Les Villas of Kamali`i, à Princeville, est un complexe hôtelier de luxe situé dans le complexe de Princeville, sur la côte nord luxuriante de Kauai. De conception très similaire aux Villas sur le Prince, ces unités de style maison de ville de deux et trois chambres à coucher sont lumineuses, spacieuses et offrent une vue sur le terrain de golf, le jardin et la montagne. Les Villas of Kamali`i se trouvent à distance de marche du club house du parcours de golf et les autres commodités et activités de Princeville sont à quelques minutes en voiture. The property was great - exactly as described. Lots of space and a beautiful view of both foliage and the mountains. We enjoyed the North Shore, local restaurants and Common Ground farm to table tour and dinner. I really appreciated the communication from the staff in advance so I didn't need to worry about getting the lockbox code and other details. Very appreciative!

Not only is the house magnificent,, but the setting is superb. Tea at 6 a.m. on one of the patios overlooking the amazing plants and mountains, listening to bird life come alive on the island...I have never experienced such relaxation! Also, the rental property company is most attentive throughout the stay which makes you feel extra valued!

The condo was located in a very nice, quiet gated complex. The yards were all manicured beautifully. Right outside our back door was an amazing view!! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again if we have a chance to return to Kauai!! Bright and very comfortable

We have rented condos at Villas of Kamalii for several years now when visiting Kauai. This particular unit is away from the main road and is very quiet and receives lovely sunlight due to the location. Look forward to staying here again.

The condo was perfect for my sons and their wives and my 5 month old grandson!We had our own spaces for privacy, and appreciated the large washer and dryer! The rockers on the lanai were wonderful for my grandson. We had a leaking toilet but the managing group responded and fixed it. The kitchen was set up well, although a salad spinner would be a nice addition.

Princeville Gem

An outstanding property that had more than enough room to accommodate our group of 5 adults. The views and location of this property were breathtaking and the townhouse was fully equipped with all the needed amenities. The property management company was absolutely first rate and a joy to deal with prior to, and during, our stay. We would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Best of Kamalii

3rd stay in 3 different units, by far the quietest. Excellent condition and fully functional. Only complaint was the TV setup, couldn't find Hawaiian music channels.

Memorable family trip

We spent a week with a family of 6 including kids & grandparents. The house was perfect size with two master bedrooms and a third room for kids. For us the best part was the location with serene beautiful views from the house balconies. Overall the house is well located near grocery store and restaurants with the Hanalei Bay just minutes away. The beach chairs provided cam quite handy as well. Would love to be back.

very nice house

the hose is very nice: very clean, nice decorated, well stocked with everything a family needs. The location is perfect: 1 min from the shard swiming pool and hot tub and BBQ area, very quite, great view of the mountains from the Balcony. Perfect for a large family of 6, or 3 couples. there are 3 separate bedrooms. Everything is well maintained and very comfortable.

Wonderful and spacious condo in the bamboo forest!

We had a wonderful week in Villas of Kamali'i #13. Very spacious, clean and convenient to Princeville and Hanalei. Very well equipped in kitchen, baths, and towels and playthings for the beach. The two main bedrooms each have king size beds and their own bathrooms en suite. The third bedroom is much smaller with two twin beds kind of crammed into the room, so that couldn't easily open the closet door. So it's fine for one person or two little kids. Just FYI. Otherwise great!

Peaceful villa

We came to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This was a great location, a quick drive to the beaches or the Princeville stores. We appreciated the peaceful setting, that looked out over the garden to the mountains. We could see the stars from the upper lanai in the early morning. We enjoyed our coffee out there. The Villa was decorated in a wonderful Hawaiian way. The kitchen had all we needed. They provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. In the garage there was plenty of beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. They provided beach towels too. It was a short walk to the pool and spa. The grounds were great to walk around. The only bad thing..... we had to leave. Mahalo Parrish Company, we appreciated all the extras you provided.

Great villa for a group getaway!

We spent a week with six adults - two couples and two singles. This villa worked well with the exception of the bedroom layout - the third bedroom fit two twin beds with barely enough room for luggage. (It would be fine for young kids.) However, the rest of the condo is very spacious so ultimately, there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa was nicely decorated and well-stocked - we cooked a number of meals and had everything we needed. The location offered nice views from the multiple outdoor spaces. It is well situated within the complex - a very short walk to the shared swimming pool, hot tub (although out of order), and BBQ area - which we took advantage of. It is also close to grocery stores and restaurants in Hanalei and Princeville, with Hanalei Bay just minutes away. However, not much that we found within a quick walk - lots of driving. Everything is well-maintained and the one maintenance issue that arose was dealt with promptly. We'd love to come back!

Beautiful large well decorated condo

This is a large beautiful condo in a great area. Check in and out was very easy and there was great communication from the management company. If I had one comment, it would be that with the welcome package, it would be nice to have the things required to do when checking out. Also, some places I have stayed had info about the island or local places that was very helpful. When we checked out it was asked that we close all fans but I couldn't find the switch for one of them. We were asked to remove our garbage & I had to ask the management company- to where. That is an example of the instructions that could come in the informational package.

The Villa was perfect for our stay. Very spacious and clean. We loved the view from the back balcony: lush, tropical woods with a view of the mountians. It was close to things in Hanelei and Princeville.

Perfect Kauai Family Vacation

This home was absolutely beautiful and had a wonderful, peaceful view off of the back decks/patio of the jungle and mountains. We enjoyed sitting out there to enjoy our coffee in the morning, listening to all of the birds (and roosters!) The home itself was perfect for our 3 generation family. My parents had their private suite in the lower level and we had ours on the main level. The two twin beds in the front bedroom were perfect for my 10 and 12 year olds. We also enjoyed playing games on the dining table, which fit all 6 of us comfortably. And the pool being just a short walk across the road was a nice bonus. If we are ever lucky enough to visit this beautiful island again we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!
