There were plenty of essential items such as coffee, etc supplied in the kitchen for our use. It was nice to be able to check-in and be ready to go without needing to immediately run to the grocery store for such items!

The pool was very nice! No one swam except for us. I believe the property has 4 units. It was quiet (except for traffic) and the apartment was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was very firm if you like a firm mattress. The walk to the beach requires walking over a bridge. Do not recommend if you have to carry a lot of beach supplies. The washer and dryer are not in the apartment and you have to pay to use the machines. We would have brought quarters if we had known. I was thankful that beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Publix grocery store is 3 minutes away. I would stay there again.

The condo itself was nice and comfortable. Well furnished and had the basic kitchen necessities. The pool and common areas could use some roundup and sprucing up. Easy walk over the bridge to the beach. Near by Publix and the Gulf Gate area with restaurants and bars.

Very nice location! The pool was footsteps from the condo and very close to multiple beaches. The host was very accommodating and had a closet full of beach accessories (chairs, beach umbrella, noodles, boogie boards, etc.). When I asked about things to do, the host made an extra effort to find out information for us. If I go back to Sarasota, I would definitely rent that location again. Thank you!

Wonderful little condo in great location!

We really enjoyed our time here. Perfect spot - walkable to smaller beach, 5 min drive to Siesta Beach, short drive to Turtle Beach. Clean, homey, nice little pool - just what we needed for our family of 5.

Nice place to rest

Everything about the property was as expected. The only complaint was that the walk to the beach was further than we thought it would be. The kids were exhausted before we made it to the sand. We opted to drive to the public access. Parking was available early morning and late evening. The pool was great as well.

Siesta key location

The property was perfect for us. The beach towels were greatly appreciated . We had some questions and they were quickly addressed by the owners. I would recommend this property.

Siesta Key!

Great location within walking distance to good restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. We rented a car and it was easy to drive in the area. We also used FrogHop when we didn’t want to drive.

My sister and I were in Sarasota area to see the Orioles play for Spring Training! This was a great place to stay. Had a wonderful time!

Pleasant stay

Pros: Conveniently located to beaches, dining, and shopping. Looked/felt like a safe neighborhood. Unit nicely decorated. Detailed instruction book provided in unit.Cons: Property listing says basic soaps provided, but there was no soap of any form in either shower. We had to bring the bottle of hand soap from the sink into the shower. As for shampoo, you are hard-pressed to find even a budget hotel that doesn’t provide shampoo and conditioner.There were only two of us, and we each took one shower per day no longer than 15 minutes per shower, but each time, the person who went second ran out of hot/warm water halfway through, even with the showers being a few hours apart. It appears that the hot water heater was not adjusted to accommodate number of guests.

Cute place close to the beach

Very cute, spacious, very clean. Less than a 10 minute walk to Siesta Key and also close to the restaurants in town. Hosts were very responsive.

Nice, cozy little apartment

We had a very nice 6 days stay in this apartment.It is conveniently located, a short drive/ walk to the beach, right off the main road. It is at the first level (with one more level above). It has parking for one car (per unit). It has (coin operated) washer and dryer (shared by a few apartments). It has a little pool - in the relative proximity of the main road. There is a little terrace, with outdoor furniture, that leads from the apartment's living/ dining area to the pool.The interior has a cozy feel, it was very clean, the kitchen stocked with everything we needed in order to prepare our own meals.We liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom - convenient for our family of four. The water pressure was great!Beach towels were provided. Beach chairs and umbrella were available - but we ended up not using them.There were a couple of card and board games - handy for those lazy days.There is a book with details about the place, carefully prepared by the host.The only two things that we felt could be improved were: the lack of a bathroom fan in the master bathroom and the mattresses were a little too hard for our liking (squeaky, too ;-)Communication with the host was seamless.All in all, we had a great stay!Thank you!
