Casa del Cielo is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Cozumel's peaceful beachfront community, Residencias Reef. The house is playfully decorated in vibrant Caribbean colors and artwork from local artists. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, and lots of windows to enjoy spectacular views! You'll love the ease of a ground level condo with a private, lap pool, plus you're just steps from the beach and larger pools shared with the other residents.

The community is gated with 24 hour security. As guests of Casa del Cielo, you'll enjoy the concierge services of Your Cozumel Vacations. We can help with shopping service, chef service, dive or snorkel trips, fishing trips, massage, or any other excursions or services that will make your stay more fun and relaxing! Your concierge will check in with you daily to help you make bookings and to answer your questions. Housekeeping is included in your stay. We offer rental cars through www.quatroamigos.com.

Hosts Ourselves, but Still Disappointed With the Refund PolicyWe are vacation rental hosts ourselves, so we fully understand policies, cancellations, and protecting your calendar. Unfortunately, our flights were canceled and we genuinely could not make the trip. We reached out immediately, explained the situation, and even offered to cover any actual out-of-pocket costs so the host wouldn’t take a loss.Despite that, we were only given a 50% refund. While the communication was polite, the decision felt rigid considering the circumstances. As hosts, we’ve always tried to work with guests when things happen that are truly outside their control, so this was disappointing.Future travelers should be aware that even with documentation, proactive communication, and a willingness to make the host whole, the refund will not go beyond the strict policy.We respect that policies exist, but we hoped for a little more understanding given the situation.

Great stay at the Reef!

Great stay. The condo was very spacious and clean. The complex is well maintained and there are plenty of chairs at the pools and beach to accommodate everyone. Would stay again for sure!

Great location with beach and pool

Great place to stay if you want access to beach and calm pool in Cozumel! Only recommendation is reaching out early and often to property management. They did not respond to my questions right after booking and sent info about offerings and rental car onsite until 2 days before when I already had everything planned.

Great stay overall

Enjoyed 10 great days here! Perfect location in the complex. Great patio. Just about everything you need is supplied. Great service by concierge Maya. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen sink did have a bad leak but when we discovered it they fixed it right away. Master bathroom should probably be remodeled to get the moisture out from under the sink vanity. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Great place/great time!

We stayed at Residencias Reef for two weeks. Beautiful location and exceptional property. Quiet, convenient and located near many activities and exceptional restaurants and resorts.

Home away from Home

We love staying at Residencias Reef! This property manager was awesome to work with. They did our grocery shopping for us, arranged a chef to come cook for us one day and couples massages on the patio. They were always a text away and had great attention to detail and customer service.
