This Residence is adjacent to of our Hotel - The Timber at Holly Branch which features a lounge open 5 days week featuring small bites and craft cocktails! It will feel like your own private bar experience!

Love this place!! The communication was exceptional! The Bar across the street had the best Bartender and wait staff. The house is super close to Ober Tram on the strip making this place ideal during the winter when you don't want to drive on the icy roads. We got stuck an extra day due to weather and the owner was more than compensating. This is definitely our new go to for the winter trips!

Great location that was tucked away from the busyness but close enough to walk to the main area of Gatlinberg. Would have been nice to have more window coverings and more cookware.

We enjoyed the cabin and the Timber bar on the property. The staff was friendly and attentive.The cabin could use some updates and a little TLC. But, overall it was very spacious, had more than enough amenities to satisfy us. It is close enough to Gatlinburg to walk, approximately a quarter-mile walk. The walk back after dark was not well lit, but the flashlight on our phones was enough. We will definitely stay here again!

The location and space was great, we had a great time with the whole family there. Six adults and two 1year old babies. The friendly neighborhood bear(Freddy) was a fun treat to have around every night. Gave us the full Gatlinburg experience. Only things that would of made this place 5 stars for us was to have extra blankets to use in the living room. Enough outlets for everyone to use their recliners, one set of outlets for 4 recliners. And a better stocked kitchen- specifically a larger skillet and a spatula would of been nice to have.

Family Fun

We loved being able to walk to downtown! The hot tub, and pool table was nice to do with the family down time! Front door parking too! Lots of space inside the house!

Our Stay was great, cheap and close to down town. Only issue was the pool table being held up by a plate and almost unplayable.

Check-in was easy. The home was very comfortable and roomy for our family of 6. We loved the cool architecture and the furnishings were functional as well as attractive. Everything worked great : kitchen, bathrooms, ac, laundry, WiFi. The pool table and hot tub were perfect for relaxing downtime between adventures. Parking on the property was plentiful and the location was easily walkable to the main strip in Gatlinburg which was a huge bonus. Our only concern was that WiFi was not password protected so I stuck with my cellular, just in case.
