Une nouvelle marque 2000 sq / ft, 3 chambres maison de plage moderne avec piscine chauffée et très privé. Un emplacement idéal à quelques pas de la plage, de la marina et de la place principale avec de grands magasins, une épicerie et des restaurants. Pas besoin de conduire n'importe où. Situé dans un quartier calme avec de la verdure tropicale, de grands arbres et des fleurs épanouies palmiers.

Peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, garage 3 voitures, 60 «Smart TV plasma avec Netflix, 30 Mb / s bi-bande Internet haute vitesse sans fil, mur TV dans chaque chambre. Électroniques intelligents sont partout dans la maison avec l'éclairage activé par le mouvement, les lumières de nuit décoratifs et le thermostat Nest. Faites de vos vacances encore plus confortable et sans soucis.

Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec les appareils modernes. Tout est impeccablement propre et flambant neuf. Une buanderie avec une grande capacité LG laveuse et sécheuse pour votre commodité.

2 lits king, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit pour vous aider à récupérer de vos jours de Long Beach. Une salle de bains principale avec une grande baignoire à jets. Tout le mobilier est flambant neuf ainsi que la literie et les serviettes.

Un espace extérieur juste à côté de la piscine avec un grand jeu de table de patio, une nouvelle calandre de la marque, de chaises longues et de nombreux sièges supplémentaires. Deux ponts spacieux pour profiter de votre café du matin.

Beaucoup de jouets de plage, des chaises et un wagon de plage.

La maison dispose de serrures électroniques sur la porte principale et le garage. Donc, vous ne devez pas vous soucier de perdre les clés.

Nous avons également les alarmes de piscine installés, au cas où vous voyagez avec de jeunes enfants.

Anna Maria Island offre un chariot libre pour visiter l'île. L'arrêt est littéralement 100 étapes loin de la maison.

Good property for a small family. Not so much for two couples or all adults. The two upstairs bedrooms share a very tiny bathroom that is so small the door misses the counter by about an inch. That is not a problem with children sharing that bathroom. It is one step up from non-functional for two adults.Perhaps just a bit of overall updating to include new mattresses would be in order. Nothing catastrophic though.Good location. If “beach” is your everyday activity, you will walk 15-20 minutes carrying your beach accessories. Driving to the beach is simple, though finding parking at the beach can be a problem at times. Getting to a bit of shopping, food, bars, etc. is a very easy walk of 2-3 minutes.Great host. Immediate responses to any query or concerns.

Great girls getaway

We stayed here for a few nights for a girls Anna Maria Island getaway with grandma, daughters and two granddaughters. We had a great time, the pool is wonderful, short walk to the beach, the place was clean and the owner was very helpful! We would definitely come back!

Perfect beach vacay!

This home was perfect for our family! Beach, restaurants, ice cream, sunrise, fresh seafood store, boat docks for excursions all walkable. Grocery store close too. Air conditioning worked great! The pool was perfect for cooling off. The kind owner checked on us and communicated rapidly. The home was very clean! We loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Great Location!

The house was a short walk to the beach, and was close to everything you needed. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We really liked being so close to the north end of the island. The house was pretty much exactly as described, and the kids loved the playing in the pool every day after coming back from the beach.

This is our 4th time in AMI.. we have stayed at different properties, all have had different things to offer. This one was ok except we did not realize that we are on top of The Ugly Grouper. Trucks unloading almost every morning to deliver supplies to the restaurant. The pool was nice.

🙂 Just a quick correction - it’s not on top, it’s across the big parking lot. Occasionally, you can even catch some live music by the pool area, drifting over from outside the restaurant. Bonus: margaritas come fast and easy from there. No need to drive - you’re on the island, so kick back and enjoy the good times!

Great family getaway

We had a great time on Anna Maria Island! The house was in a great location - a few blocks to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. The pool area is beautiful and was the perfect size for our family of 5. The house is clean and had most everything we needed. It was so nice to have beach equipment (chairs, wagon, etc) there for us so we didn’t have to bring it. The owner came to check in with us and make sure the pool was clean. We would definitely recommend this house for a nice family getaway!

Happy Island Cottage

The home was very adequate and was found as advertised. Not having any toilet paper or paper towels was annoying, additionally I would have paid more to have access to the thermostat of the pool, set at 85 degrees and locked made the northern facing pool unusable. Owner was pleasant.

Sure, this can be confusing but this is how it works guys :) 1. Pool Thermostat is always locked for a safety reason. We have an industrial heater, this is why we can set it up to 85F for our guests during the winter time. Normal heated pool temperature is 75F on the island. It can easily be lowered by calling or texting me, I'm only 20 min away. 2. For a toilet paper and paper towels - we are providing a starter kit for our guests ( it's also in description of the house) We are trying to be fair to all of our guests, as couples will use lot less vs big family. This is also a common practice in many Island Homes. Hopefully it helps :)

Best vacation ever!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean and is supplied with everything you need. Alex will help out with any questions you need answered. Everything is in walking distance. Pool was the best! Every restaurant in Holmes Beach gets a five star. Rented a golf cart and toured Anna Maria and went to both piers to eat. Will be back next year. Thank you Alex for everything. The Woodwards

The BFF Fifty and Fabulous Tour

Fabulous place to stay. Centrally located. A stroll to the beach. The house had more than enough room for everyone and three bathrooms. The pool is spectacular and while having cocktails the Ugly Grouper next door plays music. There is a place to sit out od the sun. I highly recommend renting a golf cart. We rented from the Toy Barn. We all said we would be back and rent the exact house if we can. I also suggest experiencing some drinks at the doctors office.

We were looking for a vacation home for a long time until we found and fell in love with our Happy Island Cottage on Anna Maria Island. The location was just perfect with beautiful relaxing beaches and friendly and casual atmosphere. The house was perfect as well with its modern design and a wealth of new features. It was full of light and each time we were there it was making us feel just happy. We were getting same kind of reaction from all of our friends and guests who were staying there with us. So it was an easy decision for us to name the house “Happy Island Cottage”.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Now a few more details about the house. It has a nice, tropical and private backyard with a heated pool, a spacious outdoors seating area and a brand new grill. On the interior the house is decorated with love and style. Each one of the three bedrooms is spacious and has its own tropical character. Two bedrooms have king size beds, the third has a set of twin beds. The dining and living areas are very comfortable and furnished with brand new furniture. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with all new appliances. Every woman staying in this house will appreciate the laundry room with a set of high capacity and high efficiency LG washer and dryer.

The Happy Island Cottage is located only 400 steps from the beach and 200 steps from marina, where you can dock your boat or book a fishing or a sunset trip, or rent a kayak. The main island shopping plaza is located two blocks away, so you don't have to drive to get to the restaurants, shops and bars.

Overall, staying at the Happy Island Cottage is a truly relaxing experience that will make your vacation feel longer and more happy.
