South of the main city and tucked away, this is one of perhaps 8 homes spread out in a large complex right on the beach. Gated entry has a person on duty 24/7 and they can help you get your belongings/groceries to your house via a golf cart. The homes share a large infinity pool and an expansive crescent shaped beach with a dedicated dock that has convenient ladders for snorkeling. The property mngr was very accessible and helped book a massage, a private chef, and a fishing trip. With the jeep we rented we felt very independent. Lots of amenities like Wi, pool, PS3, Sonos, etc. Big outdoor balcony with a BBQ and a Blackstone. Even comes with midweek maid service

Great place. Look forward to coming again. Communication was on point. We had a small issue that was no fault of the owner. The owner stepped in and really went over the top to take care of us. Highly recommend this place.

The house included everything we needed, and the ocean view from the upper deck was beautiful. Alex was in touch daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Our gang had an amazing time in Cozumel and the house was a perfect homebase and place to congregate.

This home is perfect for a family getaway. We were there for 3 days of scuba,and it was close to our dive shop. Nicely furnished, plenty of towels and linens. Beautiful pool and beach area. A great property!

Amazing home and experience

We had an absolute great time here. Home was perfect for our family group, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Beautiful area and loved the pool, dock, and location to restaurants/beaches/etc. Great communication from owner, and check in and out could not have been easier. Highly recommend.

Amazing Family Vacation

We would definitely recommend this villa! Love the location away from town with the quiet beach where we could easily snorkel and the pool area just steps away. The house is very spacious, the kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking, the bathrooms are large and very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The housekeeping service came once and they were very nice and helpful. Our family enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to return soon!

Very nice stay!

The location of the house was nice. Very convenient. The beach area and pool area were not crowded at all. Alex was very helpful with any questions we had. We had massages from Mayan Essence at the house. They were great too! We really enjoyed our week!

Great place to enjoy Cozumel!!

We had a great time in Cozumel in good part, because of the beautiful house we rented. It’s situated in a great place where you can swim in the pool or snorkel in the sea. In general there is little noice, so you can enjoy in peace at all times. Also, Carrie is a great host, and Alex is always in touch for whatever you need! I highly recommend booking this house!

Great house on the beach

We stayed for a week in March with family and had a great time. Our main contact, Alex, was great and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. The neighbourhood is clean, quiet and very picturesque. The water and snorkelling were great and the sunsets epic. The home is spacious and comfortable for a larger group. Thanks again for having us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

We stayed for only 3 nights but it was perfect for a quick dive trip. The house is right near all the best diving and y hey picked us up right at the dock. The house is as shown on the pictures and is very nice. The property was very clean and felt very safe. Will definitely be back. Thanks to Alex for his assistance and to Carla for her wonderful cooking!

This house keeps in perfect condition year after year, the location is perfect, secluded and quiet away from the crowds. Spaces are comfortable and big with all the amenities. Looking forward to come back! Both the owner and local manager are always there to help and answer/give suggestions

Book with ease of mind. I’ve been to the island several times over the last 15 years and this was at the top of our experience list. Location can’t be beat. You’re in the middle of it all, but private and gated. Great staff and were very helpful. The villa is very spacious and clean. We’ll be back

This was a scuba diving trip for avid divers. The host Alex was phenomenal. He was able to provide low cost concierge service. He was very attentive and fully communicated everything we needed to know. Due to weather conditions we were not able to dive each day throughout the trip even though we did go out one day. This made it even more important for us to find other activities since we couldn’t dive, and Alex was indispensable in offering reservations and making connections.The property itself was perfect for diving. It was four of us, and each of us had our own bedroom and bathrooms. The views were phenomenal and the one day we dove the dive company picked us up right at the pier connected to the property so it was very very convenient.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay! The 4th bedroom is so large, so we chose to double it as a game room. It does have two queen Murphy beds with very good mattresses. This room also has its own very large bathroom and closet area. Hope to have you back again!

Great accommodations, appreciated the home! Pool was awesome, beach was fantastic & dock was perfect to be picked up for diving. The grounds were great, gate guards were nice & helpful. Kitchen was good, huge table & all three bedrooms on main level were perfect! The upstairs deck was great! Upstairs Murphy beds good. Location was perfect - not too close to town … but close enough! Thank you!

Great January Recharge

This was the perfect spot for a family with young adults and grandchildren. Calm little beach and a heated pool, tremendously peaceful location. Alex was very helpful, and readily available for any questions. A highlight of the trip, was having Karla and Conchi come and cook for us. They shop, cook, and clean up. The dishes were amazing! We have a new regular destination.

Wiks family vacation

Beautiful location right on the ocean. The divers in our group were picked up and dropped off right at our pier. The shallow pool was perfect for the young kids, as were the tide pools. A couple of things such as the dish washer and the patio loungers should be updated but the house and patios are spacious and perfect for a larger family gathering. Alex was easy to get in touch with and helpful.
