Bienvenue Ă  Seasalt Retreat. Ceci est nouveau sur le marchĂ© de la location, les propriĂ©taires ont soigneusement rĂ©novĂ© cette maison pour la rendre belle aujourd'hui. La cuisine est ouverte et aĂ©rĂ©e et il y a une grande salle Ă  manger avec un curseur vers la piscine. Passez la journĂ©e Ă  vous dĂ©tendre au bord de la belle piscine, profitez des rayons du soleil, faites un plongeon et profitez de la table Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la piscine pour vous reposer vos boissons! Cette maison a 3 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain, elle peut accueillir 8 adultes. Il y a un lit king dans le maĂźtre, une reine dans la 2Ăšme chambre et 2 lits doubles dans la 3Ăšme chambre. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le nĂ©cessaire pour prĂ©parer un repas gastronomique. Cette maison a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances fantastiques! Apportez vos vĂȘtements et votre brosse Ă  dents! Il ne se trouve qu’à environ 1,5 km de la baie et Ă  moins de 5 km de l’üle Anna Maria et des plages du golfe .. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et magasins Ă  moins de 5 minutes. Je suis sĂ»r que cette nouvelle inscription sera rĂ©servĂ©e, alors faites votre rĂ©servation au plus tĂŽt!

Bradenton Trip

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to Bradenton. Super close to the ballparks and Anna Marie island. Pool and outdoor space is perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Would rent all over again. Thank you!!!

Great accommodations!

This home was really well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and a good amount of space for our family. We appreciated the proactive communication from the management company. Lots of beach chairs, towels, blankets, and very convenient with garage space to park.

Bradenton Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the home! We loved that it was close to Anna Maria Island and the pool was delightful and large! It is close to several grocery stores and eateries too! Communication with the management company was easy and efficient.

Great Stay!

This house presented just as the pictures and reviews shown. Very clean and well suited for families with young children. Pool was a nice temperature and there was all necessary supplies needed for the day at the beach. Highly recommend!

Bald Eagles viewed from the pool area

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Salt Villa, everything we needed for dining at home was available . We dined out a lot as we were out at beaches and nature preserves most of the time. Pool area was great, could have been a bit warmer but still nice. Seeing and hearing the pair of Bald Eagles at a nearby roost at the back was a nice addition to our stay. It would be nice to know if they build a nest and settle there.. Great holiday and we were sad to leave. Thank you for having us .

Family friendly and close to many stores

This was a great property! The see/me/nots weren’t an issue with the caged in pool. The back patio was perfect for a large family. The decor was a great blue, white, and silvers. Stores were within walking distance. Did have to drive to the beach more then the ten minutes anticipated. But traffic was expected. So two miles can be in reality 10-15 minutes. Overall we had a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay

I stayed here with other family members. We all loved it! It’s conveniently located to all amenities. Fairly close to the beach. Our only complaint was the beds were a little to firm and the pool was too warm. However, I would definitely stay again!

Family Getaway

The house was perfect for our family getaway. We flew in from out of town and had a seamless check-in. The house had everything we needed (all appliances from a rice cooker to a margarita machine, plenty of extra towels, pillows, beach stuff, etc). We had an amazing time re-uniting with our sibs. Tv’s didn’t work in two bedrooms but it didn’t bother us since we mainly just used rooms to sleep. Definitely recommend and would come back!

Great proximity to AMI and a lovely pool while at the house.☀

Accurate description and incredibly responsive property manager. We had a wonderful 2 week vacation and loved the pool for down time away from AMI and the ocean. When we arrived I had an extra request for something at the last minute and the property manager dropped it off within the hour. I didn’t expect that and was very surprised that they were that accommodating. We would book again in future.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the layout of the house, the neighborhood was very quiet, location was awesome-only about 5-7 minutes from the beach, the pool was also pretty great. The only issues we had, which were only small issues were that there was very little water pressure, the beds were extremely hard, we assumed they were new mattress which would be understandable. Also, I may have missed it on their page, but the depth of the pool is 5ft-7ft. It was great for our older children, but made this mama a nervous wreck when it came to the smaller ones.

Perfect Getaway Home

We would definitely recommend this rental property!! Very clean, lots of room, safe neighborhood, and the pool was a plus!! Minutes away from the beaches , which we went to daily and had zero problems. My family of 8 would love to come back next year :)

Beautiful home

Beautiful home! Everything we needed was there and ready to go. Check in was very easy and all the instructions for check out were clearly communicated in the binder. My family loved the pool and the house was located in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many amenities and best of all a short drive from the beach!

Just right!

Really nice neighborhood, well furnished home, comfortable beds, spacious, relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves using the house as a base from which to travel to the beach and surrounding areas. The weather was a little too cool to use the pool, but the pool area was well maintained. The owner, Debbie, was very responsive to our request to raise the hot water temperature the second day....it was much better. Thanks Debbie. The kitchen was well equipped with just about everything one would want. Our group of six had plenty of room for storing our items. Shopping was close by with a variety of stores. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting the above amenities.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir sind eine Familie aus der Schweiz mit erwachsenen Kindern und haben in diesem Haus unseren ersten USA-Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber, die Betten schön bezogen, genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher und StrandtĂŒcher vorhanden, auch die war KĂŒche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ca. 7 Autominuten vom schönen Sandstrand von Anna Maria Island entfernt. Auch EinkaufslĂ€den (Fresh Market, Publix etc.) sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Check in und out waren ganz unkompliziert wie auch die E-Mail-Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus sehr genossen und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Danke vielmals.

Paradise!!

This house is perfection. All the focus is on the beautiful, heated to perfection pool. Everything is convenient.The beds are perfectly comfy.The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. We were so close to the grocery shops we didn't even have to plan ahead, just took the days as they came. Went many days to Manatee Beach on Anna Maria. We ate at great restaurants in Bradenton and Anna Maria. We spent a day at Big Cat Rescue in Sarasota. Went to the aquarium, so much to do!! I was there for a month and I wish it had been a year.
