This home perfectly accommodated the 10 of us. We enjoyed the outside deck and screened in front porch. The kitchen was well equipped and the home very clean upon our arrival.

sweet spot by the sea

This house is cute and cozy, my family felt right at home. Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped place to stay and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk/shops/restaurants.

Property was great and as described. Was large enough for 9 of us (a 3 and 17 year-old and 7 adults). It was a quick walk to the ocean (a little over a block) and the boardwalk.

Wonderful beach house!

Searest is a comfortable, lovely beach house that’s close to everything (boardwalk, beach and town) but still quiet and in a nice neighborhood! Loved the house. Weather was challenging (Tropical Storm Ophelia) but we still had fun. Well-kept property and home. We will definitely return!

Great location, plenty of room for a family in the house. Good outdoor space. Appliances were nice. New carpet. Could use a deep clean, but overall the house was a bit cluttered, but was clean.

Comfortable Home in Great Location

101 Hickman is a classic Rehoboth cottage, if that term applies to a home with four bedrooms. It had plenty of space for us to spread out and not be in each other's hair, and also good living spaces for gathering. It has a comfortable, lived-in vibe, no surprise since it probably dates from the 1920s. It is a short walk to the beach and also to Rehoboth Avenue. We will seek to stay there again!

Memorial Day weekend 2023

Great house close to everything in Rehoboth. We arrived and didn’t move the cars until we left. The house is pretty vintage but in a cute, beach cottage-vibe kind of way. Had what we needed. Front porch and back deck were great extras. Would come back :)

This house has lots of character and has been in the same family for generations, unlike a lot of newer, rather sterile places for rent in Rehoboth. It is comfortable and well located, within a very short walking distance of the Boardwalk and a short walking distance to Rehoboth Avenue. BHHS Penn Fed is an excellent and responsive management co.,the best we have dealt with in our many years of renting in Rehoboth.

Wonderful stay

Perfect "Beach house"

This is a classic old beach house filled with history. We spent Thanksgiving there and had dinner on the back deck. Plenty of room for us and two grown children. The house is close to everything, but not so close that it was overrun with people and noise. We absolutely loved it. Our parents live a few blocks away so this gave us the opportunity to be near them but still practice social distancing.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful cottage! It easily accommodated our family of 8. The screened in porch was the favorite place to hang out and relax. It was very close to the beach, the boardwalk and downtown! Check in and check out was easy and efficient! I definitely recommend this beautiful beach cottage and we will be returning!
