Bienvenue dans votre oasis privée à l'ouest de Bradenton. Cette spacieuse maison de 2 800 pieds carrés est située dans le quartier populaire de Palma Sola Pines, à moins de 8 km de l'île Anna Maria et à 2 minutes de route de la chaussée de Palma Sola! Les restaurants locaux ainsi que les épiceries sont juste autour du coin. La maison dispose d'un plan de split avec 5 chambres, vous êtes lié à avoir beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et profiter de votre propre vie privée pendant des vacances au paradis. En entrant dans la maison, une grande salle familiale équipée d'un téléviseur à écran plat et d'un baby-foot vous accueille pour profiter de ces soirées de jeux en famille. Avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle à travers les curseurs, ce serait également un endroit idéal pour surfer sur Internet ou se détendre avec un livre. En vous dirigeant vers la cuisine, vous serez agréablement surpris de voir un grand espace de cuisson avec des appareils mis à jour et des armoires bien approvisionnées avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pendant vos vacances. De la cuisine, on remarque un superbe plan d'étage ouvert sur le salon et la salle à manger, ce qui le rend parfait pour se divertir tout en préparant un repas fait maison ou tout simplement en gardant un œil sur les enfants. La grande table à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes et des sièges supplémentaires au comptoir de la cuisine. En entrant dans le salon, vous trouverez une belle cheminée ainsi qu’une grande porte en verre sectionnelle et coulissante menant à la piscine. Profitez de vos soirées de détente en famille ou entre invités dans le grand espace que ce salon offre. Cette maison à plan scindé place la suite principale et la salle de bain attenante loin des quatre autres chambres, ce qui la rend agréable pour plus d'intimité. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'une t��lévision à écran plat et de nombreux rangements et rangements pour tous vos effets personnels. La chambre principale dispose également d'une porte coulissante en verre qui mène à la piscine. Les deuxième et troisième chambres sont équipées de lits queen-size et de télévisions à écran plat. L'une des chambres dispose également d'une salle de bain complète attenante, idéale pour ceux qui voyagent avec une autre famille ou des amis. Les quatrième et cinquième chambres comprennent deux lits jumeaux. Une autre grande surprise avec cette maison est la grande projection dans la piscine et le patio. Perfect Vacation Rental

This stay was all-around 5 stars. The 5/3 was perfect for our family of 8. The screened in pool area was perfect for relaxing at the house while enjoying the beautiful weather. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Everything we needed was there. Perfect place for 2 families. My mother in law loved the putting green and my husband and son played pac man at least 2 times a day. The kids loved the pool and it was nice to sit outside and watch a movie on the out door tv set while the kids were swimming. With the back being covered we even got to enjoy being outside when it rained (which it only did once in the evening). There is nothing more you could ask for. Even a short 5-6 minute walk to the water to see the sun set. Shopping is close and even met some of the neighbors who were out were extremely welcoming. This was the perfect spot for us and my in-laws to have a great vacation. So many bedrooms everyone had the choice of their own room which was great. We had to reach out to the property hosts to ask a few questions and got a response within 30 minutes of reaching out. Went to the beach for a day and everything we needed (chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon) including beach games were there for us to use. The cooler was perfect so we could take lunch and drinks with us. It was quite difficult to leave and we can't wait to go back again!!!!!

This home had everything we needed and was super clean. The huge lanai and beautiful pool made it easy to be outdoors all day. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and helpful. 15 min drive to the beach. Overall, everything was very easy, which was exactly what we were looking for in a quick getaway!

Amazing place. We especially loved all the shade around the pool. Layout was great with the Master Suite on one side and the other bedrooms on the other. Kids (and adults) lived the Foosball!

The outside seating area around the pool was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us with 5 bedrooms to spread out and not be on top of each other. Would consider renting again for sure.

Felt like home

This house was perfect for our family!!! It felt like home in that was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need..inside and outside of the home. Plenty of room for our family to spread out, it was VERY clean, close to beaches and other fun activities. Would absolutely recommend!

Very happy with Montauks Point

As soon as we walked in we knew we had picked the perfect place for our large family. The house was spacious, had a great layout and was very clean! We loved the large screened in pool area and appreciated the ceiling fans out there. Good location, short ride to beach. Property manager was great and super nice!

Everything we could ask for

We had 9 family members and a dog. The home was wonderful and suited us perfectly. Holmes Beach access was 10-15 minutes away, and was very easy to get to. We would have been hard-pressed to find a better fit for us.
