Récemment rénové / janvier 2019. Condo de plage massif, moderne et propre.

Venez profiter d'une plage de plage relaxante et immaculée. Notre condo, "Casa de Playa", au 612 Gulf Blvd. est spacieux, moderne et propre. Il offre plus de 2200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, dans un immeuble de seulement 14 unités. Notre condo est très relaxant et confortable. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une grande salle de bain principale avec douche et baignoire séparées. La deuxième chambre offre un lit queen, et la troisième / chambre intermédiaire a deux lits jumeaux. Il y a un grand balcon et une buanderie / cellier séparé avec laveuse et sécheuse de grande capacité. Le bâtiment en copropriété est juste sur la plage. Notre unité ne fait pas directement face au Golfe. Notre vue est belle cependant - un canal et un quartier résidentiel de l'autre côté de la rue. Il y a une vue partielle sur le golfe depuis les fenêtres latérales du salon et de la chambre. De nombreux restaurants, magasins, parcs et plus sont facilement accessibles à pied.

Les autres commodités de la plage à proximité (à seulement quelques minutes) incluent le village de Johns Pass avec des boutiques uniques, des restaurants, des locations de parachute ascensionnel et des vagues, la pêche en haute mer, une croisière en bateau pirate, une croisière d'observation des dauphins. Il y a un chariot unique qui vous emmènera n'importe où entre toutes les plages qui bordent Gulf Blvd. Il y a aussi de nombreux bons restaurants et bars avec musique live et karaoké le long de la plage.

Tampa est à seulement 56 km avec des équipements tels que: Busch Gardens Theme Park, Adventure Island Water Park, Lowry Park Zoological Park, Museum of Science and Industry, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Performing Arts Center, Ford Ampitheater, Channelside & Ybor City - connu pour leurs boutiques et restaurants uniques, les théâtres IMAX, les clubs de danse et les piano-bars.

Les parcs à thème Disney World et Universal Studios sont à seulement deux heures de route sur l'Interstate 4.

This property was in a great area, easy walking to anything you needed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals in, loved the outdoor space also. Would love to come back to stay again.

Great space for my family. Loved how big the main area was and being right on the beach! Got to have best of both worlds with the community pool (which was warm- so kids loved it) and being right on the ocean! Close to lots of places to eat and only a quick drive to many destinations like downtown Clearwater etc!

The room was very nice and large. We had more than enough room for our group of 6. Communication with Noah was great, he even sent a message to make sure the room was up to standard and see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property.

Fabulous Family Beach Vacation

The beach front condo was in a fantastic location in Indian Rocks beach right next to the gulf. The condo was as described by the owner as spacious, clean and well-appointed. The owner was very responsive to all our needs and made our stay very comfortable. We had an amazing vacation staying so close to the beach and pool.

The best place to stay

We have stayed up and down Gulf Blvd for over 35 years, and this was the best condo by far. The owner was very quick to respond to our inquiries. The condo was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all we needed for a fantastic week. The pool was spotless and the beach is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

This was our first time staying on the beach and this condo was everything we could ask for. Noah is awesome and is really good at answering questions you have. The cleaning staff is beyond friendly. The condo itself is right on the beach. It’s extremely easy to get to and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants we visited. The pool was nice as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren!

We were four adults and two small children (ages 3 & 7) and Noah's place was perfect! The beach wasn't crowded and the kids loved the pool. Noah's unit was immaculate and well furnished for cooking; the washer and dryer are a real plus when traveling with kids. Beach chairs and toys are provided. Door lock works well. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Noah.

Awesome

The condo was very large and roomy. The outside patio was huge except it could’ve used more chairs. The living room was very large. We really enjoyed the two couches and the very large chair that swivels. All that room made it very enjoyable in the evenings, when we were all together and relaxing. The building is only four floors high so the elevator was never a problem it was very rarely ever used. The only complaint that I have is that the maintenance people are very very rude. If you don’t have to talk to them it’s a plus. We would definitely rent again.

Wow!! What a fantastic rental unit. We have been visiting IRB with our two kids for years and we've stayed in lots of different rentals. This was the best by far. Fantastic location and tons of room. Communication with host was excellent--quick response time and clear directions.

Awesome place

This condo was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Everything was pretty much provided, which I did not expect. My family was extremely impressed and the kids had a blast. Especially the bunk beds!!I highly recommend for rental. I most definitely will be staying here again.

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation. The condo was very spacious and beautiful. It was right on the beach and had a great pool and deck with a grill. The balcony didn’t face the beach but we loved the condo. Noah was great to work with.

Our children and family enjoy spending time together. We wanted to be on the beach, and have a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to spend time together.

We love the size of our place. The rooms are large and relaxing. The pool is close to the beach, which is never crowded. This section of Indian Rocks Beach is a close walk to things we like, and not touristy.
