This tastefully upgraded & spacious North Austin home by The Domain has everything to give you an incredible stay! It is large enough to fit up to 8. Relax in the large backyard or play games in the common area. Stay connected with fast internet and stream movies on our large TV. The location is impeccable; quickly hop on the I35 for a short drive to The Domain, Q2, Downtown, and several major companies.

Exterior Cameras: Doorbell, Driveway, Backyard.

We are pet friendly, but we do have limitations. We limit the amount of pets to 2 per reservation. We also charge $60 per pet, per stay. The booking platform only charges 1 automatically. The second will be charged post booking.

The backyard was private and made our down time enjoyable. Coffee outside, pool days ,BBQ and bonfires! Kitchen was stocked with all dishes we needed for home cooking. Bedroom was clean comfortable with Tv for enjoyable evenings before bed. Close to the H-E-B to get supplies etc. it was just the two of us but this would work very well for small families. The host was very organized in his instructions for checkin and checkout and was very responsive to any questions we had. Couldn't find a better place to add to your Austin vacation!

Worst experience ever owner double booked had people come in house after we were in bed ruined out night stay l. Owner was not helpful Vrbo is not helpful either I fill deserved at very least half refund but was refused I hope no one ever books with this guy again

Daniel, we communicated that your stay was cancelled within about 10 minutes of your booking due to a booking in another platform that occured 4 minutes prior to your booking. We apologized, explained the situation and you acknowledge. Later you choose to show up in the property unannounced regardless of our conversation and scared the other guest away. You have only yourself to blame for the mess you created and we tried to avoid. We apologize again for the double booking, but we let you know as soon as we could to avoid any unnecessary discomfort.

The property is conveniently located to mopac, grocery stores and all things north Austin. Owner communicates promptly for any needs and house had all the amenities listed. This house allows pets and is fenced for pet safety. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was decent. The owner was communicative and the place was well plied for. Only detriment was some of the fans didn’t have remotes. Owner worked to help fix the problem and was a gem. Would unquestioningly stay again.

The yard was not mowed, cigarette butts in yard, the grill was very dirty, and the pool was not clean or inviting like the picture listing. The air conditioner had trouble keeping the house cool (although it was unseasonably hot). The inside of the house was decent.

Great house that has been nicely renovated. Very clean, awesome bathrooms and plenty of sleeping space for our party of 7. They could use more comfortable living room furniture but otherwise everything was great. Host Shawn was great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely look to rebook in the future. Great location with easy access to stores, the highway, and attractions about 20 minutes away.A house guidebook would have been helpful, as it took some time to figure out how to operate things like the pool pump and outdoor lights. The living room fan also didn't work, though a spare fan was provided.The home could use some attention to cleanliness and stocking. There was dog hair throughout, some dishes and glassware were put away dirty, and there was no dish soap available. The hallway bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper, and we couldn't locate a regular trash bin, so trash piled up during our stay.Overall, the location was a big plus, but better cleaning, supplies, and guest instructions would improve the experience.

Rebecca, thank you for your feedback! Our house guide is sent with our check in message and it contains everything you need to know, such as the backyard light switches. The pool pump is not something guests should worry about and it is scheduled to run automatically, so we don't include the information. The living room fan is working and turned on and off by a remote that sits in the living room. We would be able to guide you to turn it on, have you mentioned having trouble with it. We will be talking to our cleaners about the cleaning supply left out and the dirty dishes. Unfortunately they not always have the time to go through every single cabinet and previous guests most likely have put the dirty dishes away. Regardless, the feedback is very welcomed and I will make sure I pass along to the cleaning team, so they are more attentive. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to host you again some time!
