Updated unit in Indian Rocks Beach, offers the best the beach has to offer. New kitchen and bathrooms. You don't want to miss this one. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Easy access to 688 and the airport. Plenty of room in this large 3-bedroom 2 bath corner unit. Under building parking, heated pool, and barbecue round out the amenities offered here. NEW GRACO Pack n Play, Heated Pool, Secure Elevator Building, Smart TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom, Small Smart TV in twin bedroom. Internet, Grilling Area, Large Balcony overlooking the Gulf, Fully Furnished and Equipped. Walk- in Shower, Stainless Steel Appliances, Washer/Dryer in the unit, Granite Counters, Tile Floors, Carpet in bedrooms. Large unit can accommodate all for a great family vacation. All units are private corner units with large balconies to watch the dolphins play from. Add a pool, barbecue and the white sandy beaches to walk and you have the perfect spot to vacation. Professional cleaners will prepare your unit for you and leave a starter kit of soaps, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper and washer detergent.
Please arrive by 4 Pm and checkout by 10 Am. Security/Damage Deposit is $300.00.
No Pets and No Smoking in the unit, on the balcony and on premises. Children under 12 must be supervised in the pool
2 parking spaces per unit provided. Small to Mid-size cars preferred. Larger vehicles may not fit in the parking garage. Garage height is 6'10 "

Wonderful Vacation

It was the perfect place for our family. We enjoyed the beach and just relaxing on the balcony enjoying the views. We were able to see dolphins and mantees daily. It was absolutely amazing!

Great location with gulf view

We enjoyed every morning coffee on the balcony with gulf view, the quiet beach area. The condo is well equipped as described, check in/out very easy and communication with Lisa very quickly. 👍👍👍👍

Beautiful place. Exactly has shown in pictures. Only drawback is the garage is very small and not enough room for easy maneuvering your vehicle.

Booked this a year in advance with Vrbo only to have the property manager change our stay from Friday-to-Friday to Saturday-to-Saturday 2 months before we were to arrive. Accommodated us with another room in the same building for the first night, but terrible way to start off a family vacation. Entrance door to the stairwell off the balcony is rusted to the point where it won't even close, posing a serious security liability and tetanus exposure. Other than that, the place was very clean.

Beautiful location, awesome sunsets

The unit was very nice, the balcony with steps straight to the pool area and beach is a plus. Very nice size kitchen, we did a little cooking. The location is quite convenient for out stay and activities we had scheduled. Lisa, the manager, was easily reached and responded quickly. We had no issues during our time. There are beach chairs and towels at this unit, this is always nice when flying in. I really do like staying at smaller condo units. This complex only has a total of 8 units. We met several of the other guest staying during our time, everyone was kind and courteous. The pool was never crowded, most of time our kids were only ones in it in the evening hours. Hope to visit again.

Lovely Beach Property

We had a wonderful week at this Indian Rocks Beach property. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had great access to the beach. Lisa, the property manager, was prompt in communicating and very helpful.

fabulous location

Fabulous from booking to departure! Lisa could not have been more patient and understanding with our many questions before we arrived-- the place was super comfy and clean and spacious- there were beach towels chairs and an unbrella available. You really are smack on the beach-the terrace was very large- length of the livingroom/bedroom - the sunset views at night will not disappoint! Resturants in walking distance that served raw oysters(our favorites)-we will definately be back-we loved it here.
