This property was a great vacation stay for our group of 6. It was very clean and the layout and amenities were just as described. The location was convenient to the convention center and downtown Gatlinburg. The hosts were excellent at communicating and were very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

This was a perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg for our family. This held our 4 adults and 2 kids with plenty of room for everyone. The views were beautiful during the day and lit up at night time form all of the lights. You are so close to downtown and the Gatlinburg convention center. It was a very quiet apartment building. This place had everything you would need and was clean. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Great weekend stay!

We had a great time check in was easy he just sent us a code and what time to be there. There was a problem with the thermostat but I messaged him and he called me a few minutes later to get that resolved. We had an awesome time even saw a mama bear and three cubs in the lower parking deck. Overall great experience!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations, as we put significant effort into providing a five-star experience for all our guests. We would like to clarify a few points for accuracy and for future reference. The dishwasher was left running because the previous guests checked out past the scheduled time and had not started it. Our cleaning team began the cycle before departing, and a full cycle takes approximately three hours. One TV remote had low batteries, which were replaced promptly the following morning. While we understand inconveniences can be frustrating, messages sent at 1:00 AM regarding non-urgent matters such as batteries are outside normal expectations. Additionally, the bedroom light is fully functional using the wall switch. The remote-controlled lighting is an added upgrade, not a standard feature, and there were also two working lamps available in the room. We responded to all messages almost immediately and addressed each concern as quickly as possible. Despite this, it seems our efforts did not meet your expectations, and we respect your perspective. We appreciate your stay and your feedback, which we will continue to use to improve the guest experience. Thank you!

I had a very nice experience! Apartment is very comfortable and neat. The only thing I would suggest is to add to the vrbo info is that apartment is located on the third floor and there is not an elevator.

View was beautiful and if you want to see bears, you will definitely see them on the property. Walk to Gatlinburg was not too bad, easier walk if you take route left off the hill. Pictures were as described. Would’ve liked more living room seating since it can hold 8 but we made it work with 5 people. Would definitely come back for location. Host was awesome in communications.
