Pourquoi rester «près de la plage», «avoir une vue sur la plage» ou «voir la plage sur les autres bâtiments '?? - Ce bâtiment est directement sur la plage. Profitez de ce point de vue rare que peu d'autres endroits peuvent vous offrir.

Situé près magnifique parc Chankanaab sur la rive ouest de l'île et à seulement 10 minutes de la ville de San Miguel se trouve la Casa Vista del Mar dans le complexe de condominiums appelé "COZUMEL PARADISE '. Voir nos autres annonces à VRBO # 73642 & # 150035. Chaque condo peut avoir jusqu'à six personnes, ou l'hôte d'un «parti pour 12 'en réservant le bâtiment entier!

Ceci est l'une des unités les plus spéciaux dans le complexe, il est situé directement sur le front de mer et pas d'autres bâtiments ou des obstructions bloquer votre vue de premier choix de l'océan. Il est à moins de 150 pieds du bord de l'eau! Chaque unité dispose d'une chambre 3 spacieuses, 2 salles de bains disposition qui comprend également une cuisine entièrement équipée, d'un salon et d'un patio facilement accessible avec table et chaises.

Des vues spectaculaires et de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le salon, la chambre principale et d'un balcon. Panoramas du privé sur le toit sont incroyables. Apportez un bon livre et se détendre ou apporter vos jumelles et regarder les bateaux de plongée et bateaux de croisière glisser par.

Le front de mer directe a quelques-uns des meilleurs snorkeling à Cozumel. Plongée sous-marine peut être organisé par de nombreuses boutiques de plongée à vous chercher à notre plage!

Maid service est trois fois par semaine et un lave-linge et sèche-linge est fourni pour votre usage. Un cuisinier privé, baby-sitter, et de nombreuses activités sont disponibles à des frais supplémentaires grâce à notre représentant local.

The property was absolutely lovely and so authentic. The views from this beachfront property are some of the best in Cozumel. The property manager was incredibly easy to communicate with and very responsive and the rooftop area is such a beautiful and relaxing place to hang out- we absolutely loved it! The value for your money for this condo just cannot be beat!

The condominium is really nice and right on the water. We were able to snorkle right off the shore. There are more reefs and structure if you snorkle from the shore at neighboring shorelines such as the Money Bar. It is very private while the clubs on either side of the condo are busy. I would recommend renting a car. I would stay here again if we visit cozumel.

We really enjoyed the condo and would definitely stay again. The unit was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The beach was great and it was really nice having Tortugas right next to us for drinks and food and the use of the dock. Great time!

What a find!!The housekeeping staff was kind and did a great job.The management company (Damien) was very communicative and assured all was to our expectations.You will need a car or be at the mercy of made up fares on the spot. The same ride can cost 30 USD or 11USD. Friendly beach clubs on either side which let us eat at the restaurants and bar. Great amenities including beach towels, filtered water, soap/shampoo, washer/dryer. We loved relaxing on the deck watching the cruise ships arrive in the AM and depart in the evenings...Thank you for everything!!

Lovely, quiet location. Well maintained complex. Spacious unit in average condition. Aesthetically appealing pool but unheated and cold. No physical contact with host. We contacted him to advise that we only had hot water for showers…. none for kitchen and that a/c would not turn off in a rear bedroom. He texted back that he would look into it but did not. A car is required to make the most of your vacation here.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We truly value your input. We're sorry to hear your experience didn't quite meet your expectations. Cozumel is generally warm to hot year-round, with temperatures often surpassing 85°F about 75% of the time, and humidity is high, frequently over 80%. That's why outdoor pools like Paradise's usually aren't heated. Nothing beats jumping into a refreshing pool on a hot day! We appreciate your understanding. I apologize for not updating you sooner about the hot water and AC concerns. We confirmed hot water was available throughout the condo, including in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Sometimes it takes a few moments for hot water to reach the tap, but it does arrive! There's one water heater for the entire condo, so if a tap runs out of hot water, it's usually the same throughout. Regarding the AC, we couldn't check it ourselves because the technicians weren't available, but luckily, it was on, not the other way around! You're right—having a car definitely makes things easier. While private beaches closer to town are somewhat limited, we're still only about a 15-minute drive from downtown, giving you plenty of options to explore! Taxis are always just one phone call away. We hope you'll consider staying with us again the next time you visit the island!

The casa was roomy and super comfortable. Plus was we could take a snorkel tour right from Tortuga's pier next door. Super friendly guests and host, Damien always available to answer questions. Rocky beach area. Loved our stay.
