My husband and I stayed here with our teenagers for a Thanksgiving visit with family in Walla Walla. It was a great house with everything we needed, very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great wine weekend retreat

Great location for heading out to local wineries or restaurants. Backyard patio is lovely and made for relaxing mornings before heading out. Would stay again!

Birthday Get Away

We chose this property for a 2 couple Birthday Get Away. This property was perfect for our dogs and the layout for 2 couples was great. It's a short drive to downtown Walla Walla but still has plenty of stuff nearby. Would definitely book this location again.

Very pleasant home

We were in College Place for graduation and it fit our needs so well. It was close by to the school and the yard was wonderful to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The beds were comfortable and the space was adequate for our party of 6 with the dog. Highly recommend staying here.

Great house and location!

Great place to stay for wine tasting in Walla Walla. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy. Would note that listing says coffee grinder in kitchen but we couldn’t locate so had to go to store to purchase ground beans but everything else was great.

Great Place

Two couples and a small dog stayed at Spagnuolo Loop during the first weekend of October 2024. The location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our wine tasting trip. The house was clean and spacious.The kitchen was nicely appointed and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed dinner on the back patio on Saturday evening. Hopefully, this property will be available for our next visit to Walla Walla.

Fun Visit

We had a great time and it was a very comfortable and well appointed home. Definitely would stay again. It would be nice to let people know that if dining in town, making reservations a day or two ahead of time is recommended. All the restaurants on the house board were completely booked by the time we arrived and we were not able to dine in downtown.

Great getaway location for a working vacation

Well appointed home, sparkling clean, convenient to everything. We needed to work during our stay and the setup was perfect for us to be able to do that, and then switch into vacation mode. Super comfy beds, great linens, quality kitchen setup - a real grown-up VRBO : ) Just don’t leave food out unattended, as College Place is a haven for sugar ants (like most of the west coast).

This house met our mainrequirements and left us pleased and likely to return. There was an issue with the TV at first. I found the reset procedure and everything worked for us afterwards. Goid selection of utensils and appliances in the kitchen. It was comfortable and worked fine for us and 2 other adults. Thanks.

We were in walla walla to move my disabled brother in law and sister to Portland Oregon and this was a comfortable space to rest inbetween packing and loading uhaul, my sister has lived in college place for 27 years. We woke to dear grazing in the field behind the home

Perfectly perfect

Everything here is just great -- and this house is so well equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of glasses, a huge array of pots and pans. While it was just my husband and myself, you could easily cook for a big group. Helpful suggestions for places to go, and a welcome bottle of really nice, local wine!

Great house close to WWU

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully well-appointed with everything we needed to feel at home. The attention to detail was evident, from the cozy furnishings to the fully stocked kitchen.The location was perfect—just a short distance from WWU, which made it incredibly convenient for our visit. The only small downside was the early 10:00 a.m. checkout time, which felt a bit rushed. A later checkout would have made the experience absolutely perfect.Overall, we highly recommend this property and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Clean and well appointed

While this is not a new house as advertised (constructed in 1996) it is well maintained and tastefully appointed. Newer kitchen appliances. Clean. Comfortable furnishings. Good WiFi and cable. There is no TV or DVD player in the den as advertised which significantly limits the use of the den. Functional back yard. When heating system is set at 68 degrees it is much warmer in the upstairs bedrooms making sleeping difficult. Quiet neighborhood. We were two couples and did not bring a dog. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will not return. The property is overpriced when compared to comps in the area. Also, the property manager did not alert us before or after that a “licensed and bonded” employee entered the locked garage while we were gone where the interior door to the house was unlocked, to move the garbage bin. That should never happen.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. Addressing your concerns: We have upgraded the TV from outdated DVD use so guests can enjoy streaming movies instead. If the upstairs is warm at night simply turning the heat down or closing the upstairs bedroom heat vents works well. The property is priced in accordance with every other 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in the area. - many of our guests comment on what a great value it is. It is posted in the property and sent in the confirmation email that our staff takes the garbage bins in and out every week on specific days - we do this as a courtesy service for our guests.

The house is just as is pictured, clean and very well stocked. It is close to campus, which is what we were looking for graduation. The backyard was a nice place to sit and play games.We would like to visit again in the future. Great place!
