La maison est situĂ©e juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l’inter-cĂŽtier et est entiĂšrement meublĂ©e et parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e, y compris une laveuse, une sĂ©cheuse et un barbecue.

Tous les draps sont inclus, ainsi que les serviettes de plage.

Accueil dispose d'une cuisine, salle à manger, salon, chambre et la Floride. La chambre principale, avec salle de bain principale privée, a un lit queen size et a la télévision directe, la deuxiÚme chambre a 2 lits queen size avec TV / lecteur DVD, et la derniÚre chambre a 2 lits doubles. Couches dans le salon et salle de la Floride ont la pleine taille pull-outs.

La maison est à distance de marche d'une aire de jeux, KMart, quelques excellents restaurants, une boulangerie finlandaise, et des courts de tennis. Nous sommes à 1 mile de l'océan et des plages avec des restaurants, un parking, des boutiques, etc. Maison dispose de 2 places de stationnement en face d'un garage détaché (garage est disponible pour l'utilisation, tel qu'il est utilisé pour le stockage privé), et le stationnement est autorisé dans la rue. Deux heures à Disney, Epcot et Seaworld. Vingt minutes à West Palm et 1 heure de Miami. 15 minutes de l'aéroport de West Palm. De nombreuses attractions locales.

We were in town for a family wedding. When were weren't at the 3 day festivities, we were definately taking advantage of the pool, since it was July and hot. Loved how many sleeping areas there were so we could all spread out. The kitchen had everything you could want, but did think they could use some new fry pans, a bit used. We were too busy to enjoy the closeness to the beach, but love that you were close and had all the things you would want for a beach day. I would recommend to stay here. Easy check in and good communication with our host.

Peaceful and perfect

We have a large family of seven, including three teenagers and two toddlers. It was the perfect location with everything nearby, quiet and peaceful neighborhood great for relaxing. The heated pool was amazing and we made full use. As parents of toddlers, we appreciated the double locks on all doors accessing the pool. The master bedroom with bathroom access off the pool was a game changer! The small putting green and the hammock with beach sand underneath in the backyard made it a vacation within a vacation! The house was clean and had everything we needed, host was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be staying again!

Great pool

The pool was the gem of our stay. It was heated and beautiful. Overall the home is spacious and well equipped for longer visits/cooking/laundry, etc. The pull out couches didn’t have bedding/weren’t made, however the home did have 5 large beds and 1 crib. Our larger family needed to use one of the advertised additional pull out couch beds and the host graciously delivered bedding on day 2.In my personal opinion, the only area we were not impressed( and it could be due to us having different cleanliness standards because we’re accustomed to hotel stays) was the level of cleanliness of the home, kitchen utensils, bathrooms, etc.

Comfortable, quiet and convenient

We had a nice stay. Had a little bit of issue with the pool not being heated when we got there but this was resolved after calling the property manager and finding that previous renters had lowered the temp. The kitchen is small but functional with lots of useful gadgets. Beware of step down from master to master bath - especially if you tend to need the bathroom during the night. We ended up putting a flashlight on the step and leaving it on all night. Overall a good stay and we would rent again.

Wonderful spacious house.

We came with 2 adults and 3 kids. Absolutely wonderful house with plenty of space to relax eat and sleep. Great warm pool with tons of surrounding seating and a fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely recommend and return.

Great stay

It was an older home but well maintained and had all the amenities we needed. It had a pool but because of the weather we were not able to use it. Only issue was the guest bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The host was very responsive when I had to reach out to her. Overall is was a good experience.

It was just as pictured. We had issues with the dryer when we first got there as the towels were still damp and the dryer wouldn’t work. They had someone out to fix it as soon a possible and everything else was great!

Baseball tournament

Property suited us (3 players and chaperones) well for our baseball tournament. We’ve stayed at many vrbo’s and this one is well equipped. We didn’t venture out much into the surrounding area as our games were pretty far away but the neighborhood is quiet and fairly well kept. Would feel safe walking around. Older home but was clean and beds/furniture were comfortable. Kitchen has just about everything you need to cook whatever meals you’re planning. Pool area is fairly private and surrounded by foliage and garage. One word of caution, tile (indoors and outdoors) can become slick when wet. Overall pleased with our stay.

Wonderful Family Experience

The house was perfect for our family of five (Dad, Pregnant Mom, 14 year old daughter, 10 year old daughter, and 1 year old son) so we really hit each age group and all had the most relaxing stay. The heated pool was perfect, great neighborhood for walks around and to the little playground down the street. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. No complaints, highly recommend this rental if staying in the area!

I am from NH, but my family has been to FL every year since I was 13, and I personally lived in the Orlando area for 8 years in my 20's. I now live back in NH with my husband, 3 children, and 3 dogs. My parents own the rental properties that I manage and I also work for them at my day to day job.

Family I would say is very important, and that is why I got into managing there properties. I love giving guests a place to travel with their families that feels like a home away from home. I pride myself on being available by phone or text right away and if anything needs to be addressed I address it as quickly as I can, even if it involves me catching a flight or having our handyman out the same day.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is still close to everything we can need, at most a 15 minute drive to outlet malls, the center of West Palm, or a ton of different beaches. The neighborhood is near a main road, but still feels like this quiet oasis in the city. Easy to walk at night, or take the kids to the playground or the tennis courts that are half a mile from the house. The ocean is only a mile away and has plenty of parking in the paid parking lot, or there are free parking areas within just a few miles.

My parents chose the house because of the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the gorgeous private fenced in pool. Over the first year they owned the home they completely redid the kitchen, refinished the floors, painted throughout and replaced the roof to a tile roof. Within the last year they retiled around the pool out onto the walk-ways, and side and front steps. The shrubs around the pool have also grown in making it feel like an amazing oasis with plans to improve the area even more over the next few years.

My family loved the area so much that my brother even bought the house directly next door which I also manage as a vacation rental.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The house stands out for sure because of the pool, but another feature that I love is the master bathroom directly off of the pool deck, with a shower that is big enough that I can get in with my sons to help them wash off after being in the pool all day.

Another great feature is even though the house is "small" there still feels like there is plenty of space for a large group, and people won't feel like they are all just on top of each other. The kids love the pool area, with the "beach" area next to it, and then for those with pets there's a small grass area inside the fenced in pool area.

My parents winter here every year from January through April, and just because of that the property is well maintained as it is there "home".
