Just a few of many things you can do is relax on the large deck and watch the bears pass by or maybe let the kids do some swimming in the indoor pool, or watch a movie with the family in the theater room. The place was even better in person than the pictures! It was a quick walk to downtown, though that hill was hard to get back up! The pool, hot tub, and game room were loved by the kids. We cook a lot and the kitchen had just about anything you need. Loved this location!

Location was walking distance to downtown, the cabinet itself was really spacious. There was plenty of activities for the kids to do while we stayed at home. Host even took care of small issues right away.

Family vacation our son is leaving for the Middle East and we wanted to spend some time with him before he leaves. 6 adults,7 kids, 3 dogs. We had plenty of room and the house is lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The pool table is not quite level but we made it work. The fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. Would like the porches to be gated for the kids and dogs. We ate breakfast and dinner in so the kitchen was great. Also, I left a necklace and the cleaning group sent it to me right away. Thank you. We had a wonderful time!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The space was perfect for our large group it comfortably slept all 16 of us with plenty of room to spread out. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for both relaxation and fun. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights and were enjoyed by everyone. It was so nice to have those amenities right on the property, especially for winding down in the evenings. The common areas were spacious and inviting, making it easy for our whole group to gather together without feeling crowded. We used the cabin for the close proximity to the convention center for the local teen convention. Everything we needed was provided, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. This cabin was ideal for a family gathering or group getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Exactly what we needed

The hosts were great and very accommodating, the location was excellent. The cabin had everything and the theater room and game room passed the time the one day it rained. Oh and we saw several bears during our stay one even raided the bed of some guy’s truck and tore open his tote.Definitely would recommend staying here!

Family Time

We were looking for a place that would provide us with enough entertainment that we could “stay in” for the entire weekend and just enjoy each other and this cabin was perfect. My kids loved everything about this place and therefore we did too.

Perfect Family Getaway

We took a family vacation with our parents and children. It was the perfect place for a 3 generation group. We enjoyed the games, pool/hot tub, and walking downtown. The fenced in yard was enjoyed by both the toddlers and dogs. There were several bear sightings! I’ve already recommended the property to friends. If we make it back to the area we will most definitely be staying here again.

Great Holiday Getaway

Excellent house within walking distance to Downtown Gatlinburg and the Gatlinburg Trail trailhead. Saw a bear while walking back to the house from downtown the first night! Game room and theater room, indoor pool and hot tub on deck made for fun activities for all ages 2-72.

We have a total of 3 properties and enjoy sharing our homes with guest and provide pet friendly homes to guest. We have built several good relationships with guest that have been coming back to our properties for years. This is our newest property and hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do
