Our stay

My friend and I booked the place as a girls trip. We were surprised that the place is a shared house and not your own private suite as listed. The owners were nice and accommodating. It had everything we needed but it would be nice to know that it is not your own place.

Mini Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautifully decorated. Madison & Maritza were a great host. The communication was spot on! They are both very concerned about the details to keep you comfortable in the house. The house has everything you need, even stuff you wouldn't even think of "scissor sewing kit" Which we needed for some reason. It is close to everything you need, stores, beaches. I loved that it's in a very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this for a couple. We are already planning to come back next year!

The property was beautifully decorated and lovely to stay at. The entrance and yard was attractively landscaped and welcoming. They thought of everything that a traveler would need and provided so many extra amenities. The location was perfectly located to access beaches, attractions, and shopping. I strongly recommend staying here.

Siesta Key

This is a spacious little unit with all the amenities one needs for a day at the beach. It was in close proximity to Siesta Key Beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Visit with Friends

The property was clean and cozy. It had all the things we needed and worked great for the few days we were in Sarasota to visit friends. We hope to stay here again on our next visit.

Watch out!

Everything went smooth for our check in process, the place is impeccable even though it’s small. We were here for a wedding and since we were the closest to the venue we were asked if we could have the grooms party change for the ceremony at our place. I checked with the hosts and they said it was fine and even offered refreshments for them. All was good until one more person than planned arrived and someone stopped by to pick up some keys. The host began blowing up my phone while I was off getting the bridal party ready causing a huge distraction to our whole morning. They pestered me all day to pay them by Venmo a 50 over capacity fee. I was busy so I didn’t have time to deal with it and they finally just added the fee through the VRBO app. Which seemed more appropriate anyway than Venmo. But they charged us 50 for having 5 people in the suite for 1 hour. Ridiculous.

Wonderful property

A perfect property for a 4 nights .. a quick trip to play in Sarasota golf tournament.. close to Detweiler’s Farm Market, UPS store where we picked up our clubs. The owner thought of everything. You won’t be disappointed!

Delightful Place To Stay

This place is spacious, private, modern, in a great neighborhood and CLEAN. It's stocked with an abundance of amenities! It was easy to communicate with the host. We will definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in Sarasota.

Siesta key cottage

Place was beautiful. They have everything you need for your stay. Conveniently located to all the beaches. Will return again if we are ever in the area. Beds and pillows are very comfortable . Patio area is large and everything you need for the beach. Would highly recommend this place .

Lovely apartment Siesta Key

Spent Easter weekend in this beautifully decorated studio apartment, with ample kitchen/dining space, good size bath with large glassed in shower. Nice private patio with table and umbrella. This apartment is connected to a lovely home, however there is a private entrance and we never heard anyone. About 10 minute drive to Siesta Key public beach. Fantastic beach!! I would highly recommend staying here.

Well maintained!!

Every part of this property is well maintained. Clean, efficient, and prepped with those few items often forgot. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Convenient to Sarasota, St. Armand, and Siesta.
