RECENTLY REFURBISHED
Luxurious Windsor Palms with an extra wide cul de sac lot and with a pool that is not overlooked. Our guests enjoy terrific privacy in one of the premier resorts in the Disney vicinity. We have a south facing pool with kiddy pool. There is also a stand alone hot tub available for a small additional charge. Numerous child friendly features (pool safety nets, real kiddy pool, cot/crib, room monitors, stroller, games room, xbox, Wii). All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, living room has smart TV with Netflix. FREE telephone calls within the US or abroad, WIFI

Our villa is spacious and has been renovated throughout in a sleek contemporary style. The 2 main master bedrooms each have a private bath (1 king, 1 queen). The 2 twin rooms share a bath. The large living room, kitchen & nook overlook the pool and extended deck.

Windsor Palms is 3.5 miles from Disney main entrance. The resort features a clubhouse where free facilities include: cinema with surround sound, gym, billiards, video games, sundry shop , business/internet centre & Olympic sized pool.

Place was wonderful...clean, spacious and beautiful with everything you need to feel right at home. Loved the pool, spa and hot tub after busy days at the nearby attractions. Host's communication was great before and during our stay. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great getaway.

David is wonderful to deal with! Very responsive and super friendly! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Rooms were beautiful and spacious for all. Excellent location. Honestly I have nothing but good things to stay. I highly recommend this property!! 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful villa , excellent location

We had a really lovely stay at David's Villa, it was so close to everything, it had everything we would ever need, the clubhouse was lovely , and the communal pool was beautiful. We did an overnight stay in a hotel, but coming back to the villa felt like home !! I loved this place so much and would definitely come back again ! Thanks David

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! Property manager is very quick to respond. House is a small distance from tourist hot spots, house was clean and big enough for our family. Pool is a very nice add on however the water was very cold even with me paying extra for heating. I would recommend this property listing to anyone and will stay again in the future.

Lovely spacious property

Beautiful property, which felt very private. Communication with owner was great, responsive and friendly. Windsor palms is in a great location close to the attractions. The only thing I'd do differently is take some headphones as you can hear the noise of the road through the night in the main bedroom. Would stay again, thanks David!

Good stay

Good, clean place. We enjoyed overall and good communication from property person Only thing I didnt like was temperature automatically changing to 75, four times per day, and a minimum temperature of 72. I like it a bit cooler, so would suggest 70 as minimum and not go to 75 automatically, especially at 10 pm at night. Bedrooms were warmer than main room.

Wonderful!

This home was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The pool area was a perfect size and set up for our family of four (two children ages 5 and 7). We whiled away many hours in the pool and hot tub! Property was also very conveniently located to Disney parks as well as easy day trips to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. Owner and management company were very quick to respond and kept us well informed abou the property. A perfect experience!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! Very close to all attractions, 5 minutes to Disney and 15 minutes to Universal. Kitchen had everything you need, beds were comfortable, pool and game room were great. Safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

OK place to stay

We enjoyed our stay which was booked on very short notice. The neighborhood is ok but line to check in was a bit long. Few problems at property but easily overlooked for a short stay.

Nice place to get away in Kissimmee

We were looking for a house to rent in Kissimmee for a week to visit my brother and his family. This house fit the bill. Nice quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a great addition to our stay. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with a nice fridge and granite countertops. Starter supplies were provided. Plenty of towels and soft sheets are also provided. If I had to make any suggestions it would be to provide a way to turn off the ceiling fan in the family room and give guests who don’t visit the parks the option to keep the thermostat steady at 72 instead of automatically resetting at 75 multiple (4) times during the day. Otherwise our visit was great!

We had a great time

The house was very clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Everything we needed was there. Real home away from home. A lot of space with play room and a very nice pool. Nice, quiet gated community. Very close to Disney parks and maybe 30-40 minutes to Universal. Easy to communicate with the owner via email. Overall we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again if come to Orlando.

Wonderful Owner & Property Management

I was perfectly happy in this home. So much so that I extended my stay. Very clean well cared for home! Quiet neighborhood, mostly private pool area. The hot tub is dated, but it works fine. It too was clean & cared for. It was nice to have a real "hot tub" in addition to the average spill over spa. The pool area is shaded during the mornings and evenings, with plenty of sun during the day. Easy drive to Disney Parks. I have stayed in MANY rental homes in this area, some are far more luxurious, but they also come with a MUCH HIGHER price tag as well. This is a home I would gladly visit again. It is also a home I would consider purchasing myself, if it were on the market... Sadly it is not for sale!!!

Great rental

Family had a great time at the house. Was just as pictured online. Swimming pool was nice, my son loved the kiddie section of the pool. Was perfect for younger kids. Game room also had Xbox and wi games. Only bedroom with Fan was the master bedroom. That was only inconvenience.

Absolutely perfect!

This beautiful house was everything we hoped it would be!! Very spacious with lots to keep the kids entertained. They especially loved the game room and pool! It has a convenient location and was pretty close to everything we needed. House was very clean, kitchen is well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

A nice place to stay for our trip to Disney

The house was perfect for our family and we got good use of the hot tub. It is in a nice development and the property manager was quick to respond to any issues we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Our property is on the widest plot in Windsor Palms, It is not overlooked from either side, or from the back, and the pool deck is properly south-facing so has sunshine all day.
We have upgraded throughout, so that it has a modern kitchen and living area, and most recently updated the master bathroom.
