Backyard est un paradis de jardin privé, pensif et fantasque avec plusieurs ponts pour profiter de votre café du matin ou de votre cocktail en soirée. Vous adorerez l'emplacement central dans un quartier calme, avec des rues bordées d'arbres et à moins de trois kilomètres du Colorado College. À quelques minutes du centre-ville et à un bloc de l'hôpital Penrose. Notre maison est située à 3 pâtés de maisons d'un magnifique parc avec plus de 50 km de pistes cyclables et de sentiers de randonnée.
