Makanui 711 - Vue sur le jardin / la montagne

Voici le chalet de plage que vous recherchez! Tout le confort de la maison avec une demi-salle de bain supplémentaire commode, plus une piscine, des courts de tennis et de courtes promenades à deux grandes plages. La plage de Poipu a été inscrite sur des listes de plages exceptionnelles pour les installations du parc pour enfants, la natation et la plongée avec tuba, les couchers de soleil et les restaurants à proximité. Il se trouve à 7 minutes à pied de la plage de Poipu et à 12 minutes de la plage de Shipwreck Beach, en face du Grand Hyatt. Parfait pour un couple ou emmener 1 ou 2 enfants ou amis.

Aucun escalier n'est requis. Il se trouve Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied du parking du condo et de celui de la piscine de Makanui. La piscine principale Poipu Kai, le bain Ă  remous et les courts de tennis sont accessibles Ă  pied ou en voiture.
La climatisation n’est gĂ©nĂ©ralement pas nĂ©cessaire, car nous sommes bien placĂ©s pour profiter des alizĂ©s tropicaux. Cependant, une unitĂ© portable AC est disponible pour votre confort, si vous le souhaitez. L'Ă©lectricitĂ© est chĂšre ici, donc les clients sont priĂ©s de bien vouloir Ă©teindre la climatisation lorsque vous quittez le condo. Mahalo!

Beautiful Place!

This condo is a great place to stay! It is well stocked and has all the appliances you might need...plus a hair dryer. The hosts were very informative and gave us information prior to us arriving which is super nice so we could plan our vacation. It is a perfect place to open the window and doors and get that great hawaiian breeze and at night they have a air conditioner right in the bedroom so we were always comfortable.

Super location - condo as expected!

The property is somewhat dated, but clean and had all the amenities one needs to enjoy your stay. The owners were especially helpful in providing great information regarding the area, attractions, restaurants, etc. The location is wonderful, with easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great! The unit had everything that we needed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai every morning. I appreciated all of the communication that I received from Koloa Kai Vacation Rentals both before and during our stay.

The condo was attractive, clean, and comfortable. Great location. A short walk to Poipu Beach. Poipu is the best choice during the winter months, as it was sunny the entire week, while the north shore got rain.

Amazing stay in Poipu

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in this condo! The mountain view was lovely in the morning and night, Poipu Beach is .09 miles away, and there's great places to walk to. The condo itself was spacious and spotless and I really appreciated the prompt communication. We discovered the beach umbrella was broken on our first day and after I texted the manager, a brand new umbrella was delivered to the condo the next day. Really appreciated the cooler, multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. for use, as well as the well-stocked kitchen and laundry. Great stay, we hope to come back!

Relaxation and great getaway

Really is what people say. Clean, modern, lovely and quiet. Everyone was to bed early and we hardly noticed the neighbors except to say hello. The pool is a short sidewalk away as if it is in your back yard. There was a blowup mattress that was perfect to assemble for one of our older children. Linens and blankets were easy to find. Didn't have to call for anything.

Very updated and very well kept!

This place was way nicer than I expected. It was very well kept, very well up to date. The place was very maintained and had all the supplies you needed during your stay. It was awesome to already have detergent there for the washer and dishwasher. This made things very easy. The only issue I had was the door lock. I called the office, and they were able to help me and get it resolved for me right away. Overall, very satisfied.

Nice Place in Beautiful Location

This property was very nice! Everything was nice and clean and the location was great. Just a short walk to some of the best beaches and the most amazing view of the mountain in the morning. I will say, the unit isn’t super private, that is no fault of the owners, it appears many of the condos had the same issue. The kind of windows used are not sound proof, we could hear everything happening all the time even with the windows closed. Also, the bathroom windows don’t have coverings, they are just frosted glass. In the daytime you can’t see in, but at night you can see into the bathrooms if the light is on in there. Let’s just say we had an interesting view one night from our patio. So just be careful when going to the bathroom when it’s dark outside 😬. Again, this is nothing against the owners at all, we still loved the unit and had a great time, just a heads up for those staying in the area in the future.
