit with a balcony facing the ocean. Otherwise, beautifully updated, well supplied with everything you might need and more !I would rent this unit again!

Great Stay

Very clean and inviting. Hosts were very accommodating and everything you need for a beach vacation is there for you. Short drive or walk to many attractions. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Girls trip

This place is everything one could ask for! Convenient to everything, comfortable, fully stocked, well kept! My daughters and I did a girls trip over spring break and had a fabulous time. Seen sunrise multiple times, space x launch/land, walked to pier and restaurants, and beach was within few steps. Absolutely NO COMPLAINTS! Can’t wait to book again.

Great location and an excellent place to stay

This is a small, 2-story building of units. Our unit/apartment was well-stocked, and I'm picky. I choose VRBO's because we can cook. This kitchen was better appointed than other VRBO's I have stayed in. I usually buy something to leave for future guests, but I ran out of time. It needs a garlic press and a decent chef's knife. But that's being nit-picky. There were LOTS of spices, cooking oil/spray, and plenty of cooking utensils, pots, and pans. I also appreciated the ice maker. The one bathroom is great. Good water pressure, soft towels (a huge plus), and good shampoo, soap, etc. The beds were nice with awesome mattresses, reminiscent of nicer hotels. TV's in each room, some games to play as well. Another Huge Plus were the boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, etc. Again this is where I usually leave something new behind, like a boogie board, but we just ran out of time. My only issue with most of the VRBO's I've stayed in is the toilet paper and paper towels. It's always the cheapest single-ply stuff. Don't cheap out on this. Go Brawny and Charmin! :)Good food is nearby, and some within walking distance. We enjoyed lunch at Cocoa Beach Fish Camp, which has a lot of locals. There's a putt-putt course within walking distance. The beach is uncluttered and not a overrun with people. We had good surf and plenty of fun walking up and down the beach. We also enjoyed seeing a SpaceX launch and hanging out with the locals. Love it here!

Excellent property and location, with minor caveat for some vacationers

The location of this property was excellent; a few steps from the beach with nice restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Plenty of amenities for the beach are available in the condo's closets. The hosts were very responsive to messages from us. The only minor caveat is that the condo is on the second floor with no elevator. The stairs were a bit difficult on my 76 year old wife. If anyone in your party has difficulty navigating stairs, you may want to consider an alternative place. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Perfect location

We love the location of this condo. It’s close to beach and Port Canaveral and shopping. Also a very walkable area. The beds were extremely comfortable. It has everything you need for cooking. We love this cute condo.

The perfect spot in Cocoa Beach

Kim was very attentive and helpful, every room has an ocean view, and it's only a few steps to the sand and water! Short drive to restaurants, Kennedy Space Ctr, and the cruise port. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! We could stream through our own apps on the tv which was a nice bonus.We would love to come again!!

The accommodation was very well equipped. The location is perfect and so is the communication with the owners. It is only worth noting that there was quite a bit of dust in some parts of the apartment. Otherwise perfect.
