The house's main drawback for us was that there is no door to the master bedroom to close in order to avoid noise from the rest of the house, especially the kitchen. Otherwise, the house was adequate, but needs a number of improvements and TLC. First, the host gave incorrect information regarding the internet network and password. The information in the welcome booklet was inaccurate. In addition, the neighborhood seems to be susceptible to internet outages. For foreign tenants without free cellular roaming, the result can be high extra costs. One foreign family member had an overage of more than 100, which the host refused to reimburse. We also found the house under-equipped. There was a ping pong table but no balls. There were no baking pans. (The host did order both, but the pp balls took two full days to be delivered.) The coffee maker is the cheapest possible. I recommend the single dose Nespresso or Keurig, with starter capsules at least. The dishwasher did not wash. It didn't even dissolve the detergent pods. The outdoor gas barbecue was filthy with so much grease accumulated in the bottom that while cooking, it burst into flames. It would have burned the wooden fence had I not been watching. I'm not saying the stay was entirely negative. Relations with the host were good. Publix and other stores are an easily walkable block away. By car it takes only about 15-20 minutes to get to the beach. The house near the center of West Palm.
