The FC House - 3bd / 2ba minutes du domaine / du centre-ville

Notre maison inspirée par le Texas et confortable, composée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, est l’espace idéal pour tous ceux qui visitent ou travaillent dans la région d’Austin. La chambre principale avec une chambre comprend un matelas queen à plateau-coussin Stearns & Foster, tandis que la 3ème chambre est dotée d’un matelas de luxe Macy’s queen pour une bonne nuit de sommeil loin de chez vous! L'un des deux canapés en cuir dans le salon dispose d'un lit queen pliant pour plus d'espace de couchage si nécessaire.

Le salon voûté est équipé d'un Smart TV Samsung 4k de 55 "et d'un Smart TV de 4" de 50 "en maître. Câble de base, télévision par câble Spectrum et WIFI inclus. La chambre principale, avec salle de bains privative, dispose également d’un coin salon avec un bureau et une chaise.

La cuisine est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable, d'une cuisinière à gaz, entièrement approvisionnée en casseroles, poêles, vaisselle, couverts, verres et torchons. Pour votre commodité, de petits appareils sont également disponibles: grille-pain, mixeur, batteur sur socle. Une cafetière et une presse française sont disponibles pour les amateurs de café. Les armoires sont remplies de condiments tels que le sucre, le sel + poivre, l'huile d'olive et les épices. Il y a deux épiceries HEB locales à moins de 8 minutes de la maison, ainsi qu’un Whole Foods Market qui peut répondre à la plupart des besoins de l’épicerie, y compris une vaste sélection de produits biologiques et sans gluten.

Pour les enfants, un pack-n-play, une chaise haute / un siège d'appoint et un lit pour bébé sont à votre disposition. N'hésitez pas à emmener votre enfant dans le quartier (avec des trottoirs) avec la poussette dans le placard principal. La terrasse extérieure comprend un petit barbecue, un canapé confortable et une table à manger pour profiter du jardin couvert d'arbres.

Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont fournis pendant votre séjour. La buanderie dispose d'une machine à laver à haute efficacité (avec détergent) et d'un sèche-linge.

Very nice house with quality upgrades. We enjoyed our stay and the kids especially loved the game room. The master bed was a little hard for me, but I like a bed on the softer side. The rest of the family said their beds were comfy. The house in general has a very comfortable feel and is conveniently located. We would stay again.

This was perfect for a relaxing stay in Austin! Very close to The Domain and other places in North-Central Austin. The house is in a quiet and convenient neighborhood while being very clean and welcoming. It has all the amenities you could need with some very nice, recent renovations. Perfect kitchen for cooking some meals at home and plenty of great space in the bedrooms. The furniture is new and comfortable with a big tv for staying entertained after a day out exploring Austin! Would absolutely book again! Thanks so much for wonderful stay.

House was very nice and appears to have been updated recently. Nice appliances and many new features. Downtown Austin was about 11 miles. Our stay was mainly for sleep and showers and FC house covered that no problem.

Christmas at Grandma's house

I'm the Grandma. My daughter and her family live just a mile or so away from this immaculate little home with a small, private yard, and all the comforts of home. Dana even set up a Christmas tree for us. I stayed for two weeks with little excursions about town with the family. It was most awesome. Highly Recommended.

Even better than expected!

When looking at this house, the pictures and info was just what we needed but would it actually be as advertised. It was even better. The kitchen was well equipped, organized, nice, and clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms great for travelers. There were many extras provided by the host that made us feel even more welcomed! And the host....awesome and fast communication! A great place!

An amazing stay!!

We visited this property to go to a Austin FC football game. The property is very convenient to the stadium and is in a good neighborhood. The property owner did some nice touches to make us feel welcome including the nice sign over the mantle and the bowl of treats. The home was also very clean and had the amenities that you’d expect from a hotel (iron, hairy dryers, etc). Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we come back to the area.

Nice, cozy, and clean in Domain area

Dana the owner is flexible and attentive to details. She thought through everything that one would need while traveling. The house is clean, cozy and well stocked. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary cooking ware one would need. The garage is full with games for family and friends. My kids called it “the big kids toy room”. The only thing that we didn’t like is the A/C didn’t cool the home evenly. The master bedroom can get hot during the day and evenings. We opted to turn down the AC and leave the door open to cool off the master. The other two bedrooms are much cooler and were not an issue. Overall, it was a great experience!

Thank you for the wonderful review. I know Ngoc enjoyed my comfortable and convenient home. I would have preferred to know about the room cooling immediately and given a chance to remedy the issue. Upon further investigation, I found the ceiling vent in the main bedroom closed. The ceiling vents in my home are adjustable and it looks like a previous guest adjusted the vent to their liking. Feel free to use the step stool to adjust the cooling to your comfort. Thank you for your booking and safe travels.

When I'm not taking my kids to school, practice and games, I love bringing life back into older homes (checkout my finished historical home in Manor/Elgin, Texas). I enjoy live music and taking my kids to the beach when we can get away. I have a passion for traveling, especially when it includes friends and wine tastings. I’m a foodie and love trying new places that pop up; my all-time favorite food is barbecue. I am honored to welcome guests from around the world and become part of their travel journey. I am happy to host you in our home and hope you have a 5-star experience.
