Everything was just as described and the condo was beautiful and very clean. The pool is right out the front door, beds were all very comfortable. The entire resort was great with restaurants on site. Communication with the owner was great. This is a 5 star property.

The house was beautiful and well organized. We enjoyed staying there very much. It's a great location and was very convenient to downtown Raleigh. I would definitely book again when we are staying in the area.

Perfect location between Robinson Preserve (for biking and walking) and the beach! We totally enjoyed our stay here. Very safe.

Paradise found

The condo is gorgeous! We loved how close it is to Manatee Beach, as well as to local shops and restaurants. It was clean, roomy, and stocked with everything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to our next visit!

Beautiful Condo in a Perfect Location

Perfect Anniversary

This property was the perfect place for celebrating our anniversary. It's surrounded by beautiful views with great beaches just a few minutes away. The unit and grounds are immaculately clean and well maintained. We'll be back!

West coast baseball tournament

The condo was gorgeous. It was is a fantastic location, close to Amelia Island and close to plenty of shops and local restaurants. It was clean and roomy and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Beyond our expectations

We drove in from Houston and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed and more. The property is close to everything. We look forward to visiting Anna Maria again in the near future and will definitely rent here again!!

Wonderful condo near the beach!

The condo was incredibly clean, well maintained, stocked, comfortable. The location was great -- right over the bridge from Anna Maria Island. We enjoyed the pool. The balcony has a lovely view of the water, you can see the boats etc. Communication with the owner was great, she gave very clear instructions on arrival/departure. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again.

A slice of paradise

Gated community very handsomely groomed, neighborhood, beautiful condo, with an excellent view of a sunset, and Tampa Bay beautiful grounds the swimming pool was outstanding. We were able to barbecue with provided barbecue grills in a quiet off the beaten path area. I give it five stars excellent hosts.

Great Vacation Stay

This condo was perfect. It was clean and organized. It had every amenity one could ask for. Plenty of dishes and utensils. The community grill area was clean and the grills worked perfectly. The pool was and surrounding lounge area was also well-maintained. I felt very safe in the area. Also plenty of activities nearby and the is just across the bridge. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The ones we tried were also great. I would definitely stay here again.

Top Notch

A beautiful condo on the 4th floor. You can see the inlet from the comfortable covered screened in lanai with comfortable furniture. Nice development with friendly people all around. Easily access Anna Maria Island (they need tourists after the hurricanes so please go and spend some dollars to help!). Bradenton and Sarasota are easily accessible as well! Awesome stay at a beautiful place with a highly responsive owner!

Our unit is spacious and beautiful! Linda is so great to rent from. She always responds immediately. This year we used the beautiful fitness center twice a week and also the kayaks several times. We have been renting this unit for 5 or 6 years and look forward to renting next year again.

Wonderful vacation place

Linda is a perfect owner - always so responsive to any request. We have been renting from her for 5 years now since the unit was built. It has a perfect view overlooking the pool and seeing the ocean. Our favorite place to have cocktails and dinner is the Lini. We are sorry to give it up however life changes. Thank you Linda for all the years of enjoyment!

Coastal living at its best

This condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, ultra clean and like new with all the amenities vacationers could wish for. Loved the tall ceilings, wonderful kitchen and peek-a-boo views of Anna Maria Sound. Walking distance to a waterfront restaurant was a big plus. The only hitch in paradise was that we had a hard time operating the TV. Perhaps more techie renters would not have an issue.

Wonderful vrbo

I am writing to review our recent stay at 387 Aruba Circle #401, Bradenton, FL The condo was absolutely beautiful with a lovely view of the Intercoastal waterway. It sits just before you cross the bridge to Anna Maria Island, which is a magical vacation spot. There are white sandy beaches, fun shops and wonderful seafood restaurants. The condo is well stocked with kitchen amenities ( dishes, cookware, and silverware). We had a little trouble finding the salt and pepper and could have used a few more staples, such as cooking oil and some spices, but that is our only recommendation. If we ran into a problem or question the owner, Linda Pease, was quick to respond. There is a beautiful pool area and a preserve across from the complex for hiking. Holmes Beach is about 1 mile away. We could not have asked for better place to spend the week. Highly recommend this vrbo! Judy D.
